Has anyone noticed that sometimes that your BT headset will disconnect spurious when starting call. Or if you manually reconnect during a call, that the headset will drop BT connection again(sometimes, several times).
I noticed this just a few times during Lollypop, but now that we've gotten Marshmallow that these disconnections are starting to happen more frequently.
I did notice at first that stopping/starting BT on the GN5 "helped", at least temporarily. Now, it happens a lot more frequently.
I've tried several different headsets, and my headsets along with my computer, and the headset doesn't disconnect from it.
Just trying to gauge if this is just my GN5, or if others have been experiencing this as well.
Thanks.

Hi,
I'm using my X1 with my car as a handsfree. Never had any problems with the car built-in handsfree so far. A couple weeks ago, the X1 started to show an odd behavior: After receiving or making a call, as soon as the call finishes, the X1 drops the bluetooth connection and disconnects from the handsfree. Bluetooth itself is staying on on the X1, so I need to take out the key, redo the ignition and restart the car so the phone reconnects.
Does anybody know what this could be caused by or what to do about it?? Already tried re-pairing, without success.
Thanks lots for your help,
valentin
I've been using a new bluetooth headset for about a week now, and suddenly it won't stay connected to my Pure. I have not done anything different to the phone to affect the bluetooth settings, and I've checked them several times anyway and everything seems normal.
I even deleted the pair with the headset, re-paired, but still the same results. The headset is properly recognized, it connects to the phone normally, but after about 20 or 30 seconds it disconnects.
If I turn on the phone's bluetooth, turn on the headset, then make a call after it connects, the call is properly routed to the headset but only for those first 20 or 30 seconds. What's worse is when the headset disconnects from the phone during the call it doesn't just revert the call to the phone's mic & speaker, it ends the call.
By the way, the headset is a NoiseHush N450, but I don't think the problem is with the headset because the same thing happens when I pair my phone to other BT headsets.
Any ideas?
This is makiing me pull my hair out
My Phone a Galaxy Note 1 with JellyBeans Stock update rooted phone, and my headset is the Jabra Clipper
The issue is that during calls the Bluetooth connection would drop, not the call, just the BT connection, and I can hear the caller through the phone, If I disconnect the Bluetooth headset through the icon on the call screen and connected again, the sound returns through the BT headset, only to drop again after a few seconds.
This behaviour has happened with other BT audio devices but with varying frequencies.
I have gone through MANY MANY forums and posts, found several other people complainig about this on different headsets and different devices, which leads me to believe that it could be an Android issue, maybe not a sizable sample but to us who suffer from it, it is very very frustrating.
Needless to say, I have tried EVERYTHING, from unparing, reparing, testing the BT headset on different phones etc.
I HOPE that someone out there could help me with this issue, this is a desperate call for help :crying::crying:
Does anyone know of a fix for the audio problem in Android Auto? Frequently when making a call the call audio can not be heard and the person on the receiving side is not able to hear the caller.
Only after reconnecting several times and disconnecting the Bluetooth connection and connecting does it seem to work temporarily.
Any ideas? Seems like there is a lot of other people with this issue but no solutions that I've seen.
Hi
I have a P30 Pro, EMUI 9.1 .0.193 and I'm experiencing random disconnect of my BT headset during the call. I had a Voyager Legend and now a Jabra Supreme UC but the problem is still present.
Basically, during a phone call, randomly, the BT headset disconnect and the call is routed to the phone, or to another BT device.
The phone is very close to the headset to I don't think it is a problem of distance.
Does anyone have the same problem?
Thanks
Stefano
Yes, mine does the same with different headsets so I believe it is the phone, not the headset. I have to reboot my phone every week because Bluetooth will connect to my headset but only for calls, not for audio.

I'm trying to understand if there is something around that could generate the problem... Random disconnections occur only when I'm at home at my desk, I have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse connected to the PC, probably there is interference. I never had disconnections when I'm outdoor or in the car...
I will try to pay more attention to this fact, maybe you can do the same to see any possible relationship of the problem with the sourrender environment.
