Q: Xposed for OF3? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 5

Hi to all Devs here.. I just am planning to update to OF3 Lollipop from NG3 Kitkat.
I have all the files needed from Muniz ri's post. Am just worried if it will work better than Kitkat.
I would like to ask if Xposed Framework is working on OF3?..
Will OBB on SD work on Lollipop? If not, is there any other option for me to do this?
My phone's storage is only 16GB and i have a 64GB MicroSD.. I put all my OBB and Data on SD Card..
Is DVFS still working on Lollipop? If yes, is there a way to disable it?..
I'm a Gamer and i would not want lag whie playing games.
Will I have problems having full access to The SDCard?.. On KitKat i used KitKat SD Card Full Access module
to overcome this problem..
Hope someone helps and answers my questions...
Thank You...

This is not the q&a section, please post in the correct section.

[Q] Memory swap possible?

Is it possible to have a memory swap in our device? I do have a GT-i9305T flashed the latest sentinelROM 5.0 and tried all those memory swap (internal storage to external storage) that I've google but without a luck none of them is working and all I've searched were for s3 devices but still no luck. Anyone here already done this thing since I wanted to install many HD games as 16gb is not enough? Hope someone knew the answer as I badly need this one, been searching for a couple of hours now :-/. TIA
I use an app called "FolderMount" to move the files from an app to the external sd card. You only need root, I didn't use any memory swap mode. Try this app, it works fine on my s3 i9300 4.3 omega rom

Anyways thank you for taking your time answering my query as I've appreciated it a lot but still I'm open with any further solution with this problem if anyone knows. Thanks again

Apps Data on External SD on Android 4.3 !

Hey Guys,
I wondering if anybody know if there is a release of some fix to use the external memory instead of internal.
I don't want mount any folder on SD and put there the data. I really will be glad to use Internal Memory for Apk only and External SD for Data on my Z1.
Somewhere still a developement about that for Android 4.3 or for Sony?
I will flash the script right now!
Any news about it?
I can't believe no body want data on sd. So everybody still happy with 16gb of internal memory?

I'm not happy with that....
With 4.2.2 I use "FolderMount" and my internal memory was free free free. Now with unrootet 4.3 there is no space available (Fifa, Asphalt and so on, Navigon). I'm hoping, that root will come in a easy way in the near future.

Me too but even if we can root the 4.3 this "FolderMount" how good it is? I was thinking about some script ready to use external memory instead of internal. Do you think some Devs will come with a solution for that?

I don't know.
But this app was doing the job very good. Don't have any issues and it was easy to use. This was my reason to root again my phone. After 21 month of exzessive flashorgies with my xperia S I say that I don't want to root my Z1. But there are always reasons to do this

No, this has been mentioned a few times. You need to have root to be able to install apps on SD. Once you root you can use Folder Mount or GL to SD

And even if sony would add the feature like samsung and some others did
For example on the sgs4 you can put apps on sd but it will only add the .apk to your sd (i gues you have some heavy games that use your space)
The .obb files still will be on internal sd
So i guess the only way is using foldermoun(or something like that) but that will need root
But keep in mind if you root your phone and don't unlock the bl and you have some problems with the phone and flash stock rom trough xperiatool you will have guarantee

I have never actually used the function myself, but there is a thread dedicated to the topic:

From what I found you might have to use this fix for it to work.

kitkat concers. please take time to help a newbie

Ok so after reading about the limitation on kit kat regarding sd card, i got really confused being a newbie in technical aspects so i was hoping people here can shed a light on my questions:
1. Is the touchscreen issue fixed on kitkat?
2. If i update right now to kitkat, will all my pictures and mp3 saved in sd card be still readable and playable? Or will they be gone? Some people reported breaking sd card after updating.
3. Can i still download music and use file comando(never ised that app before) to move files to sd card?
4. If i use stock camera, images are still saved in sd right?
5. If i have an app moved to sd, and updated the app after updting to kitkat, will i still lose my saved files?
6. Does this limitation mean that we can no longer download files bigger than the internal memory of the phone? Isnt that going to make our xperia z1 useless if you have big apps and only have like 2g internal memory left??
7. I read something about apps can still write on your sd if they make a private folder but i dont understand it. So does this mean we can still download files directly to sd if the app supported kitkat?
Those are some of the questions i have for now. Please please someone answer me cause im really confused.. Thank you.

1. It was fixed already in .136 4.3, if you still have problems go via Warranty.
2. Yes, with some specific applications.
3. No, you have to get root.
4. I think so.
5. How did you moved the apps to SD? it was never possible from 4.2.2.
6. Ask Google.
7. You are will not be allowed to write to SD until you get Root and modified system to do it. Search on Z1 section, is there.
Best answer for all your question is: Do not Update to KK.

If u mean the sdfix for write access, its no longer needed since first lollipop version
Of course it is needed even with Lollipop. Foulder Mount or Titanium Backup cant use SD1 without.
Fixed it with Xposed and HandleExternalStorage Module!
