XPERIA - Z, FLASH MODE detects - QHSUSB_DLOAD, Unable to Flash

Hi XP- Z users/Developers
I am using wonderful Flashtool latest version and install the drivers for the same.
My XPERIA-Z is C6603 US version with locked Bootloader.
To go in Flash mode using Volume DN + Cable to PC, my WIN7 detects the XP-Z as QHSUSB_DLOAD, and Flashtool doesnt detect it as flashmode.
After researching for hours I learned GordonGate Flash Drivers would instantiate the FlashMode USB composition, but I am not sure which driver to load.
If I try mannually pointing the driver to QHSUSB_DLOAD with Gordon-gate Drivers it gives following ceritified drivers,
a) Generic FLash Device
b) SEMC AB900 Device
c) SEMC Flash Device
d) SEMC ETS/DFU etc etc device
I tried all but none of them worked, hence its stucked at QHSUSB_DLOAD Qualcomm Mode driver and FLash tool doesnt work.
Any Help would be appreciated.
Android 4.1.1 and kernel 3.4
Thanks
Download sony service update it has all the drivers needed.
Sent from my C6603 using xda premium
Thanks, can someone send the link?
I tried service update, its still not able to detect the QHSUSB_DLOAD Driver to ccorressponding SONY drivers, can someone post which is the driver SONY use for the flash mode, what its instantiated as? Currently its showing standard Qualcomm D Loader i.e used for OEM for flahmode, hence we need the right equivalent VID and PID which Sony uses for Qualcomm D Loader api for APQ-8064 Chip
Any update ???? i run into exactly same problem with my Xperia V (LT25i)..... help will be appreciated.
Maybe try another pc?Windows7

I am also looking for the right driver, why isn't win7 detecting it, which should i force onto the unknow device? All i tried so far didnt work.

Maybe your phone is now recognised as a Xperia V, install the drivers of the V with flashtool and try.

Try using FlashTool. USB debugging isn't needed (for me it has always worked regardless of the state of USB debugging).

Sony xperia l stuck in boot loop. Fastboost doesnt work.

Hello guys,
I hope someone can help me.
Phone: Sony xperia l
Os: android 4.2
pc: windows 10
x64
So i tried to unlock my boatloader. But since then my Sony xperia l is stuck in a boot loop. I also checked out other froum threads about sony xperia l stuck in bootload but it didn't help much either.
I can't hard reset my phone because it doesn't goes into the boot menu via shortkey. Also the cellphone doens't go into the fast boot via key shortcut. I also tried to set my phone via sony mobile flasher into
fastboot. But i doesn't regonice my phone. So i tried to install the devleopment sony driver that doesn't work. Nor the unisveral adb or the the driver form the flashtool. I also deactivated driver signature verification.
when i try to do it like here:
the driver is installed with a yellow exclermation mark. But still my pc doenst regonice my phone. Also adb and fastboot:
doesn't regonize my phone via adb devices nor fastboot devices.
Sony xperia pc companion also doens't regonice my xperia. And also doenst fix my phone:
Now you maybe wonder how the hell i managed to unlock my bootloader without installing the proper drivers. Because it didn't work with the drivers i used kingo root:
after i executed it adb regoncied my device. but not anymore if i turn king root on on my pc it still doesn't regonize it.
Also to mention is that windows regonice the phone via mtp usb driver but i don't have access on the phones storage.

Flashtool error

Hi, I have a problem with instalation the stock romu without operator overlays. The phone is Sony Xperia Z3, the system is windows 7, flashtool the newest 0.9.25.0, the compilation is 23.5.a.1.291. After preparing for the flash, he throws a "ERROR - Device connected in flash mode but driver is too old" error.
Drivers downloaded by Xperia Companion.
Does anyone know the solution to this problem?
Flashtool comes with drivers. Look where you installed Flashtool, and there should be a directory called \Drivers.
I usually install:
Flashmode Drivers
+ whatever Xperia I have (eg. Z3 Device Driver)
You can also install Fastboot Drivers, but I don't think I ever do, since I only use Flashtool for flashing stock ROMs.
