According to your hboot and radio version, your phone is probably on a 6.09.401.xx firmware so the 7.19.401.2 or 7.19.401.22 RUU should work fine.

@alray isn't it mandatory for s-on to update firmware incrementaly? That's why I wanted to know his base version

When flashing a firmware extracted from an ota update yes, it must be done incrementally since these firmware are only patches (only the files to be updated are included in these firmware package, not everything). So if you skip a firmware version when flashing these kind of files, you might end up with some parts of the firmware not compatible with each others and the phone can brick --> qhsusb_dload mode.
When flashing a RUU that doesn't matters since it will flash everything so you can't end up with files that doesn't match together. But to flash a 7.xx.401.x RUU there are some requirements like having at least a 6.aa.401.bb version and hboot 1.57. Doesn't matter what number are at positions "aa" and "bb".

But in my case how can I go for the 7.19.401.2 when I already don't have 6.xx.xxx.xx, I have a custom ROM (CyanogenMod), so do I need to start from 1.xx.xxx.xx.
I'm so sorry, as I don't understand it very well, so I appreciate if you clarified it to me.

No. You're fine with 7.19.401.2. Just flash that and take official updates to the latest - 7.19.401.51

Is your bootloader locked/relocked?
Are you using the fastboot version provided in the RUU Collection thread?

My bootloader is relocked (fastboot oem lock), but I didn't use the version in the RUU collection thread, may be this is the reason?

[Q] [M7U Indian] I'm having trouble going back to stock

Hello
This is my first post on this forum. I followed guide here to do the following:
1. Unlock the bootloader using htcdev site
2. Install TWRP
3. Rooted the phone
I want to go back to stock now, not that I need it, I just want to be sure if this can be done completely. By completely I mean no tampered flag, no unlocked flag and OTA updates, stock rom and recovery.
What procedure should I follow for this? I read many threads, but it seems I cannot find a stock RUU for my phone.
Details:
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5

All the RUUs I've found till now (except one by Yatin, and in the OP he mentioned that he's not sure about OTA ), do not have the firmware 4.20.707.7. Can I use one with an older version?
I'll appreciate any help! Thanks!

I also need to go to stock ROM. I only installed custom recovery which overwrite some data because after this some HTC apps like flashlight, calculator are missing. If I only install stock recovery then will all system apps will be restored and I can say I am complete stock?

[Q] Didnt backup,cant s-off

So first thing I ****ed up I didnt make a backup of my stock when I got into this.I am a complete noob/beginner so :/.I have been using cyanogen mod which I installed following the guide on the sidebar of /r/Android.It worked fine but I miss stock too much.Stock camera is the biggest reason I want stock back. Now I downloaded stock rom from back to stock thread and it didnt work presumably because I have s-on.Same thing with androidrevolutionhd 81.I tried getting s-off but then I realized my hboot is 1.57.Would really appreciate help And this whole thing wouldnt be necessary if I could get stock camera on any rom that doesnt require s-off.That thing is so much better for the pictures I take compared to google play apps.

you don't need s-off to flash ARHD 81. You are probably using the wrong recovery to flash it. What recovery version are you using?
your "fastboot getvar all" could also help

I hate guides from this website, The way they are written make them useful only if your phone is in the same exact situation with the same exact specs (software version) and there are often unnecessary steps, like in this case step 7 is useless since you don't need usb debugging in bootloader mode. These guides are never updated and giving links to old files. Sorry but I had to say it. I see so much ppl coming here after bricking their phone following an outdated guide from this website.
Post the output of "fastboot getvar all" (do not post your IMEI/Serialno) and we'll be able to tell you what you really need to do. Also, do you remember what your OS version was before flashing CM?

I need to know your "fastboot getvar all" like asked in my previous post, otherwise I can't help you. And this will be very useful since it looks like you don't know what phone you have otherwise you wouldn't be trying to flash random RUU on it.
You didn't answered my question about your previous OS version neither.

PN0710000 + HTC__E11 mean you need a M7_UL x.xx.401.x RUU.
Hboot 1.61 mean its a 7.19.xxx.x RUU
So you need a 7.19.401.x RUU.
Unfortunately the only way to know the remaining x is from your OS version which is blank. Try the 7.19.401.22 RUU (file at post #2 of this thread, instructions how to flash at post #1)
if it doesn't work, that mean your OS version was 7.19.401.30 or 7.19.401.51. In that case you'll need to follow instructions at the end of post #2 of the thread linked above to downgrade your version-main so you can flash the 7.19.401.22 RUU.

It says this: C:\platform-tools>fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
target reported max download size of 1514139648 bytes
sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.144s]
writing 'unlocktoken'...

when i unlock the bootloader and re-enter into bootloader menu it say tampered, relocked and security warning. I cant enter recovery because of security warning.

The relevant info when searching for a RUU in red (see above).
There is no 7.19.401.151 RUU available so you'll have to use the 7.19.401.102 and re-update to 7.19.401.151 after.
Since your phone is S-ON you'll need to change your version-main number from 7.19.401.151 to 7.19.401.102 so you can flash the RUU. Everything explained in the RUU collection thread (see sticky thread in the general section) under "how to downgrade with s-on" at post #2.

You used regular fastboot tool right? In order to flash 7.xx firmware, aka Lollipop, you need to use htc fastboot, because regular fastboot can't handle files bigger than 1.5 GB. Hence the error message
