Blinking Sensorbuttons after disassembly - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hy, a friend of mine brought me his Htc one m7 to fix various things.
I changed:
Display
Middleframe
backcover
daughterboard
earpiece
speaker
Atfer i was finished i tryed to power the phone on but only got blinking sensorbuttons.
I checked all the connections between the boards in the phone.
I checked the Proxymity sensor - it is connected and was working before.
I tryed to start it with Power + Voldown
the battery level was at about 50%
i tryed the trick with shining light on the prox sensor
After trying to power it on the mainboard got slightly warm (it was barely noticeable without the Backcover) and stayed warm until i unplugged the Battery. after that i have not tryed to power it on and it didnt get warm until i tryed to power it on again.
Anything else i can check?
Edit: phone was charging over night. No charge led and no powering on
EDIT2:
Found the fault - the new display is broken. it does boot but shows no picture. Because the phone is silent it didnt vibrate or make a sopund on boot.

[Q] Nexus one wont turn on

hi all.
I have a nexus one which run cyanogenmod 7 in 1 year. Until last month. Suddenly i couldn`t turn it on. I though the battery was very low, so i charged for hours without any help.
I have disassembled the phone and checked the power button, but it was ok.
I found also out that the phone can be turned on even the power button is broken, but it didnt helped at all.
If i plug the charger in to the phone, the charger led lights on ( orange), but nothing on the screen appears, no response at all.
Now the battery is full i guess since the led is green.Sometimes the led blinks when i take the battery in and out. (Blink orange-green-orange...)
Is that something that can be functionale again ? it was my first smartphone and would like to see alive again
I found out the power button flex print was almost cut-all-the of the pcb.
I was managed the solder one of them together, and woo hoooo it turned on
But the digitizer doesnt work now it starts correctly op , but screen doesnt give response back

[Q] Problem after screen replace.

Hi !
In advance, sorry for my english.
I have problem with my HTC ONE m7.
I broke my digitizer and I bought a full set(screen + digi.).
I replaced it, and i have a problem.
After turn on the phone, i see the black screen and sound of turning on.
When i push the power button and vol -, the touch buttons blinking.
When I put the phone into charger, in first time after plug in the battery, the notification diode is blinking, and after about 10 sec. the light is red, the same when i normally charging the phone. When I turn the phone on, the charging stopped. And when the phone is switched on, not charging.
The flexes aren't damaged.
Is it possible, that i get a broken screen in shop? - i don't see any damage.

[Q] Xperia Z only boots when certain points are pressed.

Hi guys,
My Xperia won't boot up, and vibrates non-stop.
I decided to take off the back cover, and take a look. After some investigation, I noticed than when I press the flex cable connector of the PWR, VLM UP and DOWN on the motherboard, it boots up.
Then is stopped doing it like this.
Now I noticed, when I press around the vibration motor connector, it stops vibrating, but when I press the bottom-right corner of the battery, it starts vibrating again. While pressing the vibration motor connector, the battery bottom right corner, and the flex cable connector of PWR and Volume, suddenly it booted again to charging mode, and now I turned it on again..
It charged from 2% to 10%, 2 times it noted that the battery is low, which means it somehow stopped charging in between, or, lost connection with the battery as it should.
Note that this is unreliable, as the phone tends to shut off at any given moment. It suddenly freezes for 2 seconds, goes off, and the red light blinks 3 times.
Note2: I've done this "pressure-therapy" a number of times, and most of the times the battery is always drained, even when I charged it to 100% the last time.
I'm not an electric engineer, but something is telling me that the battery gets drained through another source then it should. Can we call it a short-circuit? I'm not sure if the battery is messed up. Maybe some components are touching which shouldn't after I have dropped the phone.
I'm going through the same routine again and will see what the phone does when I turn it off.
Also, the date of the phone is always the same date, but that's probably because I don't have automatic time and date settings enabled.

Screen Will not turn on.

EDIT: FIXED
i know this has been posted many times and i have yet to find a solution that has worked for me
I put my phone to charge before going to sleep and everything was fine, but when i woke up and tried to check the time my screen would not turn on
i noticed the light was a static green with blinking orange and even when the charger was disconnected the green was still there and still blinking orange
ive held the power and volume buttons and tried charging it more but nothing the notification light is still green and orange the soft keys are black
i also tried hooking the phone up to my pc and preform adb commands to get it to reboot :crying:
im on the VZW HTC One rooted with custom rom
Any help or diagnosis would be appreciated
try...
I would try cooling the phone down by placing it in an air tight bag then leaving it in the freezer switched off for about 15 mins
Then try switching it on.....
With my phone i had the same issue.... when i opened up the phone to look at the problem. I realised that there was some moisture corrosion on the LCD Screen cable.... easy fix - just clean cable ends with circuit board cleaner.
Try it and see what happens.

Phone doesn't turn on

Hello everybody, i have a big problem with mi P9:
i was to replacing my cracked display and the battery, so i bought them. Took off the old display, replaced with the newer and the same process done with tha battery.
But, after that, i tried to turn on the phone....nothing. No vibration, to display, nothing. I plugged it to the power adapter, and a red led started to blink while charging, tried on more time to turn it on, and it get the bootup vibration, but still nothing on the display. After the short bootup vibration, the led blinked faster for 2 seconds, than nothing. After minutes, the phone show the charging screen with the 0% battery, not growing up. As last chance, i tried to unplug the battery, reconnect to the power adapter and...boom, it booted up with the animation. The phone show the unlock screen with the PIN screen, but only for 1 second: Battery low, the phone is about to turning off, and so it does.
Now, i tried with a different battery, but nothing. I don't know what is the problem. I was supposing about the motherboard flex, maybe i damaged it while removing the old battery, but i'm not sure. Can you help me?
Thank you!
No one can help me?
