[Q] Verizon LG G2 Stuck in CWM Bootloop

Hey guys,
I accidentally selected the OTA that popped up on my phone while on a Stock ROM and now my Verizon LG G2 is stuck in a bootloop with CWM Recovery 6.0.4.4 I have tried to wipe everything and install a older CM ROM and Gummy ROM to see if that would get my phone to turn back on and it doesn't. I have researched many threads to see if there was a resolution for my issue, but everything that I tried did not work. I have a iMac and a Windows laptop and I have tried many things with Terminal and Command Prompt and nothing seems to work. I don't know if I am doing something wrong with ADB or if I am simply just missing other things, but I am trying to get my phone back un-rooted and back to stock to get my phone replaced under the warranty. PLEASE HELP!

Try the LG tools for bricked G2. Its somewhere on these forums. All you have to do is plug up to a computer and flash the stock ROM with the tool.
Sent from my magic box.

I tried the LG Flash Tool on a PC, but it gives me an error message LG USB/Parallel Lock Key is not detected and when I hit OK, it pops up with a Login with the Country filled in with Republic of Korea, ID and Password are left empty. I don't know what to do from there.
Enter into download mode by turning off your phone, then hold vol + and plug it to your computer.
Download the official firmware for your device.
Download FlashTool.1.0.54
unzip FlashTool.1.0.54, open the folder and launch UpTestEX.exe
Select type:3GQCT
Phone mode: DIAG
Select kdz file: browse for your official firmware
Then click: normal web upgrade test
Then click: Upgrade start
a new window will show, chose english language. Country: korea, then click ok and wait untill the firmware installs.
Good luck.

How can I flash TWRP when my phone won't boot? According to a post I read and a YouTube video tutorial I watched, they keep referring to turning on USB Debugging which I can not do.

Secure boot error / Critical error demigod crash handler

so i tried to root my phone and install a custom recovery the phone was working good until i rebooted and ended up with this error
Secure boot error
cause :boot certification verify
then it goes to this screen (see image)
i can press up to go to download mode
and the pc is reading it as a serial port but the LG flash tool 2014 is not flashing it keeps failing to connect to the server or failing outright with the option to EXIT
i did download the VS980 kdz file
so im not sure how to move from here or if the phone can be recovered at all
any advice would be appreciated thanks
It your getting "network error" on the kdz method that's normal.. If you move the window you'll see that it's actually flashing.
I'll help you out in my guide you posted in

Well bro I was stuck with the same issue..
This happens to me when i flashed a wrong twrp recovery for lg g2 d801 and it was stuck in critical error i was also unable to access download mode ..
But my Good luck was that i recovered it by doing silly thing ?
So i do following things. But make sure u know the corrert version of your lg g2 to flash kdz file with lg flash tool and also must have lg drivers intalled.
Steps to perform.
1. While in critical error screen you have an option to press volume up button to boot into download mode( although it will not boot to download mode) but still press volume up button so your Pc can detect your phone.
2. Now flash a kdz file of your lg g2 with flash tool. ( you can google for it to download flash file for your lg g2 and how to flash it with lg flass tool.)
3. When you will try to flash it will fail..
4. Now power off your phone by pressing power button.
5. Now boot to download mode and flash the correct kdz with lg flash tool and u r good to go..
To acess download mode power off your phone immediately press volume up button and while keep pressing it and plug in usb cable and you will be in download mode

It happened to me several times. You should be able to boot into system though. If you kept a backup of your stock recovery, you can restore it and resolve this issue immediately.

Lg l90 d415

Ok I'm having an issue with my lg l90 d415 I had kingroot cm13 and twrp about a month ago I did cm13 update it finished it rebooted into twrp I cleared cache then reboot now it just shows the cm13 boot logo and sits there and when I try factory reset it shows the little android but it doesn't do anything usually it shows something words in background now it just resets I can access fastboot but not adb I forgot to enable adb but when I try any kind of fastboot command I get failed remote unknown command I can see the phone when I type fastboot devices it shows but don't like my commands I've tried all sorts of forums on this site thinking it's my drivers but it's not I can force it into qualcomm bulk from test points but qfil I get ap error and dload error so I'm in this endless loop oh and when I typed getvar it says my bootloader is locked but I can't unlock because the fastboot issue and it has snapdragon 400 chip what can I do?
Sent from my Sony D6708 using XDA Free mobile app
If you still can put your D415 in download mode then flash stock KDZ using LG Flash tool. If not then join other threads trying to unbrick a D415. Unfortunately it's not that easy for this model.

