Does anyone know the model number of the back camera lens? I shattered the cover and although there are some on eBay I need to find someone local (Canada) who can ship a replacement within 7 days.

OK, so I found the housing I was looking for and ordered a replacement digitizer from Ebay(on mine the screen started to chip), but the one I ordered came and when I put it on, it was so blurry I almost couldn't read a text or email. So I figured I would check here and see if anyone had an extra digitizer to sell me. Send me a PM if you do. Thanks
dont know if u have one yet, but u got a generic or chinese HTC digitizer
if u order one from the US it will be better.
I got housing+digitizer from hong kong, it looks perfect. Price was $26 shipped. I have my old digitizer, slightly scratched 1 year+ of use in pocket. If you interested.
I also got a housing and digitizer from hong kong but the digitizer was fuzzy, they sent a replacement and it is good, but the last digitizer i bought was from - http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=370351357459&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

If you are in USA, then I highly recommend this link (below). Tried several others, not as good and cost more. This one shows digitizer separate from front housing bezel in picture. But they come put together. You get both for less cost than dubious quality digitizer alone elsewhere.

Hi All,
I bought Sprint M8 Harman edition from eBay India and initially everything was well. After few days of purchasing pink tint started popping up in photos. It's like pink colour ink sprayed for 2mm of space on the screen. Realized it's a problem inside the lens and the same problem doesn't appear on front cam.
Also I dropped the device once and there is a scratch on the side of the glass.
I'm moving to US next week and thinking to fix these two asap under the warranty.
1. Can I claim for HTC warranty and advantage, still I bought the device from eBay and I have only the receipt from eBay India vendor?
2. How much would they charge for this. Is there any way to get this done under warranty?
Thanks in advance
Hi! I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-910T, which was purchased earlier this years in the US by a friend for me. I have been using the phone for a while. I accidentally dropped the phone on the road and even though there was a protective cover, the rear camera shattered.
I went to the Samsung Service Centre in India and they refused to accept the phone stating that they would have to register the IMEI and serial number first and then have the part shipped from the US which would take 45~60 days
An Indian Note 4's camera is repaired/replaced within 2 to 4 days. Could anyone help confirm whether the part would be the same. I am happy to pay the charges for the repairs in India.
Thanks.

I believe if you search you will find a guy that had to go to Samsung for the glass. The camera and glass are separate from what Samsung had told the guy.

I would call Samsung and get the part number.
BAD ASS NOTE 4
If the glass replacement is anything like the note 3, it is super simple. I just replaced the glass on the Note 3 a couple weeks ago. On the note 3 you remove the back cover, remove all the screws, and pry up the backing. Once off the camera lens has 4 tabs that your bend upright to remove the lens. Put the new one in, fold over the tabs and replace everything in reverse order. Took me ten minutes to do it and had a brand new glass replacement.
Dear all,
Thank you for all your support and guidance. I have pried of the broken glass bits of the shattered lens cover. The camera appears to be functional and it appears that only the lens may need to be replaced. I have ordered the lens from Ebay. I have also requested Samsung to follow up on the request.
Guys, I have discovered a crack across the glass that is deep enough that I can feel the crack line with my fingernail.
I intend to buy a replacement part & have it fixed at a repair shop.
Anyone able to share a link that you have ordered from before ?
Thanks all.

Bro if possible take it to service center , my camera lens was also cracked. They replaced it for RS.530(Like $8) including service charge. I'm from India. Part code shown in bill is 3800087000E9. You can find it in Google search.

Yes... the outer glass part ... They told me they used to replace it for free for Redmi Note 5 pro and Mi A1 given the devices are under warranty. But when they ordered parts for A2 , there were notified to charge for it. Aren't there Xiaomi service centers in Singapore ? If there are it's better to take you device there. If there aren't I think you can find it in AliExpres too.
Hello people!
The back glass of my K20 Pro is broken unfortunately :crying: . I don't know how it broke despite being in a case.
I'm from India. Can someone advise how should I get it fixed?
Should I go to the service center or get it done in the local market?
If anyone knows the price of back glass replacement in service center, please let me know.
I heard the price of the replacement in local market is around ₹ 500-700. Ofcourse it's not original glass.
Does anyone know if there is any difference in quality of glass applied in the service center to the one used in local shops (probably imported from china).
I'm in the same boat as you. Fake back cover glass is about 800/- on Amazon and the process of removing and applying the glass seems fairly simple. But yeah, I'd like to know how much of a difference is there between the original and fake back cover.
