S5 5.1.1 OF3 Samsung Reactivation Lock - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 5

I'm having trouble logging into my phone. I did a factory reset and the reactivation lock was enabled. I cant get past it. I tried to log in, and it says processing failed. I can use a otg drive and get to the settings menu. the reactivation lock option isn't checked. I am not able to add a samsung account, but can add other accounts. I can add other apks like nova launcher and google launcher. I have been able to get to them, but it's hard because the home button is disabled.
I have also gone to app settings to force stop the samsung setup process and android setup. The home button is still disabled, but force stopping those does allow the phone to be a little more usable. I think I was able to get to the launcher after force stopping those.
I've tried to downgrade to oc4, but get errors in odin and on the phone for rev check. Anyone know how I can get past this?
I've noticed in Download mode there is a line for "reactivation lock" and it always says yes. It seems like this is a part of the bootloader? I haven't been able to find a way to root this version, and it won't let me downgrade.

I have exact same problem on my N910T (Note4). Please help. going into settings with "SideSync" and most of the phones functions work fine but can't create a new samsung account only, all other accounts add perfectly. The bootloader has the "Reactivation Lock: ON" and I think due to this I am having this problem. Also I tried to downgrade through Odin from current 5.1.1 to 5.0.1 with no luck, keep getting "fail" on start:
<ID:0/009> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/009> SingleDownload.
<ID:0/009> aboot.mbn
<ID:0/009> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/009> sbl1.mbn
<ID:0/009> rpm.mbn
<ID:0/009> FAIL! (Auth)
Please Help Me! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Pretty much same here. G870A though. I actually have my Samsung account password but for whatever reason, reactivation lock sticks. Was advised to upgrade 5.0 to 5.1.1 but dunno if that will fix it either. Sent to Samsung to repair this issue as they requested when I contacted their service department about the activation lock. But after they received it, they wouldn't do anything until I paid $71.xx to repair the cracked camera lens. I told them $71 for a Ebay $2.99 part was a little steep. They wouldn't budge, fix it all or nothing at all. Told them to send it back and I'll repair my own lens... then send it back I guess.
But back to the OP, I hope someone with a little knowledge chimes in.

Good days after being 2 days non-stop with my TG P-1000 I am going to explain better than me it has happened for if I have solution to my problem and this way someone probably can help me:
1. I am new in the system Android it turns out that the problem of that my table remains the screen in negress I believe that it is because I put a Rom of a TG P1000L that is of latinoamerica and the mia is an European TG P 1000 on having put the wrong rom can be that the BOOTLOADER was blokeado before the flashearas or I have blocked it with the wrong rom.
2. The problem is not alone that this the screen in black if not that I her can either it puts in way download to be able to put a Firw Original and this way be able to try that it starts, to one that if I open the Odin and I connect the table to PC puts on the yellow cabin but if I send him the original firw me the Odin remains this way the whole Moment.

[HELP!!!] Fail root on Docomo note 8

Hi,
I tried multiple different ways to root my Note 8 SC-01K from docomo with SamFail but failed, now my phone won't start and goes straight to installing system updates and then the screen just says no command
I can't seem to get my phone to reboot with the buttons
I think I need the sc01komu1brh1 firmware but I can't find it anywhere except on weird websites that want my credit card info
can't I find it anywhere for free? or better, is there a way to boot a European OS on a Japanese phone?

Snap was made 4 USA and Asia. I dont think that ANY country in eu got snap . All got exynos . I ment that in theory u should be able to flash any??? snap update . Since devices have no differences, only carriers and mobile connection, u should be able to simply flash hongkong update I send before on Japanese phone . Or u can try update for ur phone I found. But cany tell if it's real or no

I'm not trying to, the phone is trying to on it's own
when I launch it, it just goes automatically to system update and then gets stuck on no command
which is the exact same issue I had before flashing so I don't think it's because of the carrier?

Bootloop with SM-T817T; Frp Lock?

