hi .
i had a 5.0.2 stock on my 802w with HTC__J15 (402) .
but i wipe my stock rom and i found some x.xx.401.x twrp backups and restore it and now my 802w works terrible .
i have many problems :
call recording doesn't record voices of one sides .
camera focus problem .
mobile data connects but no data traffic .
etc...
i need a twrp backup of a stock 402 rom .
i have a 402 system backup but i dont have a working boot.img to flash via fastboot and booting to system .
here is the system backup i got :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=51227613&postcount=501
i dont know the correct boot.img for that system.ext4.win
if any one can backup and upload the boot.emmc.win of the system.ext4.win in link above , maybe the problem is solved .
i'm s-off .
hboot 2.49 .
twrp backup is my last chance before bricking .
thank u .
anyone can help ?!?!
i need emergency help .
please sb upload the full twrp backup of a 2.41.402.3 stock for me .

hi .
so i just unlocked the bootloader and installed custom recovery , and everything seemed to be going fine .
after i had some troubles with the wrong ver of supersu , i tried to install "superuser" .
right after i realized that there's a better fitting ver. of super su for the phone , and also flashed it on my device .
eventually i ended up with 2 super user apps , and super su gives me an error that says " right after trying to update binaries - " theres another super user app " , it tries to delete it and fails .
so i ended up with 2 super user apps , which i cant delete and im NOT ROOTED ! !
any help ?
trying to delete "superuser" because i think if it'll gone superSU will do the update binaries job .
adb maybe ? to completely erase any SU and install a fresh'n'clean zip ?
but how?

in custom recovery flash SuperSU, the installer script should delete any other instances of superuser apps
http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu
^^ this is a flashable zip for use in custom recovery
link to thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053
so i just erased EVERYTHING from the phone ( system incl)
and installed custom rom . android_revolution-hd_82.0
after the install of the rom , it keeps on bootloops , and if i try to get into the recovery , i get a half second flash of the Clockwork load screen , and then it goes back to boot loop. thought it might be the recovery so i flashed twrp , and it does the same . a second flash of twrp screen and back to bootloop .
happend right after installing a rom .
worked before that
im pretty stuck now .
how can i get the recovery working ?

Hello, since i flash Nougat Roms on my k3 i allways loose the imei.
I try to fix it with campheleon APP, but after this i loose the sim. Engineer mode is not possible. Can anyone help to fix this.
Thanks a lot
Peter
Since you know how to flash Rom, the first thing you do before flashing is to back up (Nandroid) of your Rom with atleast TWRP (especially the system, boot, pro info, Nvram, Protect etc) before flashing it's always there in the warning ⚠
If you did that just restore the Nvram, proinfo, protect partitions
Else, you'll have to try flash stuck Rom with SP flash tool (using firmware upgrade option under download)
Chamelophon could give you a temporary fix thou
Thank you sir.. but i want to get clarified about another thing..

If you flash stock Rom with SP flash tool and after that your imei is not restored without using Chamelophon app then you have a bigger problem. Chamelophon app modifications are cleared once there's a factory reset or system wipe - its not a permanent fix.
If after flashing your stock Rom with SP flash tool and your imei is not valid then you have to use imei write tool to write your imei (works only on mtk devices)
Then use TWRP recovery to backup your Nvram and restore it anytime you flash nougat Roms.
If after flashing stock Rom and your imei is back then take a TWRP recovery back up of Nvram and restore it after flashing nougat Roms.
Hope I helped

If you have any old TWRP backups then restoring from it could be the best option.
This is the reason we warn ⚠ make full backups before flashing anything.
The default stored information on some hidden partition has been altered or corrupted and there may not be much you can do than keep using Chamelophon (if it works well on Nougat)
You can try and download the latest RR 5.8.2 it has mtk engineering mode and very stable you can use to write imei too. But am not sure it stays permanently

There is mtk engineering mode in the RR 5.8.2 that am using but it doesn't have option to change imei.
Am sorry there may not be another way for now since there's no xposed Framework for nougat yet.
You may have to stick with Marshmallow for now.
Or buy another motherboard from Aliexpress

