Hi guys, i am new to this site but cant find anything on here regarding my device and problem, so want to see if any one else has any ideas...
I Have installed DivX onto my device to playback avi files, but even after converting them to 320x240 and 250kbs with DVD Catalyst...
I have installed TCPMP but that fails to run, logging things to "crash.txt" but i cannot find the log file to find out what is causing it...
So i am unable to play any avi file on my device...
Can any one shed any light on my problems?
Thanks
coreplayer m
Get yourself coreplayer, you can try their trial before you think about purchasing it. it is an awsome media player, i dont even bother to convert my divx/xvid files to compress em down....they play with very few niggles!
anyone know if its possible and if so what program/app i need to watch avi movies that i stored n my sd card? when i had the vouge i used tcmp, a great program that played anything i ran on it.
Is there any programs similar to this?
thank you.
search "avi" on the market. I just did, about 5-8 apps popped about but they're all low rated. You can try to convert the avi movies to another format.
tcmp or dviplayer can be used... a search can help you to find one
Try this out...
I used this software converting a few movies and it worked great. Just download Video Player in the market and it will find the videos on your SD card. It may even play avi, but I just convert everything to H264

So I used handbrake to convert a video to an m4vfile will this work I dropped on my sd and go to play I just dont see it I can here it. What is the the procedure to view a movie on the n1?
drop it in a folder, then you can go to the gallary and find that folder and watch it.
The better way though is to download Video Player from the market. All it is an app which searches your sd card for video files and then lists the file names.
Is mv4 a working format for the N1?

im not sure, but i think google can help you out with that
I know mp4s work and .h264 is the codec you really should be using
m4v with x264 or MPEG-4 ASP (with DX50 Fourcc, not XVID) works perfectly.
OK, so, flash sucks...however, we want to post a video to our internal, corporate Sharepoint site, and to make sure everyone can view it, our thinking right now is a flash video. However, right now the file is a H.264 encoded .mp4 file. Does anyone know of a good, free, flash video converter?
use the google)
Hi all,
A friend of mine has had a Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 and recorded a mp4 video.
This file was put on a USB-stick and afterwards deleted on that USB stick.
Now he wants to have the mp4 back.
I managed to recover the mp4 file, but apparantly, the file was partially overwritten, and
I already have a tool to repair the video but it wants an original mp4 (I suppose to repair the header).
Is there anyone willing to upload a mp4 (a few seconds should be enough; recorded in standard quality)?
thx a lot in advance,
Deimie
