I need your help . HTC ONE got a gift - damaged. Still restarts all the time . So to the point, what I managed to do it. Unlocked bootloader and installed TWRP installed latest CM . All right , stop restart until future reference when you insert a SIM card - no network .then i check imei It appeared from the phone by entering * # 06 # IMEI no . I found the TWRP Backup compatible with my version , however, is for nothing , the phone restarts after backup - restart as the beginning. Do you have any ideas on how to solve ?

GO in the HTC One M7 general section of this forum, you'll see a sticky thread name "Collection - Lollipop signed ruu"
Download the first file from the second post (7.19.401.22 RUU) and save it in the same folder you have your fastboot.exe installed on your computer. Then read post #1 for instructions how to flash the ruu, you must use the fastboot version linked in post #1.
The ruu will reflash your phone 100% stock then if its still not booting its maybe an hardware problem, but lets try the ruu first.
Also edit your first post and remove your phone IMEI and Serial number, never post these 2 numbers.
hey I just bought a HTC ONE M7 and am with Koodo in Canada. I, like an idiot, wiped my phone without checking how to recover. My phone is wiped now. Is it possible to reinstall Androir on it? Where could I find the proper RUU? can you help? Koodo told me to through it out! I'm not entirely sure why? Thanks

Your phone is a M7CDUG, this is the China Unicom model, not the best choice if you're going to use it on Koodo. The 2.19.401.1 ruu for this model can be found here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2617159

Does fastboot getvar all reports a M7_WLS? If yes then its a PN0720000 which is Sprint CDMA.

If its saying M7_WLS then your phone is a Sprint version PN0720000 and you can't change anything about that. If its sating something else than M7_WLS, like M7_UL for example, then you have the wrong MID and you'll need s-off to set it back to the correct value.

Hello All,
My HTC m7 is having problems.
When I give " fastboot getvar all " I see IMEI number and baseband but when I boot my phone normally and look in to "About" then there is no IMEI number, IMEI SV and no baseband. They are blank and because of that I guess I am not getting sim card detected.
Below is fastboot getvar all response. I have read that I need to be S-OFF. I dont know how and further procedure.

Restore your phone back to stock using a RUU to determine if it's software or hardware related. If after restoring back to stock you still can't see your imei from the OS, it's an hardware problem.
Your version-main is wrong btw, 1.00.000.0 is not a valid number for a version-main.
