I just flashed the firmware with this guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/development/firmware-htc-one-m7-red-warning-wipe-t2965090)
I had to modify the android info text file to use my MID and CID.
Everything seemed to work -- the red warning was gone and i didnt get any error or failure messages.
However, I have no cell service and my Baseband version in my settings just displays "unknown"
I'm running tiKtaK 4.4.4 Google Play Edition 4.0 Plus Version, HTC One M7 Verizon, here is my getvar info:
Code:

Never post IMEI and SERIALNO, these are sensitive numbers you don't want to share, so remove them every time you post a getvar. (also meid # for cdma phones)
There is a guru reset rom for your version here (2.24.707.1). Make sure your recovery is up to date, then push it to your sd card and flash it.
I have an HTC One M7spr, and I am trying to use this RUU . My MID is PN0720000 & my CID is SPCS_001. The reason I am doing this is to fix my partitions (in internal storage, emulated & sdcard0 is no longer there). However whenever I run it, I get error 155 every single time.
This is what is displayed when I run fastboot getvar all
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5

Edit your post and remove your imei and serial number!!!
The reason you can not run that RUU is your hboot (1.57) is higher than the hboot of that RUU. You will have to downgrade your hboot to run it. However, you can get your stock rom and firmware at 5.03.651.3_Stock | Rooted | 4.4.2 | Sense 6 [5/29/2014] Odex/Deodex.

Indeed, a RUU would be the first thing to try. Its a well known issue to loose baseband/imei, its either caused by a software incompatibility (a will be able to fix that) or its an hardware problem. If your problem appeared right after flashing a rom then its most likely a software problem only.
The 7.19.401.51 RUU is the lastest version for your phone (see sticky threads in the general section).
Hello All,
My HTC m7 is having problems.
When I give " fastboot getvar all " I see IMEI number and baseband but when I boot my phone normally and look in to "About" then there is no IMEI number, IMEI SV and no baseband. They are blank and because of that I guess I am not getting sim card detected.
Below is fastboot getvar all response. I have read that I need to be S-OFF. I dont know how and further procedure.

Restore your phone back to stock using a RUU to determine if it's software or hardware related. If after restoring back to stock you still can't see your imei from the OS, it's an hardware problem.
Your version-main is wrong btw, 1.00.000.0 is not a valid number for a version-main.
I have no IMEI and it shows me that there is no SIM card. I tried to install 4.3 RUU, 4.4 RUU, 5.0 RUU and XenonHD custom rom and still nothing :|
Can anyone help me? :crying:
