[Q] Easy way to remove Safestrap and root ?

I rooted my phone a while back (Note 3) and have Safestrap on it. I checked with root verify and it says it is rooted.
I want to be able to do OTA updates as I don't really want to be rooted any longer or have safestrap on my phone.
Is there a EASY way to remove both/all of it so I no longer get the safestrap screen when it comes on that has the unlocked symbol at the bottom of it. And no longer have a rooted phone ?
Easy way, preferred as I stated before..

Well used Super Su, it says I am no longer rooted. But safestrap still shows on start up
And after I did that I checked for a update. It shows v4.2.2 and no available updates ? WTH.... It showed a update before...

Idk either I unrooted and uninstalled safestrap and factory reset my update trys 2times both times says updated failed

is safestrap realy there. i had the same problem and installed traingle away and it removed the safestrap screen.

To Un-root your phone
You'll need to use Odin. After using Odin it will still say custom after the first boot, just re-boot and you'll be good.

I used Super SU, and unrooted. Did check and it says I am not rooted.
But I think the reason it is failing to install 4.4.4 OTA update, is that the safestrap is interfering with the installation..
So if I want to get safestrap completely off of my phone how do I do that > I have been searching the forum, and still searching,,,

Trying to find Stock Recovery Files for the SM-N900A 4.v if possible.
Then I can install via odin ?

Turn your network time off and switch it to the next day and it shoukd allow you to update again

Lol you might as well not be on xda if you going to go stock with no root. 4.4.4 OTA official is like a death sentence right now. And you will be hitting your forhead wishing you didnt do that later.
But to answer your question, just uninstall safestrap from the app, and use supersu for full unroot. Or just Odin back with NC2 tar files from the threads. Odin back to NC2 should be no problems with the OTA

Well when I had my other Samsung phone I use to install updates all the time, different roms or what ever.
But now I just want to be stock, and knew all the people on this forum do it a lot. So this is where I asked for help...
It is on 4.4.2 and says now that no update is available ? I have already tried the date change trick ! Strange I can't get a update now...Wonder why ?

That is kinda weird in SuperSU did you disable OTA updates?!? But y you want stock 4.4.4 rom, as AT&T note 3 users there may not b a root or boot rom walk around for long time maybe even tell lollipop 5.0 or maybe never cause note 3 has been dead silence since 4.4.4 released almost like people stop using this device an goin to the note 4... Hopefully there will b a note 3 bootloader exploit for AT&T an verizon but idk again looks like main force is note 4

Well not sure how to fix it.
I have unrooted, removed safestrap.
Checked with root app and it says it is not rooted.
But it still won't update.
Took to AT&T tech center after on-line help from them didn't help. He was not able to update it. So I went to Bestbuys Samsung tech section. They hooked it up to their Smart update software, and it would not allow to be updated either. They said it was either rooted or had a foreign version of software on it. Or one of the software apps I had installed was messing it up.
So I again did a hard reset all the way back to stock ? And after setting up as a new phone I did a check for update 4.4.2 was on it and it said no update available......
SO WHAT IS GOING ON ? Is there a 4.4.4v that I can install with the odin, so that hopefully I can get over this bump..,, ?

Towelroot doesn't work. And if quite frankly tired ****less of all the posts that still exist talking about it.
Is there anything in development? All I can see now is SafeStrap and Multi-Tool but if you aren't rooted these do nothing. I just want some information for God's sake. Will ANYONE tell me what is being done about the development of the device's rooting? Is anyone even trying anymore? And if so, tell me! More importantly, if there are people, why aren't they being talked about? With as many S5's as there are out there (at least to me since I know about 10 people who use them regularly) why wouldn't anyone be trying?

I have come from only 3 devices, but I was able to root and mod all of them. Rooting and Modding is love and life to me and is pretty much all I sincerely love about Android. The fact that I can't afford a new phone at this stage is sad, and I have grown tired of the bloating of TouchWiz, especially with the Lollipop update. I know that a rooted S5 would be extremely awesome, but since there is nothing about it being worked on I suppose I'll just have to live with the rubbish they call TouchWiz.
And if by some chance someone who can develop something like this reads this thread, please, respond, PM me, do SOMETHING. TELL THE XDA WORLD, because I GUARANTEE there are more of me out there who have longed for this but have just lived with it. BE A GAME CHANGER A DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
Don't give me the, "Knox and bootloaders are hard to pass by, especially with the new more secure versions." Because guess what, geohot did it once. Not like it lasted, but the fact is is that it worked at one point. It may be harder now, but it's still possible. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. PLEASE TRY.

Well that's a big thread revealing nothing about your device other than its an s5. There are ways to root with towel root unless you have the 5.0 ota.

Well it's pretty obvious that it's AT&T. 5.0 L and Towelroot has never worked before.

Towel root has worked and still does on nce. If you were on OA1 towel root wouldn't work unless you downgraded to use it then go back to OA1. And no it don't work on 5.0. There are multiple kernels and builds that att has put out that it didn't work on without downgrading. But just for future reference is always helpful if you include your build, version, etc. Like i said there are multiple builds that it didn't work on unless you downgraded is only the 5.0 that you can't downgrade.

I said that I have Lollipop so everything you're saying won't help. Plus I know you wouldn't have known anyway but I have tried all of this way before Lollipop. I tried downgrading from OA1 at the time to NCE and I ended up in a bootloop. The kernel was faulty. I had to reset my phone in a very long, aggravating process to get it back. I NEVER want to go down that road again. And like I said in the entire post, I'm just looking for a pioneer to try again and make a geohot move on Lollipop. And no offense to you, you wouldn't have known this about me anyway, but your kind of information was exactly what I was trying to steer away from. And here it comes, right back at me. I'm just tired and sick of all the people who just do, essentially, a copy/paste of common information. When in my circumstance, am looking for something difference. Again, no harm to you, but anyone and everyone that has ever responded to my threads because it's all the same.

As someone who used to reverse engineer software, updates to said software usually patch those exploits. It's not usually easy to regain a new exploit and can take massive amounts of time. I can't speak for other devs but (at the time I did this stuff and still currently) I have a demanding full time job and a family, which come first over a hobby. I can guarantee I will never buy another Samsung phone again because of this. I know it's not always feasible, but maybe look into getting an HTC phone with developer options that is unlocked from the factory. Venting on here will get your cause nowhere.

Right, first things first. Calm down and please stop being so rude and angry when other members who are trying to help you. It's not their fault you are not able to root your phone. It is possible and I'm testament to this.
You need to understand the process of how to do it and you need patients. I live in the UK with an AT&T handset and my handset was never going to ever get to 5.0 because of that fact. I am now on 5.0 and it's rooted and I found out how to do it all on this forum. Further more if you search for my one and only post (yes I'm making you do some work - it's how to teach people to learn new things) I have information in there that shows you how to get to 100% rooted 5.0. What I'm prepared to do is write for you a line by line process in a Word document that will get you from your stock unrooted 5.0 handset to 5.0 rooted. You need the right files and ODIN - that's all you need to complete this. No matter what state you end up getting you handset into bootloop, failed starts..etc as long as you are able to get into download mode you are able to recover the handset. Yes, it can be annoying and yes it can take hours to get back to square one (sometimes) but you have to be prepared for that when you do something like this. It took me two whole evenings and 5 failed attempts before I got it working.
So after reading all this, if you are prepared to accept my help let me know and I will write the document for you.

Besides the fact there are already a metric ass ton of threads in this phone's forum discussing rooting the 900A.
I've been reading them for weeks now after I was overzealous and took the OTA to OC4 figuring there was a root solution already..... There wasn't, and oh well... My fault for not researching first, but it's making me keep my Note 2 until something comes up.
Hell something may already be out, but with rants like yours..... Feel free to enjoy the great advice in the links in my signature.

So wait... You have a method to get him from ota 5.0 to a muniz method 5.0? I was under the impression that was not possible once you took the ota ( i didn't, but I'm still curious)

Ok, so I'm sorry if i've got this wrong, but as the user above stated, I too have been scouring the web and FDA searching for a way to root an at&t galaxy s5 with an OTA u5.0 lollipop update. From all the research i have done, I have found no resolution to the locked bootloader. Are you saying that you can root the stock, unrooted, locked bootloader, sm-g900a running lollipop 5.0? If so, I will gladly donate to your Paypal for detailed instructions on how to do this! I am no noob at rooting, having rooted every galaxy since the skyrocket,. But this lollipop crap is driving me crazy. Any help is greatly appreciate!!

