[Q] Can someone port the Note 2 Keyboard to i9305.?

Hey guys.
I saw a thread in the S3 section and they have ported the Note 2 keyboard for i9300. Is there a possibility to do this for our i9305.?
Personally, it's an amazing keyboard.

have you tried flashing that on the i9305? i don't see why it wouldn't work.

i googled it and i found the APK, LatinImeGoogle_signed.apk is the filename, if you have any issues finding it let me know.
Worked great on my 9305!

It works as it is. A least it did 4 me... Im on pandoriam 3.6 atm. Dont know if theres a prob with the XXELKC roms but im just about 2 flash the new 4.0 rom. Will report back...

Yes! It also works on XXELKC. I love that 5th row with numbers :thumbup:

Hello and thanks to everyone for answering. Before i had a stock rom called xxali5 or something like that but wasnt able to run it. Now i just tried it with xxelkc and works fine. No probs yet.

Good work with this, great keyboard. Does anyone else have autocorrection with it though? I do like to have it on and I dont seem to have the option for it. Only an option to have it suggest words at the top.

Here also it happened, but I used a flashzip of titanium backup and installed Swype keyboard then have disabled the default keyboard.
Now I'm using the rom normally.

Flashing kernel
Hi all,
I'm using the 4.10.10 version and I'm unable to flash successfully any kernel (using PhilZ Touch 6.48.4).
The flash itself goes smoothly, however the phone never boots (stays on the MI logo).
I've tried latest Boeffla and also latest ArchiKernel (since I saw so good feedback from Zwulf) but never boots.
Can you please share how you managed to flash other kernel?

Make sure you have stock kernel. Then flash aosp version of archi 1.5.2 I think that one works. And install Stweaks

Hi i´m actually on the 4.10.24 release , has anybody got the offline charging animation bring to work? or its an fault on my i9300?
i updated the kernel to boefla boeffla-kernel-2.4-beta7(modified the boot.img)i thougt it will fix this minor problem but it doesn´t
anyway got anybody a working mirror for the new version 4.10.31?

the charging animation when the phone is powered off doesnt work properly
i made a picture to show -> htt*://s14.directupload.net/images/141104/nefp7nuc.jpg (i don´t have 10 post to bring it in correct way because i´m a new registered user)
and i know where can i offically download it ... but actually i cant download it because the link is broken or something , when i click the download button from niuans 4.10.31 version it tries to open it in the browser windows ,and yes i tried another browser, thats why i ask for a mirror

So i will be working on this new project to make a custom rom for this device

Probably not.
I don't own the 626g+. Its my dad's phone. I just rooted it once.
So I can't experiment with the phone yet.

its so sad to know ,more time waiting for a decent custom rom..or even a stock ui mod..

no im sorry the ROM has been ported for HTC 626 G PLus but the recovery is failing i think because of a bootloader issue and i am not even continuing development on this device , for 626s there maybe some development you can check through , desire 626 android development page.

So the development of this ROM is discontinued?

I found a working cm13 rom for this device (desire 626g+) got it from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mC3S8vDx3U0 and downloaded it from the first link in the description. Flashed it as it was using cwm recovery. So far it is working good.

yes, for the d626g+ development is very good,even have MIUI!! but is just for this variant and is MTK device [emoji17] , looks like the "s" variant no have support..

I don't know where I downloaded the CWM recovery from but you can download the TWRP recovery for this phone and then flash the cm13 zip.

Follow this instructions what OP told you, Jesus.

And it is not same as Chinese TRWP otherwise he would not be able to flash it without problems.
