Hello, Need help about root lolipop C6903

Just updated Sony xperia z1 C6903 UK.
Bootloader is locked. How to root?
any method root without unlocking bootloader?
Please guide me. Thank You.

Go back to kitkat install root and recovery
Download pre rooted firmware of your region and past it to sd card
Now follow instructions of the page that you downloaded you pre rooted rom
Generally it should be wipe and flash however some roms need to flash stripped kernal so reed the instructions on that page carefully
In this method you dont need to unlock your bootloader....

Can you please provide a detailed procedure complete with download links? I am new to this and I would rather not brick my phone.
device: Xperia z1
Root status: never rooted

In that case you better stay away from root, because if you break something, there will be more hassle.
If you want to root, learn how to do that, there are plenty of tutorials here on XDA available. Start reading, don't wait for someone to hold your hand.

How to downgrade? without downgrade there is no way to root?

Had you unlock bootloader?
If not, please follow this tutorial:

I recomend upgrade recovery to 2.8.6.0
I had problems with the SIM card unlocking my bootloader on lollipop.
If you have problems, I recomend downgrade to KitKat and then unlock the bootloader:

which aboot u used to unlock bootloader?

It depends on the version of android that you are using.
But you mentioned D410 v20a, I think I had used "D410_v20b_patched_aboot", because doesn't exist any version for v20a.
I compare the files with a hexadecimal editor, and the v20a, and v20b are exacly the same, but then I had throubles with the SIM cards.
That's why I recommended you to downgrade to kitkat, and then use the v10d.
In any case go to this website, and insert your IMEI (mark this: *#06#), to find out which version you have.

If you have a D410 you have 2 IMEIs , (you only need one).

First install stock recovery with batch file, then install B052 with batch file.
(You'll need to have adb drivers installed and usb debugging active.)

i have ALE-L21 C185B130 , i unlocked bootloader and i flasher via fast boot the C432B170 rom , it worked fine and i updated to B188 and now im updating to marshmallow
but i have the balong errroooor

following this guide to me Balong error may corrupt files (Android 6.0)
052 steps (ok) B170 (ok) B188 (ok) update Android 6.0 Balong error
repeated a lot of times even other guides here but problem persists. I got tired and I was stopped at B170

no chinese, b54 is european !!!!

My bootloader is unlocked, but I'm sure it will work with locked bootloader.

You need to unlock your bootloader to downgrade to the b052, also for use fastboot, but it's a lower price to can have marshmallow.
And of course you can relock it after,like this your warranty was not void.

I had the 5.1.1 beta b009 and I just installed 6.0 b525 with local update, everything worked fine

-You need to have adb drivers installed.
-You have to boot into fastboot mode (Turn off the device > press "Volume - key, Power Key and connect USB cable)
-Extract the files of B052 and copy and past in your adb folder the 'BOOT','CUST','RECOVERY','SYSTEM',and the 'FLASH-ALL' script (just run FLASH-ALL.bat file).
You'll have the B052.
-You'll have balong error, download this file:

i read a lot^^
i managed to root my device but no luck with unlocking bootloader
when i do the step (adb reboot oem-unlock) phone just shut down and stay off in charging mode and if i power up its like nothing happen

Hello i come here to update, well i finally managed to root/unblock, i flashed stock rom 20b-eur-xxx with kdz, and then i was able to root and unblock the bootloadter with the all in one toolkit and worked just fine, now i've tried some roms but so far i havent find a smooth one this phone is too laggy and battery heats a lot, wanna know wich rom is the best around to try

Yes P880 need to be updated to 4.1.2 and after that you can UN-Lock bootloader and flash kernel's new custom ROMs.

How to go back to StockRom ?

My unlocked bootloader version in 48.83 and I want to go back to stock rom.
Can anyone tell me the steps .