I have not seen any solutions for people who took Ota update. Did you make the exploit yourself? If not can you point out the source?

My phone just automatically downloaded the 5.0 update a few weeks ago. I attached a screenshot of my phones specs

if you're able to root OC4 on a G900A, i'm all ears.
so far i'm unable to install TWRP (fail auth) using odin and it seems it only works for 900F or other models, not 900A specifically that has never been previously rooted. all posts on the topic suggests you cannot downgrade from OC4 and any attempt is futile at the moment.

Hi, I'm trying to make time to create the document to show how I did it. I intend to recreate the process again on my handset and include screenshots as I go through.
Basically the only way I could get my handset to 5.0 root was to take the handset back to NCE stock firmware (by the way I have all the files on my laptop to do this) using ODIN v3.09. This took my back to G900AUCU1ANCE (4.4.2) April 2014 release. I installed Towelroot, busybox and Safestrap. Did a backup of the device (when I went back to 4.4.2 I then configured my device to look and feel how I wanted it to be because I wanted to restore the data partition once on Lollipop - but this is a required part of the upgrade). You need to use Safestrap to create a backup folder structure on the SD card so you can dump the 5.0 (OC4) rooted backup on to restore later in the upgrade process. I then installed G900AUCU2ANG3 (4.4.2) September 2014 release using Safestrap. I then installed the G900AUCU2AOA1 (4.4.4) February 2015 release and then used Safestrap to take another backup. Then I did an advanced wipe in Safestrap (excluding the SD card) and restored the OC4 rooted backup (I found online I also have this file). Once that restored I then within Safestrap selected the reboot > download mode (don't restart the handset into Lollipop before doing this process - the whole process will fail). Once the handset rebooted into Download mode I connected the handset to ODIN v.3.10.6 and installed the G900A_OC4_Stock_Partitions_wOA1_BL.tar.md5 (using the AP option in ODIN). Once that completed the handset rebooted and after 5-10 mins started to upgrade files. Once that finished the handset was on 5.0 - the same as the screenshot you've posted and it's rooted. I have SuperSU installed working fine and I used Root Checker Basic to confirm the device is rooted. More so I then went on to sideload the G900A_OC4_TetherAddOn so I could get native wifi tethering because AT&T still had this locked down in the root 5.0 I installed above.

Not sure they started out on 5.0...I don't know of anyone who has successfully downgraded once on OC4.

This is funny.......there seems to be a huge disconnect between this and the actual issue in the OP which is someone that took the 5.0 OTA and wants root access. There currently is no way for him to gain root access. Instead you quoted, almost verbatim, my origina KeepRoot method and files: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59996087&postcount=4

Morning, first of all if you take a look at my first post you will see I have clearly stated your name and I have not tried to take credit for your process. Secondly I have only been replying to questions from members who have read my results and have then from my post asked how I did it. I have then simply explained again in the post you have replied to how I got to a rooted version of Lollipop.
Are ypu saying that if a handset takes the ota it is not possible to go back to NCE and then forward right through to rooted Lollipop or are just annoyed thinking I am trying to take credit for your work. I'm happy to guide a member step by step through a process if they want me to but I have already said it's not my discovery.

AT&T Tab S 8.4 - SM-T707A Lollipop upgrade released

Hey all,
Thought I'd let those of you that have an AT&T Tab S 8.4 know that Lollipop has been released today. Happened to be on the AT&T Software update page here: http://www.att.com/esupport/softwareUpdateArticle.jsp?sid=KB425812&cv=820 and noticed it listed the update.
Manually checked for updates on my tablet, it's downloading now. My 8.4 on AT&T is totally stock.

Downloading now... 1.1GB

Mine wasn't too laggy after the upgrade. But as I know from places like XDA usually a very good idea to do a full system wipe which I did.
What I am most thankful for is there is now an option to remove that Samsung screen that has those Samsung widgets that go full page. Can't recall what it is called. Yeah I know could have got rid of that using a 3rd party launcher in 4.4 but so happy Samsung put option there to disable it finally. To get rid of it, long press blank space like you were going to add a widget, then click Home Screen Settings, then uncheck "Content Home Screen".

Has anyone who rooted with kingroot updated? I'm assuming it'll kill root, just curious if I need to unroot prior, or if the update will still install. I'll post the answer tomorrow after I update.
I've had some Samsung devices which will update while rooted, and some that will not.

