If you still can put your D415 in download mode then flash stock KDZ using LG Flash tool. If not then join other threads trying to unbrick a D415. Unfortunately it's not that easy for this model.

Hi,
I mistakenly ported wrong recovery image to my LG G flex LS995ZV3 and it stuck into
"fastboot mode started "
"udc_start()"
Now I have no recovery installed on my device.
I tried these things
1. Went to hardreset screen and selected yes twice [failed and again came to fastboot mode started in a second]
2. Tried LG flash tool 2014 and KDZ to return back to stock but it returned everytime that "Check the device is connected and try again" also it did not read phone information and flash tool exit every time [failed]
3. Tried TOT+DL method but when the software says "ready " on COM41 ,I unplugg the USB and put it again but nothing happen...
Please help me Please Please

Yeah I recovered my device using universl dll i.e., LGUP8974.dll
for reference I am using windows 10 home x64
I saw quarx had a cm13 build for the l90 so i downloaded it, flashed it and whatnot. it didn't detect the sim card... okay no problem, i'll just reboot to recovery and reflash cm12.1. I was wrong, it wiped out twrp and installed the stock recovery. Not a single driver I try works, fastboot just loves toying with me. no matter what command i do, (unless it doesn't affect the device) fails with
"Failed (remote: unknown command)"
I zeroed out my laf to enable fastboot, but cant fix that without fastboot accepting commands.
And to top it all off, the phone no longer boots to anything but fastboot... Reeeeal [email protected]#ing convenient
please help..
What L90 model (variant)?
Download mode isn't available either? If you can't enter download mode, I think there are some commands for d405 and/or d415 that allows you to load fastboot img locally using adb. Or you can try the hardbrick unbrick tutorial (needs disassembling the phone).

Same boat
Hey, I am in the exact same boat.
Phone: LG D405n
OS: CM12.1
I had CM12.1 installed, TWRP Recovery, and V20a unlocked bootloader .
I installed Xposed and now Cyanogenmod just is stuck in a boot loop and cant get to recovery either.
I cant even flash the original software since my PC gets a blue screen as I install the LG Driver. Error is lgnetandmodem.sys or something.
If I uninstall the driver the phone can connect to the PC but then LGMobileSupport Tool doesnt detect it.
What on earth do I do?!
Re-installing the latest drivers should fix the BSD on Windows, or you can try flashing kdz using another operational system or computer.

Its a d415, could you link me to those so called commands please?
Im having the same issue after following Lady Vengeance's bootloader unlock tutorial
---------- Post added at 02:45 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:40 AM ----------
@LaDY Vengeance
Just a heads-up. Upon attempting to fix with the softbrick tutorial I found, my device refused to accept any kind of commands. I gave up. Others may be in different circumstances and may be able to fix it using said tutorial
My g4 is in a state of half alive half dead.
I explained in another post my issue.
Seemingly people say lg up tool is now the only method Unlike the old flash tool method to unbrick or kdz stock is this Only cause of 6.0 firmware?
When i plug in phone to pc in download mode Lg up tool shows device model as unknown. And says please select a device model which theres no butons to do that.
Lg flash tool 2014 won't flash 20i kdz it errors out connection upon extracting kdz software at around 80% Even leting it sit don't work like people say to do
Ive tried 10n kdz also that says software upgrade in progress fails at 9% then says unplug phone from pc and retry.
There is no Com in the download mode screen at any point.
All i did by mistake was fastboot oem relock bootloader Whilw rooted and on micromods Rom ONLY cause i wasnt sure if that' was the cause of the failed Flash tool errors. Now i have secure boot error 1003. Now I knew that was a No no with Nexus phones but i suspected Lg kdz over writes all that stuff.
Theres gotta be a way with one of the 2 tools Or a way to adb re unlock the bootloader and maybe salvage my Underlying twrp recovery and O.S

if fastboot working then use this command in cmd you will get the version.
Code:
fastboot getvar all
if you get confused then run the command and simply paste the result here.
Yeah thanks I got what I needed
Hi, I was trying to follow https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...8-mode-every-variant-except-t-mobile.4042207/, and finished performing the steps to flash the V35 Engineering Bootloader using QFIL. Now, I am attempting to get into fastboot/bootloader mode. However, it will only very quickly flash the screen, then displays LG V40 ThinQ logo. I have a LMV405QA.
I've attempted this several times, using two ways: initiating fastboot from adb via "adb reboot bootloader" and via button presses on the phone. It always skips the fastboot screen, then displays the LG logo. At this point, when one checks via commandline:, I get the output below
PS C:\adb> .\fastboot devices
???????????? fastboot
I can otherwise use the phone normally. I just can't proceed with unlocking the bootloader. Oh, wait, It seems that when I issue
"adb reboot bootloader", it stays at fastboot page but only after I issue "fastboot devices" or any fastboot command , that's when it leaves the page and goes to the LG logo. Does this mean I failed to flash the V35 bootloader?
Please help!!! It's been a while since I rooted (my previous phone was LG v30), this process seems very different.
Okay, I moved to another PC and got past the fastboot skipping issue with the fastboot drivers in this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...variant-except-t-mobile.4042207/post-85113159 (Thank you!!!). Now, following those instructions...
Okay, I got as far as flashing abl_a and abl_b.
But, now I am in TWRP, but it cannot see the judypn zip image on the sd card.
I've posted my query on the https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/twrp-lg-v40-judypn.3970111/page-19#post-86839025, since the original issue of bootloader being skipped has been resolved by changing PC's. It was likely a bad driver on the first one.
