Google maps not redering properly on micromax a1 - Android One (First-Generation) Cross-Device Genera

Hello guys,
Im bought this phone for the purpose for navigation only, I'm driving my cars with uber and Ola. After little research I realise that this phone is fast and have all sensors which one good phone need for navigation.
Now as I bought it problem start, first uber main driving app get crashed again and again. So I did tons of things like re format phone, Re install apps etc.
But in the end I solve that problem with put sd card
Workout sd card those navigation apps are not working and simply got crashed.
Now my main problem start with maps app itself. It is not showing maps clearly.
All I got blank display with direction to places. I have tried with un install maps clear cache. But nothing is working.
Here are some screen shots

Please tell me what should I do, I'm on Marshmallow 6.0. 1
Same things was with 5.1.1.
Does someone here in forum used this for navigation with problem like mine?

Strange problems (wifi, top toolbar, some unusual force closes) after froyo update

Hi there guys, I have a few problems,
1.)
I have unusual problem (like no one had before )... Sometimes I get an error when I try to enable wifi over top toolbar (on my Samsung Galaxy S). Wifi is like frozen, no signs of activity or whatsoever. When I go to setting tab and see wifi state it is shaded button and after some time it states "Error" just below same shaded button. When I click on it after it states error sometimes it fixes it self (i.e. turns wifi on), and sometimes I have to reboot it to work.
2.)
This one is a more strange than unusual problem )... Sometimes as it is some kind of collision, when I scroll down my top toolbar it just remains opened as big as a little line no more than half an centimeter of a width. And I can't get it down to fully see information (since after installation of some widget or application or when I receive mail there is everything summarized up there). I don't know if I had installed some game or app or widget which interferes with standard top toolbar?
3.)
Some force closes when browsing Internet (via stock browser) or checking mail (via gmail app) are really annoying, but I was looking for related problems here on forum and it looks like "nothing unusual" for Froyo users....
Are there any solutions to these problems or any related thread that I have missed in my search so you can reference me to or if you can give me some solutions or at least explanations of these strange/unusual problems?
Thank you in forward . I really love this community and one day I will do Android programming too. I really need a kick start (this is not topic related question) ... can you tell me how can I get some applications fast up and running and which books/video tutorials to use to quickly become android developer / how much time is needed (I have devotion and zeal in my toolbox and I have some programming background in Java )?
Respect!
Factory reset?
Well I really want to avoid that solution any other suggestion?
Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA App
I have all problems you describe as well, I did a factory reset (3 times in total since froyo - for these reasons. the last time I formatted the internal SD card as well, just to be sure) and they remain.
The notification bar might be caused by an app, I am still not sure, but I disabled my quick settings shortcut in the bar and the 3G watchdog notification which indicated I am using 3G and it has not happened since. Rebooting the phone also works.
I have the WIFI thing as well, it happens and works exactly like you say, I press it again and it fixes itself - or not. Weird.
Browser force close and gmail force close happens here as well.
I am contemplating bringing it to a service center but I am unsure if that will solve anything or if it's just buggy Samsung software? Any ideas?

Any one guys? Are we only two people on the internet having this issue?
Can someone at least elaborate a bit?

[Q] [Troubleshoot] Compass and Maps crashing.

