Wifi dropping - Verizon LG G2

It happened 1 month after using cm13 then I tried flashing a lot of other ROMs and it didn't help. It doesn't work on any WiFi, connects and after 5 seconds it disconnects and says “saved”

Have you tried flashing a baseband of your software variant and check it the issue still persists?

[Q] Random wifi disconnects/drops

Hello forum! For a few months now, I've been forced to use AOSP roms because of a problem that's been occuring. Ever since the 4.3 firmware, my wifi constantly disconnects and reconnects. I've tried switching from 2.4 to 5 ghz, renaming my device id, restarting the router, trying a different firmware (did all of them including ruu's and all), different kernels, different roms, etc. Now that sense 6.0 is coming out, I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if anyone else has a fix.
i have the same issue after coming back from stock 4.4
i tried updating the firmware and the issues still remained.
same here

I´ve got the same issue,, running the cm 11 actual nightly on my RAZR HD .. tried everything , the whole restoring reflashing, radios and different recoverys ...nothing worked for me... when i switch manually the frequencyrange of my razr for w-lan it works quite a while but than it drops random till i switch back to automatic frequency ....
I was just running aosp but I wasn't disconnecting. I'm on the most recent firmware and I used the cyanogenmod nightly with stock kernel. On sense I disconnect every once in awhile especially when actually using the WiFi but on cm I wasn't disconnecting so I wasn't worried about disconnecting during castle clash

[I9295] Cellular not working

Hey guys,
in the beginning, sorry for my bad english (native german). I have a problem with my I9295 aka S4 Active. Since the update to 4.4.2, my phone gets thrown out of the network. Wlan and Bluetooth is fine. Now I flashed the official Samsung DOB4 firmware. Yes, I've downloaded the file multiple times, and the md5 sum was always right. After I flashed it, I was very happy because my cellular network was working again, I could make some calls, etc. But after 20 minutes, it started again. No network. Well, my IMEI was null, and to fix it I had to root. After rooting, my IMEI is there again (yes, the right one) and everything worked fine and was still working, up to yesterday. IMEI still there, baseband too, everything seems fine, but I can't get network. I have to reboot multiple times to get it working again, after that it's working maximum a day, after that, no network again . Atm, i've flashed CM12, but the error is still occuring. I'm very desperate, I hope somebody can help me.
I have a quite similar problem:
My I9295 loses service randomly. Happens quite often.
When I try to go to Settings/More Networks/Mobile Networks I am told "No SIM ..."
SIM is in and had been active. Phono tells me I have network reception.
After reboot it works for an hour or 20 minutes or whatever it wants to.
Sometimes it reconnects after a while, sometimes not.
When I leave it on during night netx morning reconnect works only via reboot.
SIM reader had been replaced.
Problem persists with genuine 5.0.1, with this one: [ROM][Official Nightly CM12/Unofficial CM12.1][5.0/5.1.1] builds for I9295
and WizCyan ROM.
Any suggestions?
BTW I use a TWRP recovery
Possible reason explained here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=56955843
Enjoy
Thanks for the hint.
Not sure if I get this. The problem was also there with the genuine Samsung ROM (lolipop)while the thread talks aout losing modem function after flashing custom ROM.
About previous I am not sure as I bought it used with 4.2.2 on it.
I updated to 4.4 and then 5 OTA, all genuine.
Only because the mobile kept on losing network I switched to custom ROM, but the problem persists.
At the moment I use the Pac-Man ROM 5.1.1 where it seems to be more stable.
Strange!
@augek
The linked thread isn't only about custom roms - you can end up with partly flashed baseband on genuine if you don't power off before download mode and flash using Odin.
Was the replacement job of SIM reader done by a qualified person?
Following your Suggestion i flashed the genuine lollipop with odin. Yes i switched of Prior to flashing.
And Yes the Person Who did the card reader Job is qualified.
Still the Problem persists.
So to me the question is if the Firmware (driver) is the Problem of my sim card. The sim i tried on my s4mini and doesn't cause Problems so far as far as i noticed.
P****es me of somehow.

Wifi woes with the Z3 Compact

Hello all,
Just having an issue with my Z3 compact. The wifi keeps connecting and disconnecting every few seconds. This is a new development and it has never done this in the two years I've owned it. It finds the networks, connects and then promptly disconnects after a few seconds and then starts to look for networks once again.
Here are a few things I've already tried....
I have tested the same WiFi network with my S7 and laptop and they are stable on this network.
I have tried a different WiFi network with the same results
I have downgraded to a previous TWRP backup of my ROM when the phone was still stable.
I have changed the ROM completely with a factory reset and new custom ROM flash
None of the above has worked so far so not sure what has happened and if this is a possible hardware failure of the modem? Is there a modem file that could possibly be flashed?
Thanks for the help.

This has been mentioned several times in the Q&A thread, and @toxic-hero even posted a fix
Thanks Didgesteve,
I have tried the Legacy DHCP Client fix in the developer settings and I've also done a "Network settings reset" under Settings > Backup & reset before rebooting and still no help. The issue persists and I'm at a loss as to what the hell has happened here....
Same problem... I still have guarantee, so I flashed back the original up-to-date firmware and the phone was sent back to the local sony service, and I'm waiting for it.

[HELP] finding working link for stock gt-p7300 rom?

Tried sammobile but says those links are for premium users and I can't afford a subscription. Tried the link in the rom compilation in the forum but is not working.
I'm just having some trouble when data is on, the sim card eventually stops being detected and I have to restart the tablet, tried switching to many different roms and in every single one the problem persists so now I just want a stock rom that I can install with odin to hopefully solve that problem because it is annoying having to restart the tablet every 10 to 15 minutes when I'm using the internet.

Wifi disconnects on Android 10

I have the SM-N960F running Android 10 I have Dr keton ROM it's has magisk 20.4. The problem I have is i get a exclamation at the side of the wifi signal at times. Sometimes I just see that the signal is perfectly normal then all of the sudden I lose connection. I'm watching YT and it starts to buffer or I'm browsing and I get can't connect to the internet error. The only way to fix it if I toggle the wifi off and on and it works. It only works for a few minutes and it starts again the ROM was a clean flash when that happened. I then ended up flashing a custom kernel called beastmode the latest version and it made it worse. So I reflashed keton rom which I only reflashed the kernel and the CSC. My other devices don't have that problem I know it's not my router. I use my Moto X without any issue whatsoever. It's not just with Dr keton I get the same issue with Alexis, ALEXNDR.,
