just recently, I just downgrade my phone from CM11 (KitKat) to JellyBean. there's some error while flashing the rom. Im quiet sure about it. whats more important is that now my phone just cannot boot properly, when I start the phone its vibrate like always with green led and right after the SONY logo, my phone just switch off.. I cannot access anything even recovery mode. and there is one another problem, when I plug in usb, green led light shows up, later for about a minute my phone automatically boot up with RED led then just after SONY logo it switch off again, and then goes green led on back and red led comes again off right after every SONY logo, just like ON and OFF again & again..
Sorry I dont know how to describes it, and sorry for my bad english if you guys find it hard to understand. PLEASE help in this case!! Thank you in advance!
You must enter fastboot mode. Erase the boot section and flash a new boot image (.img) or a kernel .elf file.
Use the commands:
> fastboot erase boot
> fastboot flash boot boot.img or fastboot flash boot boot.elf
> fastboot reboot
After that, if the boot.img contains a recovery system, it would be installed and now you can enter recovery again and reflash your rom.
I think that any boot.img inside a CM Rom zip file have a recovery system.
Are you familiar with fastboot mode? How to enter, usage, drivers?
Please give me the instruction on using fastboot. Im not very familiar with fastboot.
How can I find the img, where to download? and how to use it.
Thanks by the way for tips, I think I've been using the wrong rom, I dont know which is the right rom to downgrade to stock.
If you want to downgrade to stock i'd recommend you to use the Flash tool for Xperia.
You can download it here => http://developer.sonymobile.com/downloads/tool/flash-tool-for-xperia-devices/
Follow these instructions => http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/use-the-flash-tool-for-xperia-devices/
You need to do the step 4 right for it to work.
I guess it will solve your problem.
If you have any other question, just ask.
As I mention before on the previous post, the problem is every time I plug-in usb the device keep on connected and then disconnected. on and off, and booting itself with red led till the SONY logo come off its shutdown and green light appeared again. Its like not properly connecting the device.
Is that okay to go on flash mode? may it not been error before operating this?

Keep the usb connected.
When it reboots, before the sony logo appears, keep the volume down key pressed. When the light turns green, the phone entered the flash mode and you can release the volume down key. I dont know if it will reboot again. If the phone enters flash mode (green light) and reboots after that, maybe is a driver issue. In fastboot mode (volume key up + blue light) sometimes this heappens. I dont know about flash mode.

Hey guys,
A while back I tried to root my Xperia T and putting CWM on it. Something went wrong and I don't exactly know what. It went into a boot loop.
Every time it starts up, the LED turns purple for a couple of seconds and it reboots again. I waited for the battery to drain and honestly forgot about it.
Now i found it again and i want to get it out of the boot loop. The wierd thing is that I can get into ClockWorkMod recovery but nothing else. When in startup and I push VOL- it goes into CWM without a problem. It's like the normal firmware is missing and it can only get into CWM. Is this possible?
And i am trying to flash the stock firmware on it. But when i try to connect with my pc (drivers an flashtool in place and working) it doesn't really seem to connect. It worked 1 time out of the last 5 tries. But when i tried to flash, it said ERROR. The phone get's the blue LED when i connect it. but this only workes if my timing is exactly right in the boot loop. I will try to manage it again to get some screenshots.
I'll update when i have screenshots and everything (with the proper ERROR code)
In the meantime, does anyone have any clue of what is going on?
Thanks:good:,

Blue LED means you're in Fastboot mode, you need to put it into Flashmode (green LED) for it to work. If Vol Down puts it into Fastboot mode, then Vol Up would put it in Flashmode (I assume). Considering you're talking about timing, then it seems you don't know how to put it into Fastboot/Flash mode properly.
1.- Turn off your phone.
2.- Connect the USB cable to your computer
3.- Open Flashtool
4.- Press down the corresponding volume button (keep it pressed), and connect USB cable to your phone
Alternatively, you could also connect your sdcard to your computer and copy a flashable ROM to it, then flash it in recovery. It seems your /system partition/folder is either incomplete or damaged.

