My phone galaxy note 5 N920S SK telecom have problem with device management
when i open camera then: "security policy prevents use of camera"
and bluetooth same: "security policy prevents use of bluetooth"
....
in notification : "Device locked
device management ....."
someone have that problem please help me, my phone now no camera, no bluetooth, can't connect computer...
how i can do that now?
You have locked it with android device manager? If u have then just unlock it or go to the web login and unlick your device

Hi to everyone, see, I'm really desperate about this, it may be the biggest issue of all my life.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920T from T-Mobile six months ago and it was working perfectly. Today when I was using the phone it got a little dumb so I reset it and when it started up this two messages appeared on my screen:
Security Error:.
This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software & is locked,
Call your mobile operator for additional support.
Please note that repair/return for this issue may have additional cost.
Network Lock:
"This device can be remotely unlocked if eligible. Please use the "Device Unlock" application to unlock the device, Make sure the device has an internet connectivity to use the "Device Unlock" application
Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm really sad because I don't have money to buy another phone and I have read in other forums that this is quite difficult to fix. If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it so much .

So, I have a t mobile note 4 sm-n910t. I paid a company to unlock the phone. Now I cannot use it due to " no network available ".
The imei is unknown, the service state " out of service ", the ims registration status " not registered ". I have consistent reboot.
The phone is running 6.0 and had not been tampered with meaning no root ect.
The battery drains fast.
The S Pen doesn't work.
I wanted to use Straight Talk. Knox has not been triggered because I have not flashed anything and when i push the three keys to get to the info screen knox says 0x0 but yet I get a warning screen that says " Security Error: This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software and is locked.
Please call your mobile operator for support." Is there a way to flash the original software Even though its still installed? Does anyone here have any idea how to fix this?
Guys i have accidentally locked my device.Find my device(Android device manager) isnt able to connect to my phone though 4g is turned on in my device.Can anybody help me or suggest me how to remove/reset the password without resetting the device.My device isnt rooted but usb debugging is enbaled.

Hi guys, I finally decided to flash my Canadian Note 9 (SM-N960W) with Android 10. I now have an unbranded XAA CSC American Note 9 (SM-N960U) and almost everything is working perfectly, including WiFi Calling and VoLTE, but I have that one and only problem that is bothering me:
Every single time I try to open "Security" under "Device Care", the sreen goes black and the phone become unresponsive. Security status is "Deactivated" but I didn't disable it so I'm not so sure what's happening here.
I tried to download and install "Samsung Device Security" from XDA but it won't install. For some reason it's missing from my phone.
Any idea what's going on?
If that is the only issue then all is golden. Security that is not enabled refers to a not an active bundled antivirus solution which as you know is totally unnecessary. It does not refer to Samsung device security.
Hellow, I am the owner of a Samsung Galaxy S6 I think its Europe version because I bought it in spain.
In march 2020 I had decided to factory resset my phone because I had a lot of junk. To my surprise when the Welcome screen for a setup showed up and I was trying to set it up (I did this probably once a year) a message of "The phone was factory resseted on a anormal way please sign in to your samsung account to unlock the device". Keep in mind here in spain we were in a complete lock down. I did put my email and password it showed 2 messages and noething happned, and I know its not the wrong password because if i did type a random thing it will show "Wrong ID" so I tried contacting samsung but as we were on a lockdown it was imposible, I tried from find my phone (samsung version) and I clickcked on unlock phone (while the phone was connected to the inernet) but noething happned as a last resource I tried flashing a custom rom (I had Samsung Official Rom) but when I go to oddin mode or download mode it shows: Reactivation Lock: ON.
Is there any way to unlock it, my mothers phone is broken and she is in need of one.

I hope I can find a fix, because the most anoing thins is that is supposed to be a mecanisim so if the phone gets stolen, but i have been the owner of it for 5 years
