HTC One M7 IMEI number, Baseband missing So no sim card detection - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello All,
My HTC m7 is having problems.
When I give " fastboot getvar all " I see IMEI number and baseband but when I boot my phone normally and look in to "About" then there is no IMEI number, IMEI SV and no baseband. They are blank and because of that I guess I am not getting sim card detected.
Below is fastboot getvar all response. I have read that I need to be S-OFF. I dont know how and further procedure.

Restore your phone back to stock using a RUU to determine if it's software or hardware related. If after restoring back to stock you still can't see your imei from the OS, it's an hardware problem.
Your version-main is wrong btw, 1.00.000.0 is not a valid number for a version-main.

can you post a "fastboot getvar all" (excluding IMEI and s/n); on the M7 the GCC version seems to be the .401. edition

[Q] Returning to stock. Can't find suitable ruu

I have a htc one m7 on 24 month contract with three uk and I am having a issue with the camera so I want to return the phone to be fixed or replaced. The problem is I can't find a suitable ruu for three uk for the htc one and I want to return to stock with stock recovery. If somebody knows were I can find the ruu it would be much appreciated.
Thanks

No Cell Service - Baseband Version: Unknown

I just flashed the firmware with this guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/development/firmware-htc-one-m7-red-warning-wipe-t2965090)
I had to modify the android info text file to use my MID and CID.
Everything seemed to work -- the red warning was gone and i didnt get any error or failure messages.
However, I have no cell service and my Baseband version in my settings just displays "unknown"
I'm running tiKtaK 4.4.4 Google Play Edition 4.0 Plus Version, HTC One M7 Verizon, here is my getvar info:
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot getvar all
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.61.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4T.35.3218.16
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None

Any ideas?
Edit: I have no trouble getting adb/fastboot/recovery to work.

are you sure you flashed the right ruus for your device?
Yes I try all Ruu for HTC One dual sim 802
401 and 402 and the Chinese 1402
No way only 402 passed the SQC another stack at SQC
Trying all ruu doesn't mean flashed the right ruu. I remember a 802 thread where you could read in the OP to not flash a specific ruu version on a specific 802 variant or it will mess your qsc (can't remember the versions). Maybe you just did that..... What was your original version-main, CID and MID?
I Buy the htc 802w i found the baseband unknown and it cem like this gervar
hboot:2.23
main v 1.26.707.5
s-of
cid 11111111
mid PN0771***
baseband u2.05.35.35.01.18
and now when i try all ruu the problem is some time when i flash ruu the baseband work for 5 mints or so and lost again
now my getvar is
