I cannot do anything on my P8 lite single sim ALE-L21...update...downgrade...rooting: the smartphone goes in bootloop...the only firmware that works on my smartphone is the B203, if I try to flash (also from fastboot) any other firmware (single sim or dual sim, old or new), the smartphone goes bootloop and I am to flash from fastboot boot, recovery, cust and system firmware b203...only in this way the smartphone begins to work...if i try to root, the smartphone goes bootloop...though if I try to flash custom recovery, the smartphone goes bootloop...I tried all but the result is always the same...what is my error? Please help me

The commands are correct, i see you came from nexus 5,6 so you know your way around fastboot...
Try to flash again twrp 3.0.2 manual and for root install super su beta 2.62 and then 2.66 in twrp if it boots...
Edit: also try another link with twrp, maybe it`s a bad download

You can not solve this problem by using mic file.ok
You can flash the complete stock .
By the
Fastboot flash zip (file name).zip
First the update.zip
And then

Hello.
I have a P9 with unlocked bootloader, TWRP and root and android 6 ( stock ).
By mistake, i flash in TWRP a custom rom of P9-lite.
Now, i can't enter in TWRP. I can't even flash stock rom with 3 buton method ( update.app in dload folder ).
With Vol - and Power, or Vol + and power, i only see the screens in attach.
I've tried flash with fastboot ( the only thing that works ) system.img, boot.img, cust.img and recovery.img ( extracted from the stock rom with Huawei update extractor) and nothing works.
I try various versions of TWRP, with no success.
Can anybody help me?
dload is not starting at all?
What was your last build?
use dc-phoenix and push update 15 credits (15 euros) then you can place a dload.app to your sdcard. ive done it and it worked just fine

You can use srk tool and also you can try 'fastboot flash system system.img' command. If pc cannot detect your device, you can do nothing. Just control that fastboot devices command. If adb says command not allowed, device may be locked ur bootloader. Try to unlock again. Check this 'fastboot oem get-bootinfo'

If cannot, just flash them what you can and try dload method again and again.
I think most important is oryginal recovery

it seems like it cannot load twrp recovery?
No recovery tool supports VIE-L09 model (TWRP/CWM), I tried also with One Click Root but the dont support the model I gues this phone cannot be rooted because there is no recovery support

You need a stock recovery to flash stock firmware...
I overflashed only the kernel, so the phone didn't boot, so i tried to find a kernel to flash back, so the phone is booting again, the only one worked was that custom one, but not stable.
So I'm trying to find another better working kernel to flash, or an alternative way to reset my phone, but my recoverys aren't working.

Do you have the marshmallow update pacakage(one you downloaded to update the phone to marshmallow) if you have then extract it and place the dload folder inside a memory card and place it in your phone, then while switched off press power+volume up+volume down all at once and wait until your phone vibrates then leave the buttons and let the software do the work. Hope it helps:good:

If you have unlocked bootloader just flash twrp version for your device and download any MM version Fullrom.zip using firmware finder and flash it through twrp.
Before flashing new rom wipe all partitions from twrp.
