[NEED HELP] zenfone 4 "unable to mount /factory"

Can someone help me? I got bootloop after tried to recover IMEI using terminal emulator. I've tried flash my phone by 2ways :
1. fastboot tools
2. Flash via sdcard using .raw FW
both are FAIL -_-
1. When i trying to flash using fastboot tools, it said "no space left on device"
2. Trying with .raw FW, doesn't worked either.
I have error messages on my droidboot, it said
"failed to mount /factory (invalid argument) ; unable to mount /factory "
i've tried to google how to fix it, but i can't find article about "unable to mount /factory"
Please Help
I think you might have corrupted your recovery partition ... If .raw flashing fails we can't do any thing. And what error did you get when flashing .raw

It needs the password you have set on your device. Pattern lock does not work, you'll need to change to a pin or remove security while using TWRP.

7 8 9
I use the pattern lock and this is how you have to envision the dots to figure out what your password is using TWRP.
What passcode style do you use?
I didn't realize that my pattern is my password.
I'm running my NANDroid backup now
Thank you!

The more you know. Thanks!
Sorry to bump this old thread, but I am having this same issue. My problem however is that my device was just unlocked and wiped, so I shouldn't even have a password for unlock. I tried the numbers to match the pattern I was using before wipe, but that didn't work. This is a fresh root via CF-Auto-Root and fresh TWRP recovery flash. I can't even boot into Android as it says it is corrupted/untrusted. So I am unable to mount my storage, even though I pushed the new ROM to /sdcard via adb and can see it inside of TWRP when I go to install.
edit: nevermind I fixed by doing a factory reset and data wipe in TWRP after finding someone else with the problem.