Badly Needed HELP! LG G4 T-Mobile H810 Accidently Locked Bootloader With ADB

Hello Everyone!!!
I am urgently needing help on my T-Mobile LG G4 H810 and I'm at my WITS END! I rooted and unlocked the bootloader, but I was trying to remove the text on the top left on the splash screen Unlocked Bootloader. I didn't go into Settings to re-lock the bootloader and I typed in the command using adb! I know it was stupid but I didn't think it would brick my device! So, When I turn on the phone, the top left corner it says:
Secure booting Error!
Error Code : 1003
MODIFIED !!
Trust Me I've Properly installed LG Drivers and all Software to a T and Tried Many if Not All Versions (2014, 2015, 2016, 2.0.1.6 etc)
Also....During Firmware Update a.k.a Download Mode Inside the Box it Shows: 633A B100
Things I've Tried:
- Doing a Factory Reset, pressing Power and VOL Down then release and press Power again. After Reset it still doesBootloop with 1003.
- Following This Guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/help/secure-booting-error-1003-t3315915 Which I got to LG UP while in Download Mode but says Model: Unknown COM Ports: [COM10, H872... and WILL NOT let me continue because it's Unknown Device. I Tried Switching COM Ports to COM3, COM41 etc. But Didn't Help.
- I've Watched Youtube Videos to Use LG Flash Tool for ALL VERSIONS on Three Different Laptops! The procedure is as follows:
Type: CDMA PhoneMode: DIAG Rest Mode 33000. So I select the .kdz and Normal Flash or CSE Flash (I've tried both on every .kdz file I have), Read Phone Information just leads to program freezing, So I Press "START" Then "OK" for the Language English. The % bar goes UP and It gives The Connection Failed Error Which is Normal. On the Phone in that Box now Reads:
633A S0.0 AS0.0 B100 UHS
S U LG-H811 06.0 Hrev_10
HS1120v
The % stops and the timer keeps going but in the box it now just shows 633A B100
The KDZ Files I've Tried: H811V20p_00_0913, H811V20r_00_0111, H81110H_00, H81120i_00_0201, T-Mobile H811 10N, PR H810PR10a_02, PR H810PR10a_04.
I Switched Out Multiple Cables But Hasn't Helped!!!
I have been doing this for countless hours each week for several weeks and I can't believe Every Method Hasn't Worked! PLEASE HELP! I'M LOSING MY MIND DOING THIS! :crying:
P.S.
YES, I have opened the Phone and the Mainboard is a H810 but it was Sold to Me as an H811 Which at the Time Firmware showed H811 Last Time I Checked.

[HELP] Looking for last (or any) ota update.zip for D415

Hi everybody
I need to find an update.zip to flash it on stock recovery and attempt to repair the phone system.
Long story short..
I restore my D415 (previously with Lineage 14.1) to stock firmware (KK) via KDZ file and LG flash tool, then update it to LP with LG Mobile Support Tool and everything was good, then i tried to root the device with the LG OneClick Root (which i used several times before to root my phone without problems) but i don't know what happened during the batch process and now Download Mode has been replaced with Fastboot mode and the device hangs on the T-Mobile startup screen, so i can't flash a KDZ file again to restore the phone without a Downlaod Mode. The fastboot mode throws "remote: unknown command" with every command i tried (except fastboot getvar all; which shows "unlocked: no") even reboot doesn't work.
Tried everything even booting on Qualcomm Qdload mode (shorting the phone with test points) to reflash the firmware files but couldn't succeed because QFIL, QPST Software Downloader and BoardDiag they all threw errors.
I can access the stock recovery mode by pressing home button when the "erasing" screen appears after selecting "yes" on factory reset menu, so i need an official update to try to fix this phone, don't know if its gonna work or if this is a hardware issue but at least i want to try. Buying a new one is very difficult for me right now.
Thanks for any help.
