Where to buy cheapest transparent silicone case for LETV LE1 PRO? Did anyone already had a drop and broke the screen?
Sent from my Le 1 Pro using Tapatalk
I purchased one on aliexpress and I'm waiting for it, actually it's the best one I found since the first time it falls down the risk of breaking the screen will be huge... I can't paste the link but if you search there you'll find bubbled silicon case with reinforced corners for 0.99€

I purchased one for €1.84 from:

The build quality is ok, but the openings for the headphone jack and IR blaster are not very well aligned. The opening for the usb connector seems to slightly disturb the connection to the cable because it slightly obstructs the connector. I like that the case is kind of slightly thicker around the screen than usual since the glass is really easy to break.
I am waiting for another one from aliexpress which should be better with extra cushioning on the edges

I wanted to try a metal bumper, but I only buy cases without the antenna cutout. I have yet to find one to fit my needs.
This one looks really attractive though. Would love to see a review.

What do you mean by antenna cutout?

For the Japanese version of the Note 2 and other Asian country versions, their phones have an antenna in the upper right corner to allow for TV broadcasts. Asian manufacturers of cases add a cutout in the top right corner of their cases to accommodate this antenna. These cases look silly on phones that lack the antenna and expose that corner to fall damage unnecessarily. If you look closely at the case images you listed above, you will see the cutout, and in the final picture of your post, you can see the antenna angled for portrait viewing.
here is another image of the antenna I spoke of:
I want an antenna like that for wifi! weak wifi signal at work!
Anyway the bumpers look good!
Anyone have a workaround on this, I have the blue aluminum bumper seems the charger I ordered from amazon (amazonbasics) is to large for the hole, should I tr to modify the USB end or the case or what, any kind of adapter or little extensions? I dont want to lose the data transfer feature of this chord
Dremel/File out the bumper around the USB port.
As tdrussell said, you can dremel the opening wider. I believe another member did that with their case and has pictures somewhere.
I ended up just giving up on these eBay-special bumper cases. Many of them were poorly thought out and not worth the trouble.
i've got two different aluminium bumper cases from ebay and had the same problem.
what i did is separate it into two pieces. then on the bottom piece, tape up the bottom of the port area (so you dont scratch and cut away too much), then take a pair of scissors and cut the bar off the top. i'll attach a pic so can you see what i did.

then you can just remove the tape and colour the exposed metal.
Thanks for the suggestions, Since the bumper case was $17 and the Cable was 6, I went ahead and used some scissors to modify the material around the cable end. Works fine now! I would of cut the case however this cable is the only one I have come across that is effected by the case.
Well sharing my review on buff screen protector for the note2 , initially wanted to use ismooth but due to non availability and high cost in India tried this screen protector just for Rs 250 in Delhi and its amazing.
1.Perfect installation had no issue whatsoever.
2.Wished they would have provided a dirt removal sticker
3.Using the S Pen was great after 2 days as at first it was little sticky but after 2 days it became smooth
4.Really accepted what they guarantee on their features
Ultimate Shock Absorption
Ultra Scratch Proof
Stretch Resistance
Non Slip Grip
Air Bubble-releasing Adhesive
Did not had any bubble whatsoever and after 15 days of use not even a single scratch and yes as far as the 4 layers are concerned it feels little thick but it makes me feel that it will definitely protect from shock .
Guys please share your experience out here as per availability in India looking forward for some case reviews too.

follow this method of installation for perfect install http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dt9_fZDT-As just make sure to use a tape for the hinge that is non adhesive as normal tape leaves some glue residue which will than have to be removed using cleaner so better use a good tape
Recently I've switched over to the S4 from the Note 2 (gave it to my gf). While I was reviewing cases for the S4 I came across Spigen's Flip Mate case. My gf likes using the OEM Flip Cover, but she drops her phone ALOT. She originally had an S3 and that thing took quite a beating (cracked screens, cracked flip covers, etc). Does anyone know if anyone is selling something similar for the Note 2?
This is what you want...

I don't think that's what he means.
an option is to use a protective cover+.
normally it's not very comfortable when you combine it with an original flip cover, but you can cut a small strip off the left side of the TPU part to give the flip cover a bit more room to flip open.
She could get a case like this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/o/ASIN/B00ATUYE9O?tag=adapas-21 which I was planning on purchasing before I got my extended battery, or she could do what I did previously and get a TPU case (or a case with TPU on the sides like the Samsung Protective Cover+) and cut away the bit that prevents the flip case from moving freely:
(Large pictures, beware )

the case will still close fine:
and you can still fold the cover all the way back:
Anyone found one? The only one I found was for like £6 on ebay. I checked aliexpress but didn't find any
Try this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Clear-Screen-Protector-For-Motorola-Moto-Z-Play-Tempered-Glass-Guard-Films-Front-Cover-LCD-Film/32737930094.html?spm=2114.30010308.3.197.pXt8qi&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_3_10056_10065_10055_10068_10054_10069_10059_10073_10017_10070_10060_10061_10052_10062_10053_10050_10051,searchweb201603_7&btsid=05d6f76a-01cd-4873-b1b8-6cbc81299f94. It's the only one i found that i like how the cut-outs look. If you'll get it, i will appreciate a feedback on how it fits. I don't have a moto z play yet, just planning ahead
I may give this one a shot... https://www.aliexpress.com/item/IMA...-Screen-Protector-Full-Cover/32757130766.html
I purchased this 2 pack (intended for Z Force)...http://www.ebay.com/itm/172316562388
Doesn't lay flat near the front flash....not sure if there is a protrusion there or not...may try the second one in the pack to see if it's just an issue with the one protector. Also the protector extends very close to the edge of the display so it doesn't lay completely flat there either. For the price, I can't really complain too much but I wouldn't buy it again.
I got this pack
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0...+protector&dpPl=1&dpID=416M8zrtKsL&ref=plSrch
And like others have said about their tempered glass protectors, the fit is terrible
The edges don't stick properly, it's too small for the screen, the front camera flash is ever so slightly raised so it doesn't seal, and the cutout at the top is massive, leaving alot of screen unprotected