Hey,
thanks for the reply.
The problem is that i can't turn the phone off. The only way it stays off is when the battery is dead. Like it is now. I have just tried what you said. VOL- gives the green LED for flashmode. But even when it is in flashmode and connected with my pc(pc also said it's connected) it keeps rebooting. So the connection switches on and of every 30 seconds or so. I found out that there was a wrong file in the flashtool firmware folder. after trying to flash the standard firmware it tried to do something else. I've removed the file and set it up right.
When it was connected (green light and everything) I got this;
"09/025/2014 17:25:27 - ERROR - (Bundle.java:440) - Cannot delete C:\Flashtool\.\firmwares\prepared\system.sin"
"09/025/2014 17:25:39 - ERROR - (Bundle.java:440) - Cannot delete C:\Flashtool\.\firmwares\prepared\system.sin"
And that was all. I will try again in a few minutes, but maybe I missed something.
[EDIT]
Tried a few more times. VOL- to flashmode, connected with pc. Flashtool starts loading the green bar.
After a couple of minutes it stops and Flashtool says this:
09/021/2014 18:21:11 - ERROR - (X10flash.java:523) - Read error :31 : Een apparaat dat op het systeem is aangesloten, werkt niet.
09/021/2014 18:21:11 - ERROR - (X10flash.java:524) - Error flashing. Aborted
(Een apparaat dat op het systeem is aangesloten, werkt niet. -> English -> The device that is connected to the system, doesn't work.)
And the thing that irritates me most of all is the X10flash.java:52.. part. Why does it say X10flash when a Xperia T lt30p is connected en i'm trying to flash LT30_9.2.A.1.205_CH or LT30p_9.2.A.0.295_Generic IT.
I can't wrap my head around it.
I put some attachments in here so you can see what I see. Can someone see what I'm doing wrong or not doing at all?
I seriously do not know how or why. But i did it. Flashtool did not give a log or anything(with previous phones i saw a long list.) it looked like it did not do anything. but the phone is booting into android as we speak!
Thanks for the help Antiga Prime! not a lot, but enough!
Now i need to find out how to delete all thisXD
Take the battery out and in, then leave it connected to the charger for one full day, don't do anything with it.
Xperia T doesn't let you take out the battery that easy. But it's fixed. I just need to know how to delete this thread
Sent from my C6903 using XDA Free mobile app
edit: fixed it, just flashed a stock FTF, i'll dot the whole process again later on and hope this time it works out
You can close teh thread (i've tried to delete it but can't find the option)
I've just checked that I can boot my phone and recovery works. But for instance when i try to put service mode it gives an error with IMEI
edit: i've booted to the other recovery (using volume up) and installed the pre-rooted FW again. Shut down and tried again the flashmode process but still no luck, red and quick green light. After booting the phone, it seems to work basically, but wifi not working, it doesn't turn on.
What should the next step be?
The computer does not recognize the phone when my connect it to the USB port, not even charge. The only thing that happens is a flash of red light then green light. Same thing if phone is shut down when i connect the usb cable, red flash, then sony screen appears, then green light, and finally it vibrates two times before showing the level of battery, but without actually charging it.
Anf if i try a Vol Down+Power when in standby and connect with usb cable, it shows a quick red then green flash, and then nothing.
Ok i fixed that problem apparently the USB cable decided to stop working...
Now i have another problem as I decided to install the deodexed ROM and now my phone gets stuck at the sony screen and i can't even boot to recovery.
What i did to install:
Boot to recovery using Volume Up (PhilZ)
Prepare to install new rom (which formats Data, cache, etc)
Install ROM form SDcard1
Everything went fine but at the end it says "root lost or something" I put yes, then rebooted to system, and got stuck on sony screen....
What did i do wrong and how to fix it??
Thanks for the help!
I really need help.
I've got my phone bricked and I can't even boot to flash mode or to recovery mode.
The last thing I've done is boot to twrp and clear data because I am going to change rom. But there is a certain error that pops up. and forgot what was it. After that, I try to flash the rom. But the same error pops up. If I remember correctly. e:ex4ts is not found? Something like that? And now. When I turn on my phone. The xperia logo still pops up. Then after that its only black screen. I tried going to recovery (power + Vol up + vol down) and also tried flash mode but nothing really happens. Its like not being detected. And when I try to charge it. The xperia logo pops up and black screen appears. The charging icon/animation is not popping up. Is there anyway to fix this? Please help. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Your phone is now bricked and won't boot into recovery. You need to flash stock rom via flashtool to recover your phone. Is that your phone's bootloader Lock?Unable to boot into recovery always happen in locked bootloader phone.
Use Flashtool to flash stock rom. But be careful to connect phone only when prompted. It should boot after that, then you can root phone again and try to install recovery again.
I have unlocked bootloader already. I think there is something wrong with the phone. I can't boot to flash mode and recovery mode. The screen continues to go black light. I've tried for more than 20 times already. But still. I can't go to flash mode. Can I go to flash mode by only connecting my phone to my pc?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1963961
use recovery img to flash via flashtool.you'll get your recovery back
Thank you so much for answering my query. I figured it out before reading this. Yes, I forgot how to use flashtool. I forgot how to boot into flash mode. I used the method in Samsung devices (All buttons must be pressed) which technically my mistake. Thanks again.
Hi guys,
I was wondering what if anything I can do to unbrick the phone. Currently when turning the phone on, the notification led flashes green once, the zuk logo flashes briefly on the screen and then it powers off.
Connecting to pc with volume buttons down in any combination does the same thing. The phone screen stays black and a solid blue notification led comes up with no change.
QFIL cannot detect the phone, neither can adb or fastboot.
The bricking happened while attempting to install a custom rom. I had unlocked bootloader and accessed root on the stock system, and wanted to try out a different rom.
Thanks in advance, I just got the phone yesterday and I'm really hoping it's not permanently bricked.
Hi bobtheball,
You should be able to select recovery mode at he beginning of the boot (push volume down when you have the very first menu, and then select recovery).
I assume you've installed TWRP to flash the rom, so once you're on TWRP, you can push a new rom and try to flash again.
What ROM did you try to install?

