I've checked that and the magazine unlock is applied. I tried restarting but it still not working
Have you tried swiping up from the bottom of the lockscreen and pressing that start/pause button? Other than that one, can't really figure what else might cause it to not show.

I have deleted my magazine unlock wallpaper how can I bring it back? Please tell me. . TIA. .
Huawei y6
Me too. Folder is empty
Swipe up from the bottom of the lockscreen and press that covers button it will switch you to magazine folder .. select all images u want and press right mark .. and if you deleted your magazine unlock folder you can restore it again .. download huawei p9 wallpapers and copy folder to internal storage and do the same method .. swipe up .. select covers .. select forlder/images and it will work
Is there any way to completely remove the magazine unlock?
Is it possible to change the date/time position using Magazine Unlock?
I would like to have it at top of screen instead of bottom

I'm new to WM6 phones, but pretty well balanced as far as electronics. For the life of my, I cannot get rid of a row of icons on my tilt. I've installed HTC Home and the manager, but i still have the icons that come with tilt. There as follows.
Battery Icon, Rotate screen, Comm manager, Back light options, Messages, and then recent calls.
I've deleted everything else, and seen just about everybody not have these icons. The only thing I've left really is the appointments. I appreciate your help in advance, thanks! -Jeff
Found an example, it's a few of these 9 icons u see

Those are plug-ins.
Go to Setting --> Today and uncheck those plug-ins which you do not want them to show on the Home Screen.

Everything is unchecked but HTC Home and the manager. I thought thats what controlled them but its not.
Hi,this plugin is HTCHomeplug with 4 icons only ( Battery Icon, Rotate screen, Comm manager, Back light options ).You can add more shortcut to edit this key in the registry :
HKLM\software\HTC\HTChomeplug and add 5,6,7,8,9 and copy the same thing that 2 or 3 with your shortcut.
Thanks for the response Marcd. I don't want to add any though, I want to remove them all so it looks less cluttered. Any ideas?
Uncheck the HTC Home option in the Today Screen menu in Settings.
When I remove HTC Home, it gets rid of my 5 button HTC Home with the clock and everything. I'm trying to remove that very bottom row of 9 icons in the example picture above.
Hi guys,
Don't know if this one is popular here but there's a new version of sweeterhome out (beta)
I love my ahome setup but I must admit sweeterhome has some serious potential.
I've created 2 simple screens but I have an issue
center screen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
left screen:
I noticed that I wasn't able to swipe to another screen anymore because my app tray / widgetblock use the full size of the screen.
If I'm on my center screen (with clock and pure calendar) I can only swipe to my left screen (with apps) when I swipe over the clock widgetblock. Swiping over the pure calendar widget doesn't work.
When I'm on my left screen (apps) I can't swipe to my center screen anymore. On this screen I have one big app tray with 5x4 icons and one small app tray at the bottom with 5 apps. In other words, the complete screen is filled up with app trays (both of them are locked).
Anybody using sweeterhome here which might be able to help? I've posted this on the sweeterhome site as well...
Thx
B
go into edit mode on the left screen, edit the properties of the springboard launcher you made to open up the apps tray (I assume you are using a springboard for that), then in the properties of that springboard should be an option that says "make minimizable"; toggle that to yes. exit out of edit mode now you should be able to toggle that same springboard app launcher to both open and close that tray it controls. give you back your desktop.
alternately, resize the app tray so it doesn't cover up the bottom where your toggles are.
Hey Guys/Girls,
Was just wondering if there is a way i can change both at once or do i have to do them separately? I've been changing them separately however it's challenging to align both the wallpaper and lock screen perfectly.
Cheers.
I'm not completely sure what you're asking. Are you trying to get the stock Sony live wallpaper graphics on both the lock screen and home screen to line up to each other every time you unlock the phone? If so, that's simply not possible. Every time you swipe on your home screen, the wallpaper graphics will move and those same movements will not be mimicked on your lock screen.

Sorry i thought i may not have been clear enough. I just want to know if i can set a wallpaper for the homescreen and the lock screen at the same time without having to first go use as -> wallpaper and then again go to use as -> lock screen wallpaper and trying to crop both exactly the same.
Coming from a Samsung where there was an option to set an image wallpaper and lockscreen wallpaper at the same time.

Hello;
Not only am I new to the Note 5, but Android too. I come from Windows Phone (a Lumia 1520).
I can't find the option to have notifications wake up my screen. Supposedly is under Settings -> Sounds and Notifications, but it is not showing for me. See the screencap.
I downloaded Glimpse Notifications, but I figured it should be a stock option? Also, is there a way to increase the timeout for the screen when Glimpse Notifications turns it on?
Oh, I followed dlthe de-bloat and de-touchwiz guide from the General subforum. Used the basic xml to disable packages. Don't know if that's related.
Thanks for any guidence!

Hi,
If you use these toggles a lot (which you should), a quick edit now will make your life easier.
Organize the quick settings
Samsung-Galaxy-Note-5-toggles
1. Pull down the Quick Settings and tap EDIT in the top right corner
2. From here you can drag the toggles around as you like
3. There must be at least 5 toggles in the Quick Settings
TO remove unnecessarily apps
Let’s do it.
1.Open the app drawer to see all of your apps
2.Long-press on the app you’d like to remove
3.The app drawer will close and you’ll see an option for Disable or Uninstall
4.Drag the app to the trash can
If you would like to revive a disabled app you can go to Settings > Applications > Application manager. Swipe over to the Disabled tab and find the app.

Here's how to activate the “Gallery Labs” hidden settings on Samsung smartphones
How to activate Samsung Gallery Labs
It doesn't take long to activate Samsung's Gallery Labs via the Samsung Gallery application, but we would like to point out right away that some options may vary depending on the version of Samsung's One UI installed on your device. In fact, if you have a smartphone with One UI 2.5 at your fingertips, as in our case, you will find the same options you see in the gallery below; otherwise, if you are among the many who use the One UI 3.0 or the very recent One UI...
Having made this necessary premise, we are finally ready to find out how to activate Samsung Gallery Labs. First you need to start the Samsung Gallery application, tap the magnifying glass on the three dots at the top right of the side and select the "Settings" item. Once you have entered the app settings menu, you need to scroll down, tap on "About Gallery" and tap repeatedly on the version of the app until the message "[Labs] appears on the screen. Gallery is enabled ".
Once this is done, you need to go back to the previous screen and locate the new “Gallery Labs” panel. Inside there are a series of "advanced settings" that normally cannot be exploited without activating this feature.

For quite some time! Or at least since OneUI 2.5 could be installed on the Note 8. And this thing I discovered by chance on the internet.
