That's the worst error description ever. What did not work? Flashing the framework in recovery? Installing the Xposed installer .apk? Booting your device? Which steps did you perform to install Xposed? Which files did you install?
Without those information nobody will be able to help you.

And why would you try to flash all different SDK versions? SDK21 is for Android 5.0.x, SDK22 is for Android 5.1.x and SDK23 is for Android 6.0.x. Did you wipe cache&dalvik after flashing the Xposed framework?
If this doesn't work: try to grab a log file during bootloop via ADB.

Oh, it seems I got the part wrong where you said that you "flashed all official versions for ARM64" So, nevermind.
What you can do is to re-check the table from post #2 from here again. There is a special requirement for ARM64 processors. Check if the folder /system/lib64 exists on your system. If not, you have to use the ARM SDK21 version instead of the ARM64 SDK21 version.

If the folder /system/lib64 exists and your device's CPU is ARM64, then you have to use the ARM64 version (SDK21). Try to flash it and - if you encounter an error during flashing - try to make a screenshot and post it here. It might be that your system (maybe your ROM) isn't supported. This is a common issue with some chinese vendors as they alter the ART environment heavily compared to pure Android.

Installing xposed on HTC One running lollipop isn't different than what is explained in the "official Xposed for lollipop" thread: Flash framework zip in recovery and install the xposed apk. Each time you want to update the framework, you'll have to flash it in recovery like said in the xposed app
Btw its "harder" to install because Xposed for lollipop is still in alpha version.
Btw. there is a separate version for 5.1.

Should be ARM since the CPU on the m7 is ARMv7.

Use the flow chart from this post to identify the required Xposed version for your device. Seems that you are trying to flash the wrong Xposed version.
The updater script saved you from yourself. There is a thread for this kind of stuff. You didn't need to start a thread.

You have flashed the wrong version. Your device is running Android 5.0.x, right? That's what "expected SDK21" indicates. But you tried to flash a version designed for Android 5.1.x. That is the problem.
BTW: wakamatsu is right, there is a dedicated thread for those questions.

You should both use the flow chart from this post to identify the correct Xposed version. It isn't that hard. If there is an issue while flashing Xposed, attach a screenshot or a log file.
@Dhy3ives: you are on Android 5.1.1 (SDK v22) and and you are trying to flash an Xposed version for Android 5.0.x (SDK v21). Search the correct Xposed version for your device (see flow chart linked above).
@sebzukowski: Do you have the latest TWRP version installed? Maybe the problem is that you updated from CM12 (Android 5.0.x) to CM12.1 (Android 5.1.x), thus a different Xposed version is required.
If you update your ROM, you do not have to uninstall Xposed completely, simply boot into recovery and re-flash it. Updating a ROM will overwrite several files used by Xposed.

To make some things clear in the beginning:
The Xposed Installer v2.7 is for devices running KitKat and below, whereas the Xposed Installer v3.0 is for devices running Lollipop.
Could you specify which device and what Android version you are using? Without those informations nobody will be able to help you.
If you are on a KitKat-based ROM, stay with Xposed v2.7. If you are on Lollipop (Android 5.+), check the official Xposed for Lollipop thread and use the flow chart in post #2 to identify the correct file for your device.

Could you specify which Xposed Installer you have used? v3.0 or v2.7? v3.0 is for devices with Android Lollipop, whereas v2.7 (Xposed repo link) is for devices with Android <5.0. There is no need to flash the framework via recovery if you don't run Android <5.0.

Let's see:
Android 6.0 -> SDK23
Nexus 4 -> ARMv7 (aka ARM)
So you need the xposed-v80-sdk23-arm.zip from here.
Don't forget to wipe cache&dalvik after flashing Xposed through recovery.

In the post which I linked in my last post, you'll find a TWRP recovery for your device. Follow either the instructions from this post to flash this recovery or use ROM Installer (an app from Play Store) to flash the recovery file.
Afterwards, boot into the new recovery and try to flash Xposed.

Did you actually activate some modules? If yes, then please post a full logcat, taken as soon as possible after booting. Issues like this might occur if SELinux blocks access to the file. Maybe it doesn't appear on my Nexus 9 because I have installed SuperSU 2.52, including the modified boot image.

This is what you need to do :-
1) Root you device
2)Install appropriate TWRP through odin.
3)Then you need to deodex the Rom of your device. For this please download a copy of Update of your device on your PC and follow instruction given this forum to deodex the Rom.
Or
3)You can also, download and install a mini Rom which deodex the apps. I found one and it worked flawlessly on my device. Not sure if it will work for you or not, but their is a file name :- deodex-apps-kn06497 in this forum.
( Install via TWRP in recovery mode)
4)Then download xposed-v65-sdk21-arm-arter97-V5-generic.zip from arter97 framework.
5)Install the above framework using TWRP.
6)then Open your device and download xposed installer 3.0 alpha (4).apk and install it as you normally install files.
7)Reboot and see that Xposed has been installed in your phone successfully.
Tip:- Dont clear cache using TWRP.
Also, Once you install each file using TWRP, reboot the system and then again go to recovery rather than installing all files at once.
I am sure this will make your device run Xposed
You don't have any idea what the problem is AND what you're suggestion, right?
The problem in the OP is that he uses Xposed Installer 2.x instead of the version for Lollipop: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
And for your suggestions... it's hard to find anything good about it. There shouldn't be any need to deodex, nor should you use v65 when v80 is already available. I would also suggest to try my official zips first, as far as I understood @arter97's fork concentrates on Samsung Touchwiz ROMs.
Please, if you don't know what you're talking about, don't answer.

Thank you @rovo89, that certainly did it. There was no need to deodex, which seemed like such a PITA.
