After i got the T810 (Android 5.0.2) the device shut down shortly after booting.
After 2 or 3 resets (power, vol down) i can use the device to configure WiFi, google account, samsung account. The device doesn't shut down by itself.
To this time KNOX wasn't tripped.
In Odin 5.10.7 i wanted to flash twrp to make a backup of the device.
I accidently flashed cf_autoroot_android502.
Going back to download mode (home, vol down, power) i see KNOX tripped (knox warranty void: 1).
Then i flashed twrp in odin with success.
Booting in twrp (home, vol up, power) i wanted to do a backup, but device shuts down befor i can do anything.
I tried something in twrp (wiping cache, data) but nothing helps.
Now the device always shuts down by itself after about 20 seconds of work.
I restart with some seconds of pressing power button.
Has anybody a idea what i can do or try. Or is it maybe a hardware failure??

Last Monday i shipped the t810 to the repair-service here in germany.
Yesterday i got the repair report.
The report says
- warranty by manufacturer: yes
(i don't know wether they see KNOX tripped. Byt if yes, they maybe thought that this wasn't the reason for failure.)
- they replayced Motherboard and some small parts.
I will get back my T810 on next monday.

Hi Guys,
I was on 1.434 and rooted my device with the Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v29.
everything worked like charm.
rebooted twice and checked that SU was there.
the next step was CWM for locked bootloaders.
downloaded the newest package lockeddualrecovery1.7.installer and followed the on screen instructions.
After finishing my device rebooted.
After the reboot I have purple/pink LED on and SONY logo on the screen. phone vibrates for half a sec every 10-15 seconds.
none of power / power +vol up / power + vol down combo works.
Can;t even shutdown the device.
The phone is in that state for 15 minutes already and doesnt seem to get any better.
Any ideas?

Well you my friend have a soft brick, Restore with flashtool and you will be up and running in 30mins max
edit: also if your BL is locked you will get this everytime you wipe cache when installing new rom,
When you flashed Dual recovery something went a little bit wrong
Maddhouse, thanks for your answer.
flashtool doesnt recognize the device.
I was able to reset it by holding vol up + power
after the reset it gets to the sony screen and vibrates.

You need to go into flash tool and get a FTF ready to flash then when phone shuts down to reboot plug it in as FLASHMODE,
Ok, so there are a lot of threads about soft bricks and bootloops, I have answered in a lot of threads but it seems it needs separate thread to explain how to "revive" your phone from bootloops and soft bricks.
First of all, I don't guarantee that it will work but mostly this tricks do their job.
Tricks were tested and worked on many phones, but I don't take responsibility for hard bricked phones after performing tricks from this thread.
Sometimes you need to repeat process because everything must be done with perfect timing. Also if one method won't work try another.
1. Prepare your phone to press recovery combination and while plugging phone to USB or charger, hold keys and release when samsung logo appear. Do Factory reset in recovery
2. (the best) turn on phone into download mode and don't accept terms, when phone will reboot quick hold recovery combination and release when samsung logo appear. Do Factory reset in recovery
(3). Emergency download mode (when phone wib but don't turn on screen) - take off battery for few minutes, after that time hold download combination and insert battery, wait few seconds (so normally it would boot and enter dm), accept terms by pressing volume down, connect USB and flash stock Rom
4. usefull tip - Always have backup created in CWM on phone, you never know when it will be needed. What I do is creating backup every week/two weeks, also I have stock backup. I really recomend to create backup before flashing CM while you are on stock (it will guarantee everything will 100% work if something fails), it helped me a lot of times.
(recovery combination - volume up, volume down, power, home)
(download mode - volume down, home, power / accept terms volume down, decline - volume up)
In 1 and 2 "just in case" you can flash stock Rom, when it will start to reboot after Odin finish flashing, take off battery and insert again (to stop boot process) phone should boot into recovery normally but repeat point 2 to be sure.
Also, what is importiant, ALWAYS have turned on debug mode in your usb settings, first thing you should do after flashing CM, turn on debug mode.
===================================================================================================================================================
When you are switching from CM to stock, after flashing stock you will have almost 100% chance that you will have bootloop on samsung logo. You have to factory reset before first boot. So, after flashing stock, when odin will proceed reboot your phone, unplug phone and take off battery (take off battery cover before flashing, but be careful not to drop battery while flashing via odin, it would be really really bad for your phone, hold phone and battery all the time). After inserting battery back and assemble cover, go to recovery and do factory reset.

