Hi,
I have a Moto G2 phone. With Docomo as my cellular I cannot answer incoming calls by swiping. If I change the simcard to any other vendor(say Airtel or Vodafone) I can answer calls normally.
Does anyone faced a similar issue in answering incoming calls with swipe, please suggest to resolve the issue. I have searched the internet and tried the options but in vain.

no such problem mayb try a factory reset or put your sim in other slot and try again

Thank you for the reply. I have checked that already and it works but not always. However, I will look for any settings in the Moto Assist as well and post my update here.

Hi i'm using an unlocked AT&T Moto X in India with stock rom with android 4.4.4. I'm facing a call echo problem i.e the receiver end can hear their own voice, i tried various options but unable to fix it. can someone help me with this?

That is usually due cell to cell anomalies, radio interference & the like. Not the phone. Have you reversed the call for example?

Yeah i tried both Dialing and Receiving.

I have the same problem.
I could hear their voice loud and clear, but they could not hear my voice properly.
The other person I talked to always hear their own voice.(echo back)
The problem becomes worst when the phone is in a loud speaker mode.
However, the problem is not seen if I used headphone.
I have tried factory reset, I have tried manually reflashing the sytem images using flashboot, but still the problem persist.
I'm gonna give it to service centr in the coming days.

I hope you can help me out with this, I've been looking a lot for a while in google and found no answers so my frustration led me to post on this forum. Here is the situation:
Back on 2013 I had the Magicjack app installed on my Moto X XT1058 (AT&T) stock android 4.4.2, I believe the app version was 2.7.710.1 or 2.6.661.3, and it worked fine. After installing latest versions, when I made a call I could hear the others but they couldn't hear me, I thought it was due to a magicjack compatibility issues, but all the subsequent versions didn't work either, so I had to keep using the older version.
Yesterday I factory reset my phone and installed the most updated Magicjack app hoping the problem would be solved but still the same issue, so I tried to install the old version but now it crashes immediatly once I open the app, so I cannot use the app anymore. I've been surfing in google hoping someone has the same problem but can't find anything, so it seems I'm the only one with this issue. I'm hoping someone had the same problem and found out how to solve it.

I use magickjack and had the same problem. I found a workaround. When you make the call press the speakerphone button to turn it on. Then press it again to turn it off. After that it works perfectly for the call. However it's not permanent. I have to do this every call I make.

Thanks a lot man, such an easy solution... In any case its weird this happens on moto x, i live with my two brothers, one with S3 the other with Nexus 5 and they don't have any issues... Anyway I don't mind pressing the speaker each time, thanks again!!

Strange, my version Nr is 6.2.10.1, updated 11.12.14 on problems so far.
Maybe it's because it's a German version.
Same issue here.
Mine won't work either. I am in the US just got an update yesterday and it won't make calls or receive texts. Just says stopped and let's me report it.

I have been seeing the same issue with receiving text messages while driving mode is on.

can confirm, just send in the crash reports and hope motorola issues a quick fix
Having the same issue also. Every time I reboot my phone moto voice FC until I open the app itself and use it a few times.

They seem to have fixed the update, because now it works fine!
Recently I've noticed that my Moto Voice isn't working like it should.
For example, it'll only allow me to ask it one question, then any following questions and it'll ignore them with a sound as if it has rejected my voice.
I've already reset my phone to factory settings before anyone asks but it's not made a difference.
Even if I ask if what the weathers like, it'll say half of the first word then go silent but still display the right info on the screen.
Anyone else getting this?
I'm not rooted and am running on Marshmallow if it helps.
I've tried retraining my voice and cleared the cache of the Moto app but no luck.

How did you get Moto Voice to work, I can't get it to work with Moto App
I have a MOTO X 2nd Gen, Android 6.0
It has been fine for several years until recently. It shows call ended right after dial and i cannot receive any calls.
I have tried factory reset but it didn't help.
I inserted my SIM card to another phone and it worked fine so it must be something wrong with my phone.
Can anybody help please? This phone means a lot to me!
