Bricked lg ob pls help!

im a new owner of LG Optimus Black. i updated it via LG Mobile support it was smooth. then i tried updating it to v20O coz mine got v20f. when i flash it using smart flash tool, in the middle of the update i got an error message, i tried it so many time. 10x i guess until it turns off and nothing happens. when i put the USB cable still nothing happens. black screen, no light. literally its OFF. also the S/W mode is unable to access. unlike before i flash the v20O update. what should i do to make my OB back in life again? any help? i'll be more thank you if you could help me. thanks in advance! more power!

If you cant acces s/w mode.

try again to get into the mode S / W upgrade and remove the battery still hold the Volume + button while connected via USB cable to your PC if LG OB mod S / W upgrade not , then only repair service: (

I had the same problem. I reinstaled lg drivers, than enter in s/w mode and connect but by other usb. After that reflash by smartflash using stock rom. Should be ok. I think. After that you can root the rom and instal cwm for flash by zip files with other roms. Ofcourse if you can enter in s/w mode. If yes, you can fix yours problem.

Try plug in other USB
Reinstall lg USB drivers
restart the system
when processing, don't move the cable or don't allow loose connection of USB cable.
Finally, this is the way, If it fails, go to service center

Install software updater tool from LG web site.
Before it take back up memory card to PC
Delete lg driver and install again
Restart PC
Remove battery of your mobile and refit it but not try to switch on.
(Veryfy that battery full charge at least 60 percent.)
Start LG updater tool it is called ( b2c app ) on your PC
Now
Keep one end of cable to LG mobile and keeping pressed the volume up key insert the another end to PC. The phone must show software Update mod on screen. Or some problem in driver or something
But one thing required is broad band internet necessary.
The b2c will detect your mobile.
There is an option for recovery phone
select it and it will ask inside and serial number
Only individual Number you can input and Press check
Wait wait wait
Some warning message appear
Click yes.
Wait the PC to download necessary files from net
And it will flash the software to mobile
Wait to complete the process
And its all
It should work

[Q] Fastboot problem

When I'm fastbooting my T with the recovery.img from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1918966 it only says "waiting for device", I have conected my phone with the computer and have initiated the recovery mode (power on, volume up) and the light is blue/purple.
What's wrong? How can a flash over the CMW to my phone?

Sounds like a driver issue within windows. My xda tells me I've no favourites saved (using the app) so can't post a link. But it's a quick fix, just need the usb drivers off the top of my head. I had a similar issue with my SXS

Download flashtool (Find a link in the first thread in the Q&A section) and then goto the driver folder and run the driver.exe there

Did you put the phone in the right USB dev mode. That was my mistake at first.

[Q] Help Me Please : My usb storage is not working ...

Please for all of the master optimus black, could you help me to fix the trouble of my optimus black ?,
I bought the optimus black 2nd hand, I get all the accessories including data cable and charger.
And the case is : I've tried to connect my optimus black to my pc using the original kabel data, then my optimus black still not detected on my PC, i tried again to checking the port of the usb because i thought the problem from the driver of the USB LG, then i searching the driver on official website of LG for the driver of optimus black, then I installed on my PC ... But still not detected ....
And my question is, anyone can help me for fixing the trouble ? because usb storage is very important for me to transfering all of my data to my optimus black ...
MY PC : Windows XP SP 2
My Devide : LG Optimus Black
ROM : EmiMIUI v1.0, Cyanogen (Rooted)
Kernel : 3.0.8
Android Version : 4.1.2

Are you sure your right here? This is the LG Optimus Black forum I know that there is a LG Optimus L7 that is not to much different but flashing a OB FW might very well brick it.

He is right here I think it is the japanese version or the Docomo version of our OB.
@OP are you still able to connect in SW Download Mode?

Could you please tell us, which software you tried to flash? With a link to it please. Because if it shows motorola, you probably took the wrong software... But maybe we can find a combination, to get it boot to update mode again.

I think I bricked my device. not sure as i've never bricked anything before. it was rooted, and I had CWM and TWRP on it with a recovery. But it appears as though that doesn't matter lol. screen comes on and all that displays is the word Sony...and that just sits there forever. then if I connect a USB nothing happens.
Then when I dont turn it on, and connect a usb It connects but i haven't a clue if that will help at all as the device absolutely refuses to turn on when connected...Very sad day for me.

First grab flashtool from
http://www.flashtool.net/index.php
then get a stock ftf, connect your device in flashmode and flash the stock ftf
