I have an AT&T Galaxy S5 that's running on 4.4.2. It hasn't been rooted and I want to update it to Lollipop. However, I don't have any service, nor an AT&T Sim card, so I can't do the OTA update. I've read that I can download a rom file that has the Lollipop update and flash it using odin. I can't find any links to download an unmodified rom.
I don't plan on rooting my phone, so that's not an issue. If someone can help me find an update file for ATTGS5, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
I have a S5 on AT&T but its unlocked and I went to a different carrier, and since it still has the A&T ROM it can only get the software update from an AT&T SIM which I don't have access to. Kies says my firmware's up to date, but I'm still in 4.4.4. Any help getting updated to Marshmallow through Odin?
Is there any trouble if I upgrade my s6 edge AT&T android 5.1.1 build OJ7 to android 6.0.1 marshmallow via Odin?