Hello! I've got two tablets that are driving me up the wall, as I'm quite stubborn. I wanna start off by saying these tablets were brought to me by another individual, so I have no real background knowledge aside from how the tablets are behaving.
Both tablets are model SM-T817T.
One is just FRP locked and I cannot find a combination file to it, nor can I find any workarounds for the lock. Is it possible to port an existing combination file to a similar model? Because I have found one for the T817J model.
The other tablet is more complicated. It's stuck in a bootloop (flashes the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 logo when plugged up to power or a PC). I cannot bring up the recovery menu, but I can bring up the download mode. I've tried to flash it with the latest firmware, but despite the successful flash through Odin, I get the same bootloop on restart. I have also tried draining the battery as well as charging it to 100%. I'm thinking the partitions are corrupted, but I'm not certain about what I should do to resolve the issue. I'm reading that I need a PIT file to repartition in Odin, but I can't find one. It might also be worth noting that Download mode displays "FRP Lock: On."
I thought, perhaps I could unlock the former and use it to create a backup image for the latter...?
Thanks for your time. :victory: I hope you understand I'm a little new to this Android business, but I'm an aspiring programmer and would love to learn more about mobile software.
[Edit] So, I've finally found my own workaround and removed the FRP lock from the working tablet. I flashed Marshmallow, then used the hotspot trick to put a pattern lock on the screen. On the unlock screen, I pressed the user icon in the top right corner and added a new account, then used the QuickShortcutMaker trick to do the rest. I've also rooted the tablet.
Now, I extracted the PIT file from the working tablet to pair with the same stock ROM to revive the bootlooping tablet via repartition flash. When I attempted to flash the bootlooping tablet, the PIT check failed. I suppose I'm missing something here... Any ideas? Thanks again!!

HELP NEEDED reverting back to the old Software

I have had the new firmware update on my Note 8 for a few days now and I absolutely hate it. I would like to revert back to the old firmware but I have no clue how to do this. I am not experienced at all and I have no idea how to start or what to do. Any step-by-step guides would be much appreciated!

This will require a Windows XP or higher Computer!
Download the last Oreo firmware for your model. Make sure the the "5" in N950....."5"DSC4 is the SAME in the OREO firmware like N950....."5"CSB2 if you see "4" there it won't work.
Unzip the file. Should get: AP, BL, CP and CSC and HOME-CSC Files.
Download the latest Odin on PC.
Run Odin as administrator (right click on Odin.exe file an select Run as Administrator)
Put phone in download mode.
Connect phone with USB cable and Make sure Odin detects phone.
Place the AP file in AP field in Odin
BL file in BL field
CP file in CP field
CSC file in CSC field in Odin **This will ERASE ALL DATA SO BACKUP FIRST before doing this.
Also Remember your GOOGLE account for your phone or you'll run into FRP (Fractory Reset Protection) meaning you can't use your phone until you log into your GOOGLE account first at startup. No bypassing it so Remember it!
Ignore the "home-CSC " file not needed!
You'll need to factory reset to go back to Oreo from PIE, so BACKUP first!!
Search YouTube on how to use Odin.

Try Good Lock (Galaxy Store) app and download the models that's inside Good lock app. It brings back lots of stuff from Oreo back and customizations for pie.
So what don't you like about pie?

First of all. Thank you! I will report back if I have any issues or am successful!
Second, There are a few things I don't like:
1. I turned off messaging send notices and it still asks me if I want to turn it on every time I go into a message.
2. My screen seems to stay active on certain apps, like if I'm on speaker phone I can't turn the screen off. It keeps flashing on like I am getting notifications.
3. they moved the time around on me. Might seem minor, but I am not a fan of the placement.
4. Every time I send a message, my phone notifies me that I have received a message, but it is really just my message. Then it displays my message below the one I responded to in my notifications.
5. I'm sure there's a couple other things, but this is what I can think of at the moment.

I'm guessing you went through all the settings of the messaging app?
3. Good Lock - Quick Star module - allows you to move the time around (Left, Middle, Right and hidden).
Also did you try factory resetting your device in PIE to see if that fixed some of that issues?
cutting out 3rd party call recording in pie is a biggy