Download IMEI_MAKER.zip (to create a new IMEI file) then unzip the content of the folder (imei.exe) to a folder on your desktop
In command prompt, navigate to the imei.exe containing folder you just created on your desktop
NOTE
Code:
cd\ then Enter returns to root directory
cd.. then Enter goes up one directory
cd foldername then Enter navigates to a folder called foldername
A faster method is to open the imei.exe containing folder > Hold down Shift > Right-click on an empty space > Select "Open Command Window here"
When you're inside the imei folder in command prompt, type
imei.exe <15digit_IMEI_1> <15digit_IMEI_2>
eg
Code:
imei.exe 123456789111111 123456789111124
Press Enter
If both IMEIs you gave are of the correct format, a file named MP0B_001_NEW will be created. Rename it MP0B_001.
Now you can send it to the sd of your phone
Install ROM toolbox lite then go to root explorer
In root explorer, delete the existing MP0B_001 file (located @ device/data/nvram/md/NVRAM/NVD_IMEI) and replace with the one you just created
Long press the new MP0B_001, go to permissions and tick all 9 boxes at the top then select ok (don't tick special pernissions)
Restart your phone
Your SIMs should be detected, IMEI reflect and Baseband version change from unknown to what it should be.
Note that getting this done might not be this direct due to different scenarios but replacing the MP0B_001 file is the ultimate goal in order to fix the issue.

SEARCH ON GOOGLE !
I wanted to enable OTG on my NMO-L31 . So i had to root it and thought if i wanted to go that far i could use a rom as well and tried installing EliteRom . I unlocked the bootloader installed a custom twrp recovery by EliteRom ' s author and flashed it . Surprisingly any kind of audio playback doesn't work and now i want to go back . But i couldn't do it well and now stuck with EliteRom . I only have a full backup of my EliteRom and can only recover it using twrp .
To get the stock firmware i searched forums and found Huawei Firmware Finder , Huawei Update.app Extractor and Huwaei Multi Tool . There was numerous results with NMO-L31 so i had to find my region . The naming scheme was clear and after looking into available languages of changelogs for each firmware i detected my region. My plan was to get boot.img , system.img , cust.img and recovery.img . I couldnt find a cust.img and downloaded all firmwares of my locale overnight . I extracted everything they had and lastly found two cust.img to use . Here is the list :
NMO-L31C10B140
NMO-L31C10B140 OTA-Mf
NMO-L31C10B152
NMO-L31C10B351
NMO-L31C10B351 FullOTA-MF-PV
NMO-L31C10B355
NMO-L31C10B355 FullOTA-MF-PV
NMO-L31C10B357
I dont know meaning of MF or PV.
To use the unbrick opinion from Multi Kit i used :
system.img and boot.img of latest FullOta
EliteRom's custom TWRP as recovery.img
and used both cust.img seperatly in two seperate cases
But in both combinations the phone booted Android to show a encryption error and demanded me to factory reset and kicked me back to TWRP . TWRP has no factory reset opinion and i am afraid to flash original recovery.img to keep TWRP/my backup . If i flash stock recovery and the threre isn't a factory reset opinion there i cant flash anything again . I don't know a way to open up fastboot without pairing adb and adb pairing only happens when phone boots to Android . Maybe there is a way that i am not aware of.
Long story short i want to go back to stock rom and have handful of system, boot, recovery, cust images . I dont know which combination to use. I don't even know if it will work out or show that encryption error again . I don;t know if i can flash back twrp after flashing stock recovery . That would be the worst because i only have one backup and can only recover it from twrp . And i dont know if i have to format /data to ext4 before attempting to flash images . Wouldn't flashing an image handle filesystem releated parts of memory ?
What would be the best way out of this ? Can anyone with more experience help me ? Thanks in advance .
After some reading i used the unbrick method and selected originial recovery the log said it "Error! You are trying to flash the wrong image! " when trying to flash cust.img but said "All images are flashed succesfully" . Weirdly now phone booted to android and after getting the encryption error booted back to now stock recovery and did a factory reset . After booting back to Android i am surprised once again. I still have ElitreRom and everything is the same from model number to my home screen . What even happened ? :crying:
Shouldnt flashing the big system.img have solved everyting ? I thought it had everyting needed to bring back stock apps since it was the main file and the largest.
And now i have tried going with dload method . I put the big update.app file to dload folder on sd card and tried to force update with vol up + vol down + power button method . It failed at %5 saying
"Software install failed!"
"Incompatibility with current verison. Please download the correct update package"
Does it check the build and model number before installing anything ? They are still incorrect because EliteRom