Thank you for this ! The decline download mode agrements , press recovery combination trick worked , I managed to get to recovery ! I flashed stock rom 3 times and tried repartition with pit ...but this is the only thing that worked ! Thank you
Now I have a Idea about a Un-brick:
1. If you want to return (after a Forget a clean data/cache/dalvik) When You can downgrade with .md5 Stock ROM (or Custom)
2. If Recovery Doesn't works... You can only Download Mode (Volume Down + Home + Power) - Remember it's that's not with SIM/SD Card [Maybe that's optional if it forget but I will be recommend.]
3. Flash to Newest "ClockWorldMod"
4. After Restart - That's must be take off battery and Connect USB Cable to SGMII
5. Let's Turn On Recovery Mode with a "Samsung Logo" Before Input Battery [With a Battery it's doesn't does it Start,on Fortunately...]
6. And... Let's to clean data/cache/dalvik... And that's All of "Open source Unbrick"
What Did a get:
+ Downgrade ROM without a Additonal Box (Because that's Open source with a Easy-Root and Not Close-Source as a Self of Old Sony Ericsson Tuning - But I Like a Old Sony Ericsson's Too ... And "Sony" looks from a 2007 about a Modifications and Sony is not a blocked for Android - Fortunately... And for a Today Some users remembers about a Big Seasons Tunings from K310i or K550i [I had a Two phones... That's nice what I discovered about a ROM's Modifications... And Let's praise for Sony that's Not blocked for Androids... Thank you,Sony. ]
+ That's can be again to Upgrade eg. Cyanogenmod
And... A knowledge... Hope that's share a help.
might want to consider adding this
Hi OP, you might want to add this to your thread..
so, early this week, i faced a bad bootloop situation after the software update.. Even with a normal boot (no vol+,home button and power button pressing), my phone will still be stucked at CWM recovery..
Note that my phone was working fine, only the software update caused my phone to stuck in the CWM bootloop..
So, what i did was, i updated my CWM 4.0.8.2 [ my bad, cause when i rooting my phone initially last few weeks, and i've been reading outdated threads].. So, i updated my CWM 4.0.8.2 to CWM 6.x through CWM recovery..
Then, after it rebooted, i go to download mode, connect my phone through ODIN and flashed stock rom.
Now, it is working fine like new..
So this weird thing happened to my 1 month old Galaxy Note 5 with no root or any software modifications to it.
I was using it to send a text message yesterday and all of a sudden the phone hanged, did not restart by itself, the screen and the buttons were not responsive. I was able to restart the phone but it will not go beyond the Galaxy Note 5, powered by Android screen. I can restart the phone with Volume Down + Power but it will not go beyond that point. Holding the power button will not turn it off, so all I can do is restart the phone as well as enter download mode. I cannot enter recovery mode as I cannot switch off the phone. Tried to wait until the battery drained but once plugged in, the screen will automatically go to the Galaxy Note 5 Screen. Also tried pushing the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons before plugging the device in but still will not enter recovery mode.
When I got home, I tried using Smart Switch Initialization to re-flash firmware. Still the same problem.
Tried flashing with Odin 3.10.7 using latest firmware from my region. Firmware flash PASS but the problem is still the same: Cannot go beyond Galaxy Note 5 Screen, Cannot access Recovery Mode
Are there any other solutions that I can employ without tripping off Knox?
Thanks guys!
Did you find a way to fix this
Try wiping Cache in recovery.
If that doesn't work then a factory reset?
It will wipe everything on your device.
This is exactly the same scenario I am facing right now... exactly...
I have tried many different files and answers from threads on here as well as other sites on the net but none have fixed my issue so I have decided to create a thread for my specific issue to see if i can get any help this way.
Background:
Samsung Note 4 (T-Mobile)(USA)
SM-N910T
Phone was working fine until about 8:30am on March 22nd. I was sitting in the waiting room at the doctors listening to YouTube and all of a sudden the sound stopped from my headphones and I looked down to see what happened and my phone was rebooting. I figured oh well just open up YouTube again and keep on keepin on. To my surprise, my device was stuck in a bootloop.
I waited until after the doctors visit to look at my phone, as when it happened my name was called. I got home and tried to restart the phone and see what was going on.
Removed battery
Held power button down for 3 seconds
put battery back in
attempted power on
back to bootloop
I then began googling and searching for answers for my problem
most said it was the battery
luckily i have an extra battery for when on vacation
removed battery
held power button down for 3 seconds
put other battery in
attempted power back on
this time it got to the home screen for maybe 45-60 seconds then it restarted and back into bootloop
more searching...
flash stock firmware with Odin...ok..
downloaded stock firmware from sammobile
downloaded latest Odin
opened odin
checked ap
chose .md5 file for ap
powered the device into download mode by pressing volume down, home and power button (then volume up and power to actually get to download mode)
started odin
took just under 10 minutes
pass
device reboots on its own into recovery
wipe factory reset
wipe cache
reboot system now
phone boots into recovery and red text says Device does not have DRK (Device root Key), contact to SW PL
Please flash ENG Binary then install DRK
i thought maybe a bad firmware file so i tried about 6 others and i get all the same error.
A note, when the phone reboots after flashing with Odin the phone shows the android man and says installing then error and brings me to the recovery screen again.
I cant get to the home screen at all anymore, it only gets to the Samsung screen then bootloop
In recovery know warranty shows 0x0
and firmware as Samsung Official
Can any kind soul help me?
plz hlp
any body?