Not sure it will work.

I'm rooted with Kingroot and it's currently downloading the update. If you load Xposed Framework and Wanam Xposed, under Security hacks there's a setting for Fake System Status that allows you to set it to Original.
I'll follow up when the download finishes.
Update: The download completed but the install failed and then got stuck in a boot loop. Ended up having to go to the Samsung place at Best Buy to have them re-flash KitKat. Now the tab is telling me I have to wait 24 hours to check for updates. I'm sure everything will be good now that I'm back on a factory image.

Turn off automatic date and time and manually advance it by a day, and try again.
When they re-flashed KitKat did it wipe your tablet? The OTA failed me when rooted, failed me after un-installing adaway and un-rooting and removing KingUser. I cannot do a firmware upgrade via Kies 3 as it's not available. I cannot do an emergency firmware recover via Kies 3 as it's not soft bricked. I can't find either the KitKat or the Lollipop firmwares online anywhere... Currently I have a tablet, works fine, I did a factory reset (in the back of my mind knew this wouldn't work) that has a custom status and won't take the OTA.
If anyone knows where I can find the KitKat firmware, or the OTA, please let me know.

Also just realized that if I can fail the OTA, I can obviously download it... Where do I grab it from if I wanted to flash it with odin or sideload?

When they re-flashed KitKat did it wipe your tablet? The OTA failed me when rooted, failed me after un-installing adaway and un-rooting and removing KingUser. I cannot do a firmware upgrade via Kies 3 as it's not available. I cannot do an emergency firmware recover via Kies 3 as it's not soft bricked. I can't find either the KitKat or the Lollipop firmwares online anywhere... Currently I have a tablet, works fine, I did a factory reset (in the back of my mind knew this wouldn't work) that has a custom status and won't take the OTA.
If anyone knows where I can find the KitKat firmware, or the OTA, please let me know.

OTA came down successfully while not rooted. The reflash at Best Buy didn't wipe it.
As far as I know, the factory images for the AT&T versions aren't available anywhere, or at least I've been unable to find them. They obviously exist because I'm pretty sure the guy at Best Buy used Kies to flash with an image that's available to him from Samsung.

I re-rooted last night in the attempt of using triangle away to clear customs status, then un-rooting. This was odd because device status still shows custom but download mode shows official and Knox is 0.
While I was briefly rooted again I downloaded the OTA in the hopes of copying it to my PC and updating via ADB Sideload... Couldn't find it. If anyone knows where Samsung puts these I'll grab it and post it to share.

im not rooted, performed a factory reset, and my device still doesn't see any updates. Can somebody provide a link to the ROM?

The OTA gets downloaded to /cache. If you are rooted you can see it. But the OTA is not a complete ROM, just a differential to the ROM you have.

I've reset several time and cannot download the update. I get "Connecting to DM Server" and then update interrupted. Has anyone gotten around this?

Turns out there is a imei problem with the tablet that is preventing the download. My imei number is paired with a IPhone 4. Anyway will take a few day to fix then the upgrade should work.

I get the same. I wiped my device hoping for a different outcome, and still no update.

I found this in the thread below.
It is an old tread but I'll comment anyway. SM-T807 is the 3G version while SM-T805 is the LTE version. Both Hardware (CPU/GPU) and comms modules are different. So 805 LTE (which has Lollipop) firmware won't work for 807 (no Lollipop is currently available nor Samsung plans to release soon).

After not being able to take the OTA after rooting, even after un rooting, not being able to find the OTA and sideload (not in /cache), and not able use Kies or Odin I finally took it to the Samsung kiosk at my bestbuy.
They reflashed 4.4.2, didn't wipe anything, and immediately downloaded and successfully installed the lollipop update after getting home and on WiFi.
Just don't mention that you rooted ;')

NO absolutely not. I assume by "normal SM-T815" you mean WiFi Only? The image for the T817P contains both the radio for the 3G/4G LTE/Spark and Wifi, and is specifically meant for that specific model. If you try to flash it to yours, it might potentially HARD BRICK - as in no way to recover. It becomes a $400 - $800 (depending on what model) paperweight. Always only flash the OEM software for your specific model only.
If you're unable to find the firmware for your device, PM me and I can locate, host and send you a link for it.

