[Q] Can't Unroot phone

Hi guys,
I'm not new to doing anything with odin and galaxy s2, s3 phones. But.. I'll be selling my friend's Galaxy S3 MINI, but he rooted his phone and wants to get the warranty back.. So I came on the scene I did everything what was in this topic http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2150822 . With Triangle away, everything worked just fine, but with the stock_recovery.tar.md5 I have some troubles. I flashed it via Odin, but the custom binary counter jumped on +1 again, but in the topic he said, that it shouldn't raise the counter...
I reset the counter via Triangle away again and wanted to flash in the firmware from this site: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2159660
But before I proceeded, I stopped myself and wrote this thread.. Because I have fear, that when I will flash this official firmware, the counter will raise up again(even thought, that it shouldn't, I think it will - like with the stock_recovery) .
So help me please ?
Thank you,
Paul
On super user use full unroot then download the cwm or twrp back to stock recovery and flash via recovery. Then use Odin to flash stock rom

Couldn't find more appropriate thread.
All tutorials for unrooting i8190 include using Odin, is it possible for someone to post a tutorial for Mac users?
Thanks
Thank you but

I don't quite understand the sentence: "Then Download the cwm or twrp back to stock recovery" You mean like I should download the cwm flashable stock recovery and flash it via recovery ?
Yea whichever recovery it has on there flash the zip file
Sent from my GT-I8190 using xda app-developers app

So I did everyhting from the start... I erased custom binary count with triangleaway. Then I unrooted the phone via SuperSU. Then I flashed stock recovery via CWM recovery. Then I flashed stock rom via Odin: I8190XXAMD3_I8190OXXAMD1_HOME.tar
After that, this is how it was: imgur.xxx/mC0AY77
change xxx to com

[GUIDE]update with FlashFire toG900FXXU1BOD3

This is guide on how to flash firmware with FlashFire from chain fire without tripping knox
Download latest firmware from sammobile
Place zip file On internal sd on device
Open FlashFire v15
Flash firmware package
FlashFire will extract ad prepare for installation takes around 5min or so
Tick all files FlashFire extracted for install
Finally flash firmware
FlashFire automatically selects everoot option so you have root after update
View attachment G900FXXU1BOD3_Bootloader.tar
after firmware flash is finished reboot to download mode and flash the above bootlader file using your computer via odin, that will update recovery to the current version
But flashfire requires root right?
Yes requires root. I was previously rooted with towelroot
What firmware are you on?
Towelroot only works on kitkat 4.42

If Im coming from kitkat and want to wipe data and cache, can I tick all the options (even the internal sd) on WIPE section? Then I will put the ROM to internal or external sd?
Put the rom on internal sd and follow process above
Since you are coming of kitkat you will need to use odin to flash bootloader and modem after FlashFire finish flashing rom. Go into download mode and use odin to flash
Hope you are rooted already otherwise it won't work

Everytime the firmware loaded to 100% the flashfire will FC... why? I still have the Mobile Odin Pro... Can i use MOP instead? Where will i put the file on MOP? Internal or external sd?
Sent from my SM-G900F using XDA Free mobile app
is it necessary that on internal sd?
Put firmware on internal storage
Go FlashFire and flash firmware package
FlashFire will automatically partion all files to flashed
Where did you download firmware from?
At the moment yes as some people are reporting freezing issue when flashing fro external sd
with zombie rom don't work...
flashfire extracting 15min...when 100% it closes without any message
coming from rom, see attachment....
firmware locaton for flashing

No it is not, I flashed mine from my external SD. though that was an SGH-i337...
Download from sammobile and place firmware on internal storage use flash firmware package with FlashFire

If its custom rom i think you have to choose Flash zip or ota... not firmware package
Sent from my SM-G900F using XDA Free mobile app
That's correct
I was referring to stock rom from sammobile
Was breeze to install with FlashFire
Should i check all of this? Even the protected partitions?

Rooting DOJ7 with CF autoroot?

Can this be done using this link?
http://androidhost.org/lofNs
Then ODIN a custom recovery like TWRP.
TIA.
You can Odin a custom recovery, but you cannot root with cf-auto-root. You need to flash a custom kernel

Thank You sir.
I can flash a custom recovery via odin then flash a custom rom with the same base band I currently have?

Kinda nervous about this. I took all the OTA's up to DOJ7.
I just downloaded an ODIN flashable twrp-2.8.7.2-zeroflte.img.tar.
Flash that in AP and it should re-boot i hope? Or will I need to have the custom rom on the phone befor I flash.
TIA!

You don't need to have the rom on device, just flash recovery, but before you do that go into developer options and enable OEM Unlocking

Can I extract stock recovery.img and flash with flashify?

I'm needing a method to get stock recovery on my s6 g920t still don't have a flashable zip that I can find I was thinking of trying this method
Can I just extract the stock recovery.img from Marshmallow tar and flash that with flashify to get back to a stock recovery? I'm currently rooted on stock rom 6.0.1 with twrp but I don't have a way to use ODIN to gain stock 3e recovery back because my USB charge port is torn up so I can't get pc recognization.
Will this work if I extract the recovery.img?
And will I actually boot up or screw up?

I have used flashfire to do it as well...pretty easy to make an odinable file as well...you just need to create a .tar file in 7zip.