Hey guys,
So I'm having issues trying to fix my Samsung Tab A 10.1 ( SM-T510 ).
At first I was trying to install a custom TWRP recovery image, and I had a boot loop where it kept getting stuck at the SAMSUNG splash screen(not the initial samsung boot screen that shows TAB A 10.1). I however overcame that issue by factory reseting and through some additional tinkering.
Now the part I'm starting to regret.
I tried once again to flash the custom TWRP to the tablet, but this time I forgot to tick the "autoreboot" setting off.
So ODIN shows a PASS for the flash, but now when the tablet boots its stuck in the following boot sequence:
START:
Initial Samsung boot screen asking to press power button to continue due to unknown boot image source etc
PRESS POWER
SAME INITIAL SAMSUNG BOOT SCREEN minus the power button prompt, lasts for about 3-5 seconds
REBOOT
Now I have managed to get into download mode with the tablet connected to a computer.
I CANNOT get into recovery mode to factory reset the tablet, which was the solution the last go around.
I am starting to think that the only way I am going to get the tablet back in original working order, or any working order for that matter is to:
A: LOCATE original firmware for my device, I believe it is GTAXLWIFI firmware for my device. However the files I have found don't seem to be accepted in ODIN...
B: Try to continue on with the TWRP process, which I have tried to reflash the TWRP recovery that I have, and it shows pass. But, the issue persists.
Any suggestions or help would be amazing!
Thanks!
Timing is the key
Set your finger on position where you gonna restart the device.
Hold power + vol down
After the screen restart switch soon as possible you finger to set to recovery by
Hold vol up + down + insert the USB C cable
Remember timing is the key. I have done this for several tabs that screw on my home so you are welcome bro

I think "restarts" may be confusing. Switch from down to up as soon as the screen turns off.

You can use frija.exe to get the latest stock firmware. To get TWRP you MUST boot to recovery before system. If you allow the tablet to boot to system first, it will overwrite TWRP with the stock recovery. Do this by pressing vol down and power till the screen turns off. As soon as it does, switch from vol down to up while still pressing power and keep holding both till the red warning message appears. You also need to leave the cable attached to the PC while doing this.
