Would unlock bootloader cause Android Pay unavailable and cannot get online theme?
Or, In general, is there have any potential problem would caused by unlock bootloader? If i just unlock it without doing anything.

stay locked if you don't have plan to change something
unlocked = can be rooted / xposed can be install with no issue with theme engine ( but broke Android pay see below) / custom recovery / warranty void
locked = no root / no xposed / no custom recovery / warranty Ok
Don't try to unlock "just for test" and relock, coz your bootloader will appear at RELOCKED and not LOCKED like out of the box
If you want to relock the bootloader you should reflash the entire rom B136 posted by PaulObrian with ddload method and bootloader will be LOCKED again.
Xposed broke android pay but have a workaround for it, please use search tool of the forum to get your answers about bootloader

I have same problem, rooted and unlocked and no theme online or local. No idea why using the newworld rom.
You should maybe ask the dev of the rom you use ? I'm on stock b166 with root and xposed and themes engine work well, local and online.

No you don't, I am unlocked and rooted deleted the Huawei ID apk and had the same problem for a while then it just got fixed. Its Huawei's terrible servers.

Cant tell since you posted the kernel which in all the ROMS for the C5303 is the same..
Dial: *#*#7378423#*#
Go to: Service info > Software info and look at: Customatisation..
You can google that number or lookup here at the Stock ftf files.
Also If you dont see any operator related applications, bootanimation or shutdown animation. It wont be branded (by operator at least)
To see if you can unlock bootloader dial above number and go to Service info > Configuration and check Rooting status. If it says no you cant unlock your bootloader (this somewhat called simlock/operatorlock)

Hello!
I've been struggling to find a way to enter on the ServiceMode menu to check the Amr-wb settings. All the codes found to use on the dialer are useless to enter the service mode so I found this way.
You need to be rooted.
Install a terminal emulator, and change the user to SU.
Grant the root permissions.
Then use this command, and the ServiceMode menu should appear.
am broadcast -a android.provider.Telephony.SECRET_CODE -d android_secret_code://27663368378

I have added the ability to launch secret codes with ROOT permission. Now you can launch this code directly from the app, no need to manually enter the command.
Install Shortcut Master app, open 'Secret Code Explorer' menu, scroll down to 27663368378 and launch it (select 'Launch 0', root is required).

it will an able us to go into service mode and change certain things like for example band selection which enables us to be able to set the base band to connect to lte only or wcdma . These are just examples of what we can do !!!!

can any one suggest the rooting methods other than vroot and 360.. i tried easy root in 4.2.2, 4.3 and 4.4.2 roms and it failed to root... please help...

i cant find rooting techniques in 4.4.4
i searched a lot but i cant find it.. and mine is c6902
This is the root that i used for 4.4.2. and it also works on 4.4.4.

Make sure you follow the steps and allow it to completely finish . After i updated to 4.4.4 i had problems the first time because it had not finished and it was saying that it had root when in fact it did not so i rerooted it again and had not problem since !
Very easy to use (it uses Towellroot) so it is like 2 clicks and one keystroke :good:

There are a few options. If you're bootloader unlocked, flash the factory image. If you have TWRP, try to flash a ROM with that build as it's base and see if the option is there. This may be a bug of certain builds.

Upon further investigation, I am on Sprint and call waiting is a feature of my contract. Do you have it through your provider? That may be why it works for me and not for you.

I need help, my p9 plus (MODE VIE-L09C25XXX), after having updated it to nougat (VIE-L09C25B320) does not want to operate the keyboard, then I returned to flash Nougat but still the same, can i do rollback ?.
note:
After flashing again nougat is in the window of google requesting my mail but I can not enter it because the keyboard is not active.
There is no keyboard and you see Google Voice input instead?

exactly thats my case, now im stuck, i didnt remember the build number (it was on B150 software version), this phone is new so i upgrade before install my data and apps.
If you snapped any photo from previous build, then check it's details in Windows you'll find out what your previous build was

where i can see that?, because for keyboard issue i cant enter to the phone, that was because i enter my google account before upgrade, so now he is asking for this logging before let me enter to the phone im stuck there.
Okay ,if you have access to PC ,on your PC download Gboard.apk google it you'll get at apkmirror ,then install it on your phone,use the downloads app to locate it since you won't have file manager on phone too

No, is locked....
Try L09C25 Rollback and after the flash the L09C25 MM or simply if you have L09C25B320 hw_data files then flash those and you'll get keyboard and apps back by using flash from sd card method

Data file may look like this,in the end mine says meafnaf coz my cust is middle East yours might differ you'll have to extract the zip and put it in your SD card >Dload (make sure this zip has update.app in it along with the flash folders) if it only has metainf folders but no update.app then i flashed it via twrp which you don't have due to locked bootloader

Thanks i will try, both update.app and claro data inside dload folder and then flash right?