T815 is actually the LTE model, so not much different to the t817p.
Don't know why anyone would want to flash carrier firmware to an international model anyway unless they are attempting to use it with that network?
Unfortunately this is not always possible due to differences in the radio.

Some firmware for the international LTE model T815 is in the thread for the stock firmware collection here, and in my posts like this one and this one. Also see the very useful tool in this thread.
The stock firmware for T815 is still 5.0.2, not 5.1.1, if that was the reason for your question.

Your tool was not able to decrypt the update it downloaded unfortunately. The update hasn't been pushed to Samsung Smart Switch yet so I can't grab and host the MD5 yet. And I have not been able to trick the OTA into downloading it yet even using xposed and wanam to set a fake system status. If you are able to update the decryption method, do let me know and I'll give it another go

Not my tool, I was just pointing to the thread of the tool I used to download the firmware for the T815.
For T817P, SPR, the OJ5 seems indeed to be known in OTA mode, but not available for download yet; this also happened for T815 and that delay lasted about a day.

Does anyone have a OJ5 stock odin tar for SM-t817? I have twrp but the boot.img provided put me in a boot loop & I didn't make a backup like a noob.
Edit : Actually I think it was the super su zip (BETA-SuperSU-v2.52.zip)
The tablet is not usable @ all & it's actually a Christmas present for my son that I just wanted to setup & get going. So plz anyone with the file can use smart switch to download it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm bricked. I have a sprint t817p on latest firmware, and i keep getting frp lock fails on anything i flash in odin and i cant get to recovery, and it will not boot. I cant find the latest tar file, and all the older ones fail. Can anyone assist?

I still have not had a chance to update mine. I am not certain why, but newer softwares for a lot of samsung devices have been hard to come by lately *suspiciously looks at Samsung*. Also I am out of town til the 20th of January.
As far as frp lock, or "Factory Reset Protection", you forgot to go into developer settings and enable "OEM Unlock".
It is basically like Samsung's 5.0 "Reactivation Lock", except this is enabled by default and encompasses KNOX verification. It cannot be circumvented now. HOWEVER.... there are TWO THINGS I can think of you can try (If anyone else has anything to add, please do)
1.) Try using the OH6 ROM with ODIN. Yes it's one edition older but it might work. I bricked by Galaxy Note5 after going to the latest firmware and forgot to disable FRP Lock (by enabling "OEM Unlock" under developer settings). Reflashing with ODIN worked. Then Flash your recovery, go into recovery, and format /data /system and /cache and dump the Dalvik/ART cache. Then boot back to download mode and re-flash the same ROM. Upgrade to most recent via OTA, then re root.
It worked when I ran into FRP lock errors with my note 5. it might work for you. It will not let you do anything that is not official samsung. Be prepared to log in with your samsung account info once you finally boot if you registered that before you bricked.
2.) Go to a Sprint store, pretend you're a tech illiterate and say after your cousin or someone messed with it, that happened. Sprint (most locations and employees anyways - try another if one fails) stick with the original pro-development attitude towards Android and will generally look the other way - and flash back the correct software or warranty replace it for you (YES EVEN IF KNOX IS Tripped)
TRY #1 first. It fixed my note which was bricked by FRP.

*Meant to type OH6 not AA1. That was a place holder while I typed (and tried to find the version info)

I already tried to flash oh6 and it won't take it. Probably going to try the tech illiterate route. To make matters potentially worse. It wasn't even on oj5 it was the newest update released Dec 23 (don't have the build number handy), I just found that out late last night. Fortunately Knox is not tripped though, I never made it that far. I guess forgetting to check oem unlocking will prevent a flash but not prevent said flash from corrupting your boot.img? Weaksauce.

You do not. Once KNOX is tripped, your warranty is void. You are no longer eligible to turn in a claim.
However, certain carriers (however they organize their purchasing contracts) have it to where they are authorized to process, handle and fulfill the warranty. Sprint is one of those carriers in the US. And a lot of times you have in store agents that either do not get paid enough to care or otherwise still hold true to the original pro development spirit of Android.
I personally replaced 3 Galaxy S5 devices that had KNOX tripped. That store started actually checking my KNOX thing and didn't let a 4th happen so Samsung probably did not credit them, but my account was never charged back. I did it a 4th time at another Sprint store.

