Okay i have a question regarding firmware flashing.
i want to know that whether after flashing this firmware with modified hboot http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/3-63-707-4_firmware_darkboot-zip/ and then flashing a stock unmodifed hboot v1.44 will lead to hard brick or not ??
P.S Just got my phone back from repairing for Jtag brick cause of changing the mid with modified hboot so afraid to flash stuff but i have to cause my mid is PN0711000 and there is no RUU for this model.Currently if someone can provide a stock firmware the above mentioned build i will be very grateful. As the phone is asking for IMSI number which i entered but still keeps on asking again for it even after reboot. The current firmware i have flashed is this one http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/3-22-1540-1_firmware-zip/
Here is the link of the stock hboot http://shoot-a-droid.blogspot.in/2013/06/hboot-htc-one-s-off-modded-stock-eng.html

short answer is no .. going s-on with a modified hboot will brick your phone
being your s-off you can go back to whatever hboot you want and change your MID and CID to what ever you want
Tnx worked perfectly even changed to stock hboot without any problems.

Your bootloader version is 1.57 which mean you need a 6.xx.707.x or a 5.xx.707.x rom not a 3.xx.707.x.
try this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/general/stock-rom-reset-t2802061

If the Rom already matches your firmware then there's no need to flash the firmware. You already have it.
Just flash the reset Rom

This is as close as you'll get at the moment http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/development/rom-4-4-3-sense-6-6-09-401-5-100-stock-t2854300 But you could flash a stock recovery and install the last OTA to bring everything back in line.
If you found my posts helpful, no need to say thanks. There's a button for that
Thanks alot 'clsA' , i ll try and let you know... one of my question is not answered, DSP manager only comes with Cyanogenmod or its came with original stock version ? i just forgot it. if i back to original can i got Apollo and DSP manager back ?

Yeah I am aware of the downloads on Mike's blog, and I don't want to imply that @zuhriahamed would be so dumb.
But I've directed users there before warning them about the about the M8 downloads. But some how they still seem to make the mistake of downloading the wrong Rom lol.
Just decided it's safer to point to that thread as it only has the M7 stock Rom

If your bootloader is unlocked/re-locked and you have the tampered flag, you'll need s-off to be able to remove these and have a valid warranty
Yeah i know about this, I'm just looking for the stock rom first before doing anything.

probably @yatindroid could help with this, he's the expert of .707 stock rom! Maybe he have a nandroid or a stock rom for your version? You'll have to wait for his answer, I think we are not in the same timezone...

best way to s-off on 1.57 imo is sunshine but this exploit isn't free (but will only charge you if it work). Otherwise you can try a combination of arhd, bulletbroof kernel and firewater.

First of all don't include IMEI and Serialno when posting a fastboot getvar all. This RUU zip is the one you're looking for https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934554130
No need to change the cid as your matches the one in the RUU zip. Make sure to relock the bootloader because you are S-ON before you flash the RUU. Make sure to wipe data, cache, dalvik cache, and system from custom recovery before flashing ROM (this is recommended when flashing so do it)
To relock the boot loader run the following commands in fastboot
fastboot oem lock
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Go to this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/general/lollipop-ruu-zip-small-collection-t3053944 to take you to the thread were I got the link for the RUU zip so you can rest a sure that the zip file is legit. Also this thread will show you how to flash the file.
Ask any questions if unsure of any procedure.

Also, is your bootloader locked/unlocked/relocked ?

Sorry for late answer, forgot the reply.
Use the 6.22.605.3 RUU from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/general/lollipop-ruu-zip-small-collection-t3053944
Don't forget to use htc_fastboot.exe instead of the regular fastboot.exe as stated in the OP of that thread.
Btw your version-main is really old and doesn't match your hboot version. Anyway the RUU will take care of that. Also you can unlock your bootloader since your phone is s-off. Relocked bootloader isn't required to flash a RUU when s-off.
It worked!!! Thanks lot! Just a question more... How to unlock a RELOCKED bootloader?

Re-locking your bootloader wasn't required to flash the RUU, its only needed if S-ON.
You can unlock it again using htcdev.com/bootloader
Thanks mate. Really thanks.
Hello, i'm trying to restore my phone to stock and i'm currently stucked in a state where i can only boot into the bootloader and into RUU
The problem is that i cannot find the specific RUU zip for my device
CID: O2___102
MID: PN0710000
I would appreciate it if anyone could provide me with a RUU link for my device
Thanks

7.18.206.51 should be fine (its the latest version for your phone)
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24352994023702662
instruction how to flash:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59422422&postcount=1
Alright cool, one thing tho
On the thread you linked me with the instructions the guy says "When you update you must go one step at a time. For example if you are on 6.xx.xxx.xx then you can flash 7.xx.xxx.xx . But if you are on 5.xx.xxx.xx then you cannot flash the 7.xx.xxx.xx you must first flash a 6..xx.xxx.xx." i currently have no OS installed, will the flash still work?
Edit: Nevermind, after flashing the RUU everything works great! Thanks

The OS version doesn't matter, only the firmware version (version-main) which in your case is blank (bug caused by old twrp version). Your hboot is 1.57 (6.xx.xxx.x version) so it should work.