I'm having a couple of wonky issues that recently presented themselves.
First, the compass is acting up. It always points in the wrong direction in Maps. It is usually about 45 degrees off, but lately it seems to only want to point south. It also points in the wrong direction when using GPS Essentials, but I haven't tried anything else.
Second, and the more frustrating issue: Maps is not working. First issue with maps: When I search for a destination and look at the route (before I start the route guidance), if the screen shuts off the phone will not wake up. I will have to reboot the phone. Second issue with maps: Route guidance crashes the phone. Specifically, when the voice talks, maps will freeze, causing me to have to reboot the phone. The really strange part is if I turn the volume all the way down, I can navigate just fine. It is only when the voice talks that it crashes. However, as you can guess, a voiceless guidance isn't all that helpful.
Things that I have done in the past that may or may not have any affects on my current issue: I have used faux's kernel, but went back to the stock kernel. I also use Viper's audio fix.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try to fix this??
*sigh*
The only time things work correctly is if you ask for help, right? I don't know if I have a permanent fix, but the compass and maps issues have subsided.
Here's what I did: I tried to use GPS Essentials multiple times to calibrate the compass with no success. I then tried GPS Status and Toolbox and that seemed to properly calibrate the compass, so that issue may be resolved.
Concerning the maps crashing: I tried disabling Viper audio for the phone speaker (I hadn't had this issue when the voice guidance was through the bluetooth), and it seemed to act normally. Since I only used Viper for the phone speaker I decided to totally uninstall the driver and app.
I don't know if this is a perma fix, but I'll try it out for a while and see what happens.

help! super lagging oculus 360photos

Hey need some help 360photos app on my gear vr for s6 has gotten some extreme lag now with head movement and I have no Idea why? Only app that does it... well cinema does it slightly but 360photos is like I'm tripping hard on shrooms or drank a fifth of vodka and everytime I move my head it's like a blur till I stop my head and it focuses. Does it regardless of Internet connection (turned on airplane mode to see if it was a streaming issue).* Uninstalled 360photos and oculus home neither of which helped me. Only thing I've really tinkered with in the actual vr apps is sideloading downloaded videos into milkvr app. Most of which don't work now that I downloaded the latest update, for some reason. I didn't convert them when uploaded them onto s6 just copied them but still not sure why that would be an issue. Anyone else having this issue or is there anything that I can do to make it clear up the way it was when I bought it. Really don't want to have go through the bulls hit Hassel of resetting my phone. Help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
I have experienced this a few times with my S6. Both times turned out to cause by some third party app. First one was a sense 7 clock widget. After uninstalling, issue went away. Second time was after installing sygic gps. Your issue could very well be the same, some rouge app that was poorly written.

No I got it fixed would say that was it but havn't deleted any apps. I had to go into the dialer enter *#0*# brings up a menu, select scope ( I think, been a few days since I figured it out) and you have to run checks on gyroscope and manually calibarate compass.

Problem with OK Google recording

Hi All,
I just recently encounter the following error on my Huawei P9 Plus, when I use an application that requieres the need to record (Shazam, cámara, sleep as Android) I pop up message appears showing that "com.android.googlequicksearchbox:interactor" will not be able to record right now, I read in other forums that the main problem is with the OK Google functionality to identify in any screen, if I turn it off the message disappears, the thing is that I use the OK Google functionality heavily, so the solution does not work for me, I have cleaned the cache of the apps, uninstalled and installed and even wipe cache partition with no help...
Anyone with the same problem?
This just recently started, noticed it yesterday
I have attached a image for your reference.
Same thing happened to me. In order to resolve this, i've disabled the "Ok Google" detection from any screen.
Somehow with recent updates of Google Play or whatever it is might have triggered this error.
Clear cache & Reset Factory doesn't solve this either.
I got the same problem on P9 lite. With some search I found that almost all the guys reporting this error seem to be using Huawei phones. I would also like to see a fix, hope someone comes up with something like disabling "ok Google" detection when another app starts recording audio.
Seems to be due to an update with the Google app, as it happened to me all of a sudden (a few months back), without any changes other than app updates. All i've managed to find on it are from fellow Huawei users as well.
For a phone that is aiming at other, more established, flagships, they really do seem to **** up on the little details (not counting the 'shoot with a DSLR and claim it's a P9' debacle or the more recent emmc/ufs outright lie, which aren't so 'little'). After paying so much, why should I have to choose between having OK Google available on all screens (as it was designed to be), but have to deal with error messages, or disable the feature (basically making it next to useless) just to clear the errors?
