I have installed Germen Adroid ICS 4.0.3 in my Galaxy Note
My phone is stabel and i havn't probs but i would like install Trebuchet apk
can i do that and what i can do

The Oficial Samsung 4.0.3 is realy BBBBUUUURRRRKKKK !
Cm9 are faster and realy you can use performance of your GTN7000
how can i port miui GB rom on galaxy note 1 or if somebody can post the ported version please help .I liked the three pane interface of settings in GB rom .I already have ics miui rom but i need miui gb rom for galaxy note

I'm having a Galaxy Note GT-N7000 ..
The following are the details regarding the device :
Existing Android version 4.0.4 ICS Official Firmware
Base band version : N7000XXLRK
Kernel Version : 3.0.15-N7000XXLRK-CL811902
Many of the GT-N7000 series got their official Jelly Bean Update from February onwards but For GTN7000 XXLRK the JB firmware is not released .. :crying:
Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean (UBLSF) Official Firmware Update For Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000: was released last day and it is available for download and can be flashed with Odin ,.
I want to know whether I can flash my XXLRK device with this firmware N7000UBLSF and Whether any problem will arise if I do so .. ??
or should I wait for the official Jelly Bean Firmware from Samsung for XXLRK devices.. ??
Am a newbie to this kinda flashing N all ..

Nah you can flash that without any prob.
Id do:
Flash kernel that comes with cwm recovery (using odin)
Root
Make a backup (!!!)
Wipe and flash rom (+gapps).
Reboot
Victory dance.

What Galaxy Mini you have ? GT-S5570i CAN make Temporary CWM to work.

Do you have some more details what you are looking for? Because for sure you cannot flash any S4 Rom on our S1 .

I saw the S4 ROM`s available for Micro-max mobile as a custom ROM.. so just want to try my I9000 can be update to firmware since Samsung is stopped the original firmware update.
currently, I am using MIUI ROM custom on I9000.. it`s good & I am happy..but looking for Samsung new firmware..

Those are not ROM ports mate , it's just about theming some core apps like a Touchwiz ( SGS 4 ) rom. You can find such several ports in the development section.
What you're seeing is s4-look ROMs for s1, not actual s4 ROMs that you can flash on an s1.
That's a sure fire way to brick your phone..

Yes.... he could use it, only for 5 seconds during flashing, and then never again, neither phone nor rom.
Not even 5 seconds. I think Odin would fail almost immediately.
The Micromax have rom ports that (quite accurately) resemble the S4 because they take stock 4.2.x roms and theme/mod them. The S doesn't have this option
