How to flash it:
Step 1:
You should download files for flashing:
File with Pac-Man rom:

ADB v1.0.32: Download from Google Drive
TWRP 2.8.7.0 recovery by quanganh2627 (new December build): Download from Google Drive
Step 2:
1) Unpack archive with ADB and put TWRP image there.
2) Copy file with rom and gapps to internal/external memory of your phone.
3) Then you should reboot your phone in the droidboot mode. (turn off you gadget then press Turn off button and volume + button)
Then go to the ADB folder and hold Shift + Right Mouse button and write this command:

fastboot flash recovery new-zen5-reco.img
Then you should reboot your phone in the recovery mode. (turn off you gadget then press Turn off button and volume - button)
Step 3:
Then you phone will reboot in the recovery. In the recovery you should instal package with rom.
Step 4:
After flashing, you should format (not wipe) data and cache in the TWRP.
Then you should reboot to system.

Because Tran Huu Tin used a RIL class to fix RIL on CM. So due to this RIL will work only on CM-based roms only.
BUT pac-man is a CM-based rom and RIL is dead here too. So strange.

How to install Omni ROM on the HTC Desire C
How To Install:
1) You need to install h1gh1's TWRP.
Flash it using this command:

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
2) Download the ROM and the GApps.
3) Now, reboot to recovery.
4) Run the Wipe> Factory reset, and then click on Advanced> Select System and then swipe to wipe.
5) Install the ROM and the GApps.
6) Reboot to bootloader.
7) Flash the kernel(boot.img) using fastboot by typing:

8) DO NOT ERASE THE CACHE USING THE FASTBOOT.
9) Reboot system now by typing:

Okay, @h1gh1 and @kirmaniarslan have done a great job releasing CM11. They have made the sources and all the github related changes/commits. Following their CM11 release, and after getting a clean chit to post and release other ROMs, I am now releasing OMNI ROM.
The ROM boots up pretty well.
Check OP for what's working and what's not.
THE ROM IS STILL IN BETA STAGE, SO EXPECT A FEW BUGS!

Yes. I actually used the VERY OLD device tree without those commits. So, would fix bluetooth in a few days in the next Beta version.

Answering your questions:
Yes, you need to change your recovery from CWM to TWRP because TWRP has SELinux support.
You would be able to call, message, use 2G/3G, listen to music(via any app) etc. WiFi, BT, and camera would be fixed as soon as the real workers- h1gh1 and Kirmaniarslan fix it.
You can try it-just a new flavour and stay tuned for it to be fixed properly.

In AOSP it's already fixed in v20
What's the point of installing it when it doesn't have camera working
Just installed the rom. I can report the following things:
- Clean install worked fine, setting up worked fine too
- Phone loses date and time at startup (whatsapp error)
- Cam not working
- Performance is bad (its like energy saving mode in cm12.1, no smooth animations and scrolling)
- pre installed mGerrit app is very unstable (force closing many times)
- Wifi and Mobile data working fine. Didn't test bluetooth yet.
- SD Card gets detected
No daily driver for me, cause of bad performance. (have this bad performance on AOSP too. Vanir has very good performance, but last build is from 1801...)

CM11 device was deleted. CM11 build by Knone was deleted.
Moreover i must patch Kitkat sources to add support of x86 chips (!) because Kitkat sources did not support it.
We have had x86 chip support since Lollipop released only.
Mi pad2 is also x86 chip based tab!!

From what i know, mi devices and supported official devices with miui are mostly android 4.4 based..

ADB v1.0.32: Download from Google Drive
TWRP 3.0 MM by @X AnwarMov: AndroidFileHost
Tool to root this rom via PC (optional): Google Drive
Step 2:
1) Unpack archive with ADB and put TWRP image there.
2) Copy file with rom to internal/external memory of your phone.
3) Then you should reboot your phone in the droidboot mode. (turn off you gadget then press Turn off button and volume + button)
Then go to the ADB folder and hold Shift + Right Mouse button and write this command:

fastboot flash recovery cm-13.0-20160408-UNOFFICIAL-T00F-recoverytwrp.img
Then you should reboot your phone in the recovery mode. (turn off you gadget then press Turn off button and volume - button)
Step 3:
Then you phone will reboot in the recovery. In the recovery you should install package with rom.
Step 4:
After flashing, you should format (not wipe) data and cache in the TWRP.
Then you should reboot to system.

My god these people.The developers worked hard to bring Android M to life and now you are already "HOPING" for Android N? My god pls stop this is a forum for developing not for you to tell the developers what to do and act like their overlords.

Yeah i am working on it. Moreover i do not plan to build a million roms because i must fix all bugs at least on one MM rom first.
It will be a bit hard but it is so interesting stuff.

Sir, very nice work. right now i am using Big_rom v10 final and i am very happy with this but if there would be marshmallow rom available then i will move for that please put some snapshots and tell us about bugs we will be yours thank full. and once again thank you for your hardwark.

There may be many many things that may make your device tree to not work.
But well, you see I made CM13 and tank EOS2 but there are a few bugs yet.
It can boot with CM12.1 kernel with a little few modifications on ramdisk (that I took a day to see what was wrong XD)
You can see all our issues here and join us if you want, as long you have a BitBucket account and agree to not share the private code with anyone.

@anurag rai hey mate, thanks for new ROM. I would like to test it, because I was satisfied with the 7.1.2 version. Do you know whether the signature spoofing is in-built in the ROM?

yes its present
This rom rocks, flashed it then installed microg. Everything is working fine ?, ram and battery on this rom is beast. Viper4androidfx is working great via magisk module. Stock camera no error. Gonna test more.
