Does fastboot getvar all reports a M7_WLS? If yes then its a PN0720000 which is Sprint CDMA.

Yes MID PN0720000 but on the phone says (back side) PN07100 and I don't understand why MID it's changed, Also my hboot is 1.56 and I can't obtain S-OFF .

You did not answered my question: Is "fastboot getvar all" reporting a M7_WLS ?
Example of a "fastboot getvar all":

If its saying M7_WLS then your phone is a Sprint version PN0720000 and you can't change anything about that. If its sating something else than M7_WLS, like M7_UL for example, then you have the wrong MID and you'll need s-off to set it back to the correct value.

Advice: Remove your serial number and IMEI number from your post.
Also, you can't downgrade the hboot from 1.54 to 1.44

hey I just bought a HTC ONE M7 and am with Koodo in Canada. I, like an idiot, wiped my phone without checking how to recover. My phone is wiped now. Is it possible to reinstall Androir on it? Where could I find the proper RUU? can you help? Koodo told me to through it out! I'm not entirely sure why? Thanks

Your phone is a M7CDUG, this is the China Unicom model, not the best choice if you're going to use it on Koodo. The 2.19.401.1 ruu for this model can be found here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2617159

the file has been removed from mega.

and sorry for late reply. I am from Pakistan and i need this ruu urgently because my phone restarts after 3 minutes approx.
I downloaded a RUU to downgrade my HTC One dual sim from android 5.0.2 to 4.4.2, the RUU matches my CID - HTC__J15 but it doesn't match my model num, RUU model: PN0770000 mine is PN0771000
here's my fastboot getvar
Code:
C:\Users\HP\Desktop\fastboot\fastboot>fastboot get

And don't mind the S-ON I just got the phone S-OFF but I used getvar before I did the process.
My main/most important question is, can I still flash that RUU after having S-OFF to downgrade? the RUU had x.xx.401.x version but my version is x.xx.402.x is it still gonna work? (I don't mind the difference, I just need the downgrade badly)
Also if the version number causes an error, please link me a RUU for my phone that's android 4.4.2 or 4.4.3.
Thanks in advance.
I ended up having this HTC RUU Mode screen with warning logos on the edges

Only Verizon ruu will correctly work on the Verizon m7. Conversion is possible for m7_ul and m7_u variants not m7wlv neither m7wls (Verizon and Sprint). Even if flashing a m7_ul ruu on your phone was possible, it would not enables more bands.
