Just got my N910T a few days ago, and I was wondering if I can fully convert my phone to international version?
My previous phone was a Vodafone Xperia Z2, I just flashed an generic ROM then it was all good, I even received OTA updates for that ROM without a problem, like it really was an unbranded/generic Z2.
Is this possible on the N910T?
Thanks!

It's for the South Korean version, which is also snap805, N910F will do too, as long as it is generic
Any ideas how?
Ahh no idea sorry. Try using an international rom with @turilos csc/data fix for 4.4.4 roms.

Depends on where you are, Samsung has made many many versions of them. There may be one for your Country.
Get from there:
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-T715/
Got a t715 UK, that website has firmware available right but not custom roms.
Hi,

Yes,you should be able to no problem. Just don't blame me if I'm wrong and you brick it
You are right they are the same basically, just for different regions I believe. Look into it some more before flashing ROMS though. Don't just take my word on it.

Oops, I was thinking of the G800H model. Sorry, my mistake.
Both the F and M are basically the same, but different regions.

in short, you can not install a rom stock from a g800m to a g800f, but if you can a lineage os (for example) created for the g800m model for the g800f model

Thanks for the reply Jimmy! The problem is the custom roms are "G800F/M/Y" there isn't an specific M version, it is a generic custom rom for F/M/Y. (I tried some of them and still detects it as 'F')
Using a G800M stock rom, I generated a TWRP flasheable file with Assayyed Kitchen, it worked, but the IMEI is gone and there is no signal at all (SIM not detected)
From what I've read, think I should have to flash bootloader and modem too, but Odin won't allow me that...

to create a rom with Assayyed Kitchen you need the stock of your device, I personally do not recommend it, I created a rom like that but the wifi was not activated

I know... but the user 'pay_omar' in this thread says he flashed a G800M with G800F firmware it and worked, but he does not say how he did it. The device is the same, just different name to lock the LTE :/

yep, this exactly, you can flash any custom rom on F for M and vice versa using any custom recovery.

From my experience on my G800Y, I had no problem with any G800F rom, I even flashed the G800F firmware with no issues whatoever.
(What I suffered is from wifi issues and battery drainage on standby, but could well be the rom issue... Lineage 14.1).
Pd: What I did to flash the G800F was just using the AP only, I did nothing else, I was flashing a marshmallow rom, but didn't touched the bootloader, just left it at the lollipop one.

Thanks for sharing that info!
After flashing, could you unlock new LTE (4g) bands from your zone/region?
Also, if you go to "about phone" in "baseband version" does it changed from G800Y to G800F?
Sorry, for the late reply

I don't know if it unlocks more bands (I'm not sure if you can do it by just flashing).
Baseband stays with G800Y

Seems they forgot about all the Latin American n920g devices. I have an unlocked Trinidad and Tobago n920g and don't have official either ?
Just give it a go, it shouldn't break your device - like an LG phone can.
I see the occasional post of someone having success on a g variant for c firmwares.
