I have an AT&T galaxy note3 of N900AUCUBMI9 with network lock, and I want rewrite a ROM of N900ZSUBMI5 into it with Odin 3.09 which's a Chinese version.When downloading the pit file, Odin noticed "Re-Partition operation failed":
<ID:0/015> Odin v.3 engine (ID:15)..
<ID:0/015> File analysis..
<ID:0/015> SetupConnection..

<ID:0/015> FAIL!
<ID:0/015>
<ID:0/015> Re-Partition operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
At same time, there's a message on the phone said "secure check fail: PIT"
How could I resolve this problem, or how could I download the N900ZSUBMI5 rom into my phone?
odin wont work on att note 3, because of the bootloader locked. So use the safestrap install a international rom. go to android development for more detail.

(I'm new to this forum so let me know if I'm missing something in my post, or I am posting in the wrong place)
I have been unable to find the appropriate firmware for my device so that I can flash it and get rid of Factory Binary.
I have tried 3 zip downloads for Odin with BL+AP+CP+CSC+USERDATA
and one combination file
None of them have worked because they aren't the exact version I need and I keep getting an error;
On the phone:
SW REV CHECK FAIL : [abl]Fused 6 > Binary 5
and in Odin;
<ID:0/008> Odin engine v(ID:3.1303)..

If anyone can find the firmware specific to the model; FA71_N950USQU6ASG1_13942288
I would be greatly appreciative.

Since you are on N950USQU"6"ASG1 firmware you can only flash firmwares with equal or higher bootloader versions. The number 6 in Quotes is your bootloader version, so you can flash any firmwares with N950USQU"6 or 7 or 8 or up".....
For eg:
N950USQU"6"ASG1 (bootloader ver 6)
N950USQU"7"ASK1 (bootloader ver 7)
N950USQU"8"ASJ1 (bootloader ver 8)
etc....
You can NOT downgrade your bootloader to ver 5 or lower! Bootloader won't allow it! Which you found out by flashing N950USQU"5"... firmware on your N950USQU"6"ASG1 firmware.
edit:
Look on www.sammobile.com in firmware section for SM-N950U and choose your cell provider (eg. T-MOBILE TMB, AT&T, VERIZON, ETC).
If too slow you can run samfirm.exe on pc to download the firmware that you found info on SAMMOBILE.COM .

Here's the problem. It's impossible to downgrade to firmware with lower bootloader version. However, it is possible if you unlock your bootloader, flash custom recovery and then flash your Oreo through TWRP/OrangeFox.
