Got a date the one from the German site was created?? You make accusations but bring NO proof except that it's also on another website... you need proof of who uploaded it first if you want to prove who the one to blame is.
Also, it's not a crime to post someone else's work to share with users here. Should the credit be given if the OP didn't create it?? Yes. Is it the end of the world??? LOL no

This seemed to break my charging animation when powered off.
I flashed one of the alternate inverted boot images and it works again. Also changes look of bootloader screen. Not a big deal but just noticed..

I liked the idea of something simple yet a bit more classy look, so I made this up, based on the US Version of the device, the Ascend X (I always liked that name better than Ideos, that's why I made this)
I don't mind sharing if anyone is interested

It's quite self explanatory. Put in a bmp of 800x480 resolution into the working folder, run the program, and it outputs the img version of it.
That's just about it, the rest is photoshop skills

For anyone tired of the shiny white Bootlogo every time you turn your phone on this is for you.
Prerequisites:
Bootloader Unlocked
Fastboot and Adb On your Pc (i personally recommend Minimal ADB and Fastboot )
Installation:
Assuming you already have Fastboot on your pc just flash it with the following command:

Uninstall:
Just flash back the original Logo_original.bin on this thread with the command

The one in this thread, the op boot logo works fine.
Seems you are trying to create another one? If you can't get your boot logo to work, please don't confuse users coming to flash this one. If you want help with YOUR boot logo, then maybe PM @Jaocagomez?

This program was designed for the Moto G and doesn't seem to work with quark (at least, I can't get it to work). All the logos I make give me a black screen at boot, and it also messes up the headings in my bootloader menu. If it's not too much work, would you mind posting a guide on how to make custom logo.bin files?

How to increase volume of bootanimation? I have flashed stock Droid Turbo 5.1 animation into Moto Maxx soak 4 MM 6.0.1 ROM, but volume is too low.

You are supposed to flash it with TWRP in recovery. You are not supposed to unzip it.

Use a different browser. There is NO encryption key to download. It's just a zipped file. It stays zipped.
I just downloaded the file on my PC with Firefox, so I don't know what the problem is.

I downloaded both the 6p and the the Google G zip, unzipped both of them after that I took the logo.bin out of the 6p and placed it in the Google G, then I compressed the Google G with a different name and flashed it. Worked like a charm too! ( used ES File Manager to do this because I was too lazy to hook up and use fastboot).

You changed the stuff. You were offering logo.bin from Alberto's zip. Now you changed to a logo zip. Be honest. You also edited the first reply and put "zip" were was a ".bat" for bin flashing.

You changed the stuff. You were offering logo.bin from Alberto's zip. Now you changed to a logo zip. Be honest. You also edited the first reply and put "zip" were was a ".bat" for bin flashing.

I created my own logo.bin file..
But if .bin file is not secure to you, I have flashable zip now..

This worked great for me and I for one appreciate it since using the fastboot method to flash to stock logo didn't work, (tried it 4 times with no joy). I really don't care if it is borrowed and modified, it did the job. If this was the only example of borrowing on XDA, then the whole site would be a fraction of the size. Haters gonna hate. Just sayin'.