Hi, what my original message meant to say is that I've tried every recommended procedure that I've seen. Pushing volume down while booting does nothing. The screen does not turn on and all I get is a blue notification led. Because of this I can't access the bootloader menu to boot into recovery.

Hi, your phone act as if it had not enough battery to even present the menu. Try charging the phone for half hour before trying vol-down+power button combination.
So, I recently updated magisk on my phone and as usual to update my phone restarts, but this time it didn't boot up.
I think its in bootloop because when i connect it to my pc with a usb cable it goes on and off also, i cannot access to TWRP.
Can you get to bootloader (fastboot)?
If so you can restore a stock boot image and start over, or try to boot to TWRP with fastboot boot twrp.img and restore the boot image from there and then flash the installer (rename the .apk to .zip as per the new v22+ installation instructions).
I am unable to go into the bootloader or maybe im just doing it the wrong way do you mind guiding me? :/
or maybe i don't have the drivers..
my phone just connects and disconnects, so im not so sure i can go into the bootloader and launch a comand.
Can you shutdown your phone?
i don't think, because it's always turning on and off because the usb sound is going off and on in my pc so i dont really know
You need to use a button combo to get to bootloader or recovery (since you can't boot to Android). A quick web search gives this:

Exactly like what happen to my device as well
Nope, it does not let me go into the bootloader. Not even with the button combo.
Do you have twrp installed on your phone by any chance? Also a stock boot.img?
First you need to calm down I know how frustrating seeing your device on bootloop and can't even shutdown it ...
i do not have twrp, but i can download a stock boot.img
would you like me to guide you how to fix it i don't have anything to do?
Yes, thank you.
Your device is going on bootloop right now and keep vibrating right?
it's not vibrating. but it probably is in bootloop
lol mine is vibrating while on bootloop okay enough chitchat let's start
vibration is actually good indication for the next process
prepare ADB and USB cable
Now press Power Button and VOL UP at the same time wait for vibration let go Power Button keep holding VOL up for at least 3secs then let go
it's still not vibrating
now press VOL DOWN there's 3 out of 1 chance that you actually made it to fastboot mode ...
