6] press SHIFT key and Right Click in empty space and click Open Command Window Here
7] then in Command Prompt, copy the following line

You changed the stuff. You were offering logo.bin from Alberto's zip. Now you changed to a logo zip. Be honest. You also edited the first reply and put "zip" were was a ".bat" for bin flashing.

This worked great for me and I for one appreciate it since using the fastboot method to flash to stock logo didn't work, (tried it 4 times with no joy). I really don't care if it is borrowed and modified, it did the job. If this was the only example of borrowing on XDA, then the whole site would be a fraction of the size. Haters gonna hate. This seemed to break my charging animation when powered off.
I flashed one of the alternate inverted boot images and it works again. Also changes look of bootloader screen. Not a big deal but just noticed..

I downloaded both the 6p and the the Google G zip, unzipped both of them after that I took the logo.bin out of the 6p and placed it in the Google G, then I compressed the Google G with a different name and flashed it. Worked like a charm too! ( used ES File Manager to do this because I was too lazy to hook up and use fastboot).

You can find the stock logo in any factory image.
But if you are looking for the stock logo removing the warning you can flash this.

Ya absolutely I had faced the similar issue too many times... Move to cm14.1.

Yes you will need custom recovery... But if you are planning to add bootanimation manually then you need root access...

Cm14.1 there is no time to show animation it appeared as black image and booted I have placed in correct path

It should work, as you can see other post in this thread.
Can you check again by flashing. Or just extract it and move bootanimation.zip to system/media/ and change permission and Make sure everything under ‘Read’ is checked, only ‘User’ is checked under ‘Write’ and nothing is checked under ‘Execute’.
Use root explorer or es file explorer.
Will it remove the unlocked bootloader warning?
