English translation from that link using google translate
Sony XPERIA T, currently the best communicator Sony, was certified yesterday marked a new firmware 7.0.A.3.193. Although we do not know what news will bring us to the issue forward a lot. According to the changes in the numbering of the innovation after all should be quite significant. On the other hand, I must immediately add that even with the current firmware version I Model T XPERIA extremely satisfied.
Although I have a new version of firmware joy, much happier would I do if manufacturer officially announced the time in which their phones will upgrade to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Now this powerful phones should be updated first, and wait by the manufacturer in their presentation stated that they will get a new Android very soon after they enter the market. Personally, therefore, I firmly believe that the new Android comes up in November this year and will be a great tuned product. Existing Android 4.0.4, which is very well tuned and fully functional, the best models in this book are not fit but wants it and just go with the times. Samsung Galaxy S3 already received the update, HTC One X receives it every day. Sony was just as it will last, but it wants to minimize the loss of competition. In terms of hardware missing model T XPERIA nothing important, what would prevent an update soon. But back to the topic of the article - what do you expect from the new version 7.0.A.3.193 you? What news would you have done happy? You can discuss this topic on our forums.

Was about to say the same thing....
The Xperia T's that were on display at IFA ran the 7.0.A.3.X branch and contained several features missing from 7.0.A.1.X including the updated media apps (Xperia V style) and WiFi Miracast mirroring. My guess is that this update will contain those things too.

Two questions

I have a 14 moto x now. Phone is great but really would like the battery life and form factor of the z3c.
1 - there is no clean root right now it seems without tanking certain features like camera. How will the developer support be for this? I really don't want to wait 6 months for android L
2 - any way to get HD voice and volte working on tmous?

I, for one, couldn't care less about Android L as I bought the phone for what it can do for me now (and that's a lot!).
Happy to see Sony fixing problems within one and the same Android version.
Further, I hardly see any significant difference in functionality all the way from say Android 4.1 till 4.4.4. Ok, granted, OpenGL 3 on Android 4.3 did help.
Only thing I spot is more and more Google bloatware being added as well as restrictions like no more write access to SD card...
SD write access was changed by Google because of security concers. There will be a new approach to this with L, as well es encryption per default, better battery life, the switch to ART as default runtime, camera improvements and so on. Also Sony mentioned they're looking into direct AOSP support, so there's actually a lot of exciting things to look forward to in the (possibly) near future.

The Big Lollipop Q&A Thread

Hey guys!
Now that we have the luxury of almost being the first on the world to test non-testing Lollipop, can we start a Q&A thread about it?
First and foremost, I'm curious about the new memory management in this Release. As you can see in this threads 1 XDA Thread 2 (Official Motorola Forums one) the problems with RAM management in KitKat were MASSIVE.
- How do you feel it is as of right now? It's still there? It's a little better?
- How does the CPU respond? Could you run an Antutu Benchmark to compare with KitKat?
- I know it's a little early to ask, but I'm curious about Project Volta. Do you notice more battery life?
Thanks, and keep posting questions!

I'm on the same boat as you bro, that's why I'm trying to let escape my anxiety by asking lucky XT-1064 users how Lollipop feels. There's a lack of info about this!
@oscillat0r.lfo
My thoughts exactly.
But the biggest gripe I currently have, is the RAM (mis)management.
Its driving me nuts
It doesnt really matter much to me about the benchmarks but the mem-leak and the battery life HAS to improve with the LP update, or I'll be a really sad bunny

[Q] Xperia SP problems and questions before buying

Hello everyone,I am ready to buy Xperia SP but I want to know some things first.
1.How good is the camera-screen??
2.Does OTG and MHL work like stock ROMS in CM11??
3.Are there any major bugs in CyanogenMod ROMs which will never be fixed??
4.Does the phone has problems with hardware??
Please answer as many questions as you can!
Why are buying xperia sp? I committed the biggest mistake of my life when I bought SP a few months ago. Sony has abandoned SP. I suggest you to buy Moto G 2014. I bought it for my sister and its amazing.

Since sony has abandoned SP. The unofficial support is rather limited as there are no sources. On the other hand, moto G will get better support as motorola is already officially releasing lollipop and would probably upgrade moto g to atleast one more android upgrade.
New official update => Official Kernel source and Binaries and libraries => Better custom rom support
also custom rom support is coming to the end too, KK roms are being finalized and cm12 for daily usage is vague.
anyway, with PAC 4.4.4 phone is good, no bugs. For cm11 I experience random reboots, nav bar lag tho.

Question Oxygen 11.0.5.5

Hey folks,
today I got through system update (My device: EB2103) a hint to download Oxygen 11.0.5.5 (Still on 11.0.3.3 atm, 11.0.4.4 didn't showed up for me), but few users on One Plus forum complaining about heavily battery drains, even since they updated to 11.0.4.4:
OnePlus Community
Introducing our new OnePlus Community experience, with a completely revamped structure, built from the ground-up.

Did anyone of you installed this update and can tell me/us anything about the battery life?
Would be a pleasure to know more about users experiences, before I install this update.
Thanks in advance!
It's gets me through the day. I charge it only once a day at night....

Is it maybe possible, that you can record battery stats a whole day without recharging your phone?

Will do and get back to you asap...workdays now so....
I got a Nord CE (12/256GB) a month or so ago and received the update within the past 3 days. No obvious disimprovement in battery performance so far (I had charged to 100% just prior) but I did have it on airplane mode for a few hours last night. In my experience the battery on this device is pretty good
I am facing battery drain , severe network and connectivity issues after latest update..

Here are my screenshots. I charged my phone upto 100% and went to sleep 8-9 hours ago. The 2nd one shows whole device usage. I'm still on 11.0.3.3 and I think, I will stay a bit longer on it and investigate for more results.
I also use the 12GB ram version. My Buildnumber is: EB13BA (EEA)
