So I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300) with CM11 newest nightly and xposed.
I only flashed the CM11 zip without gapps and wiped my device completely.

You could try to re-install Xposed, as flashing the CM nightly seems to have overwritten some files which are required for Xposed.

No, I can't install xposed at all. This error is there when I fresh installed CM and the apk.

I've got the same problem (posted it here: android.stackexchange.com/questions/130893/xposed-unable-to-install-after-minor-cm-update [sry, cant post links]).
As you pointed out reinstalling Xposed is not possible
I hope someone finds a solution for this annoying problem... I want my modules back

Hmm, my next guess would be that the latest nightly of your ROM includes several security patches for Android, which break functionality of Xposed. And as Xposed for KitKat devices isn't updated any more...
But to eliminate the obvious things: You have granted superuser permission to Xposed, haven't you?

Okay, then check this thread, which is dedicated for Xposed not working anymore after latest security updates. A solution is already provided (check link) in the first post.

If the phone in question is OnePlus One, then You need "arm7a" version instead of "x86" one

Use the flow chart from this post to identify the required Xposed version for your device. Seems that you are trying to flash the wrong Xposed version.
The updater script saved you from yourself. There is a thread for this kind of stuff. You didn't need to start a thread.

You have flashed the wrong version. Your device is running Android 5.0.x, right? That's what "expected SDK21" indicates. But you tried to flash a version designed for Android 5.1.x. That is the problem.
BTW: wakamatsu is right, there is a dedicated thread for those questions.

You should both use the flow chart from this post to identify the correct Xposed version. It isn't that hard. If there is an issue while flashing Xposed, attach a screenshot or a log file.
@Dhy3ives: you are on Android 5.1.1 (SDK v22) and and you are trying to flash an Xposed version for Android 5.0.x (SDK v21). Search the correct Xposed version for your device (see flow chart linked above).
@sebzukowski: Do you have the latest TWRP version installed? Maybe the problem is that you updated from CM12 (Android 5.0.x) to CM12.1 (Android 5.1.x), thus a different Xposed version is required.
If you update your ROM, you do not have to uninstall Xposed completely, simply boot into recovery and re-flash it. Updating a ROM will overwrite several files used by Xposed.

Which Android version are you using? SDK19 should be KitKat, right? Furthermore, some information about your ROM (stock or custom?) would be good.
Oh sorry... I forgot this important Information. Ok. It is Android 4.4.2 Stock rootet with cf-autoroot.

Strange issue, normally such issues arise after one updates his ROM due to newer security patches. Have you installed any ROM update recently? Otherwise you can try to use the Xposed v2.6 or below from the repo if the latest one (v2.7 experimental1) doesn't work.

Is it possible that Xposed only runs on deodexed ROMs? If so, I should flash a deodexed custom ROM.

Not compatible?

Xposed is not (yet) compatible with Android SDK version 21 or your processor architecture (armeabi-v7a).
CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE: could not load library "libdvm.so" needed by "/data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/cache/app_process"; caused by library "libdvm.so" not found.
The "Install/Update" button is grayed out. No-go for me? The phone is a year old (HTC One M8 on Verizon). Rooted and S-OFF.

This is what you need to do :-
1) Root you device
2)Install appropriate TWRP through odin.
3)Then you need to deodex the Rom of your device. For this please download a copy of Update of your device on your PC and follow instruction given this forum to deodex the Rom.
Or
3)You can also, download and install a mini Rom which deodex the apps. I found one and it worked flawlessly on my device. Not sure if it will work for you or not, but their is a file name :- deodex-apps-kn06497 in this forum.
( Install via TWRP in recovery mode)
4)Then download xposed-v65-sdk21-arm-arter97-V5-generic.zip from arter97 framework.
5)Install the above framework using TWRP.
6)then Open your device and download xposed installer 3.0 alpha (4).apk and install it as you normally install files.
7)Reboot and see that Xposed has been installed in your phone successfully.
Tip:- Dont clear cache using TWRP.
Also, Once you install each file using TWRP, reboot the system and then again go to recovery rather than installing all files at once.
I am sure this will make your device run Xposed
You don't have any idea what the problem is AND what you're suggestion, right?
The problem in the OP is that he uses Xposed Installer 2.x instead of the version for Lollipop: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
And for your suggestions... it's hard to find anything good about it. There shouldn't be any need to deodex, nor should you use v65 when v80 is already available. I would also suggest to try my official zips first, as far as I understood @arter97's fork concentrates on Samsung Touchwiz ROMs.
Please, if you don't know what you're talking about, don't answer.

Thank you @rovo89, that certainly did it. There was no need to deodex, which seemed like such a PITA.

Xposed framework for 4.4.2

Hi,
I can't seem to find the proper zip for this. Would it be 21 or something completely different. I'm still running Kitkat (for my own reasons) but everything seems to focus on 5.0 and higher.

You dont't need an extra flashable zip, you can just install Xposed directly in Xposed-Installer:

Thanks for responding. Actually I can't install Xposed the way you did it (i.e. by installing the application) because my phone is not rooted. So the Installer can't mount the /system partition as rw and make changes to /system/bin/app_process. That's the reason why I have to flash it's zip file through the custom recovery (TWRP in my case). So I was looking for a zip file that would be stable for the given specification of my phone. As not any version can work with any phone . I downloaded a zip from github but that was meant for SDK 21 and above . In fact the Installer that you used, does the same changes to the /system/bin/app_process, just by having root access. Anyway, hope one gives me a link to that zip.

You're referring to the Xposed installer app (by DVDAndroid), not the Xposed framework.
Xposed Framework for KitKat has no updates. No development on that front for a couple of years.
As far as the installer app goes, there's no need to update that. Later versions of DVDAndroid's installer may support KK but not sure there's any benefit to updating.
Best to ask in his thread.

Okay so i installed the omapi magisk module and my mobile paying app worked sort of. I made it trough the installation and my simcard is detected properly. But there is one problen that keeps me from paying with my phone. This app has a permission called SmartcardServicePermission label which is needed to pay wirelessly. But when i enable it in settings and go back an then open the menu with the permission again it has disabled itself... How can i make sure it can't disable itself?
