Try explicitly choosing the category "ROM upgrade". Then it will show up.

i have htc diamond p3490 which i brought from my operator airtel india.today when i try to download rom from htc official site ,i put my device seriall and click submit then the message come on screen that this rom s not suited for ur device.what s d reason as my diamond has same seps. as other.i think htc dont provide these upgrade for airtel locked phones.pls help i want to upgrade my rom

Yeah, I had done that, nothing new showed up on my end.
EDIT: I just re-checked their site and see that there are sub-categories for the Diamond now, by carrier, and there is a Dec 08 upgrade for some users (Telus).
I also figured out that there is a very recent Jan 09 update for the Euoropean stock version.
I'll have just have to wait for a stock US ROM upgrade for an unlocked US GSM.

Thanks, that is the update for UK users. It took me longer than it should but I finally realized that on the HTC site, I needed to "Select Country" before checking on Diamond Support, etc. It is different strokes, for different folks.

Have anybody noticed any changes/news in this rom besides the small bug fixes mentioned by HTC????

I agree, doesn't appear to be much for a 5-6 month update given the abundance of tweaks on this forum that add a lot user flexibility. At least on the update where I looked at the change summary, there also doesn't appear to be any substantive memory or battery life management improvements either.

Diamond users have reason to rejoice? I don't think so. I've just read on the 'sound lag thread' that the issue is still there every 5 mins with the new ROM too...

i have flashed radio from this rom few minutes ago generaly its working. later i will try to mix it with rodrigez custom rom

How is this radio and how do i extract and flash it ?
I have the problem with 3G that stops and only show arrow up in the statusbar. Does this radio fix that problem ?

I tried used Morelocale 2 it's can changed to german but I'm not sure.
like telefon and kamera is it correct ??

Official way? To flash the wrong firmware for your device? Flash, factory reset, use it...

for me is to get a phone like the original condition the LGFlashTool!!! Clean and safe like a BrandNew mobile.

Hello guys please dont be angry i am reading the forum alredy 3 days long tryed several firmwares i think 9 i unlocked the butloader i tryed all update modes local forced etc ... i get ewry time the message update failed i alredy gouing nuts with this upgrading the firmware instaled is svnc150B150 i realy dont knowe how to go futher thank you for any help and a step by step guid would be good if somone helps mee i realy realy thank you for help and your greate work ps the phone is slovenian . I think you currently have branded firmware installed, so the unbranding process in megathread should do it..
Edit: oops, no such chapter there.. it should work with chapter 4: unbricking, and optionally chapter 5: converting single sim/dual sim