Then yes if you did not trip KNOX, you should have no problem pretending to be tech illiterate and having them swap it out for you or reflash it for you.
If they reflash, take it home and use Samsung SmartSwitch to do an "erase / initialization / reset" (however it is worded). Sprint might also be too lazy and just use the romfile and not the reset romfile which is equivalent to a "dirty flash". So go home and use Samsung Smart Switch to start fresh.
Then make sure you enable "OEM Unlock" under development settings next time you attempt root.

ashyx told me I should find someone with this tablet and the newest update that is still on a stock firmware, if they can possible make a backup of the boot.img and system.img using TWRP. This should help others who are stuck with the issues i'm reading on this post as well as the tablet I'm trying to fix now.

It worked for me. Be very careful tho. once you root it, you can,t go back since there is no stock firmware for these model.

Why did your phone throw the custom binary by frp lock? Did you do OEM unlock first?

I grabbed firmware for the SM-920R6 from SmartSwitch so I can probably help you out. I know how you feel, it's sad how hard it is to find anything for this phone! If you need the firmware I'll have to upload it to google drive or something this evening...

Successful un-brick and root of SM-N920R6
Using the software SamFirm and manually entering in all of the information for my phone I was able to download the correct SM-N920R6 firmware.
Here is what I had to type in the SamFirm program:
Model: SM-N920R6
Region: LRA (This really isn't a "region" it's a sales code which is why it took me forever to figure out - it can be found in System/csc/customer.xml but will be the same for all Cellcom customers)
*SELECT MANUAL CHECK BOX AND ENTER THE FOLLOWING*
PDA: N920R6WWU1BPD3
CSC: N920R6LRA1BPD3
Phone: N920R6WWU1BPD3
***MAKE SURE YOU CLICK "Decrypt automatically" (check box on right side) before you download so you get the usable zip file as well (you won't need the .enc4 file it also downloads (that is the original encrypted file)).
***You'll also want to click the "Check Update" button before downloading the firmware, but you'll get the prompt to do this by the SamFirm program.
Once you have the firmware unzipped just place it in the "AP" section on the Odin program, hit start, and you're all set!
Happy un-bricking, Cellcom customers!!
Note: After your phone reboots with the stock firmware if it hangs on the screen that has a Samsung logo dimming in and out just reboot into download mode (hold power, volume down, and home button simultaneously), and then restart the phone from the download mode menu (i.e. don't go to "continue" on the download mode screen). I tried the above recovery method a few times and it only hung on this screen once, but I was able to get out of it using the method I just described without issue.

If you were frantically looking for the firmware as I was you may be telling yourself, "I'm never going to try to root this thing again!" But wait! You now have the ultimate "Un-rooting" tool at your disposal (the stock firmware!).
That being said I went further in search of achieving a successful root and..was successful! (The root achieved was using CF Auto Root which leaves the stock firmware alone. Unfortunately no custom kernels exist as of this post for this phone so this is as best we can do at the moment.
I used the file "CF-Auto-Root-nobleltespr-nobleltespr-smn920p.tar.md5" (as users pointed out above to start this thread - the "p" version works for the SM-N920R6). You just need to download that file and flash it the same way as you flashed the firmware (i.e. put it in the "AP" section of Odin and hit start. It takes a few minutes and after it's done showing all of its text as it installs the program on your phone your phone will have a black screen - don't worry it just needs to be turned on and you're rooted!

This trips knox, right? Can you still use Samsung Pay?

It does trip KNOX and as a result you cannot use Samsung Pay on the device (Even if you flash stock back Samsung Pay will forever be disabled on the device).

Its been a week since i got my note 5 sm-n920r6 , the person i bought it from told me to of a issue with it. He told me ever since update to naugat 7.0 the back button stop working so am seeking from anyone who can help me to get marshmallow 6.0 to downgrade to 6.0, please.
If someone who might still be on 6.0 on their note 5 SM-N920R6 can extract it from their phone or other means ,it would truly appreciated.

I cannot say because i didn't notice whether it was trip or not, not that it bother me if it did. But i did manage to find the marshmallow firmware and flash back to marshmallow from naugat successfully, even though it didn't fix back button and now am back on naugat firmware.

For those of us who are using this model N920R6 , i have being able to flash custom roms from the Sprint section without any issues. When i flash custom roms for other models i find i must flash the twisted kernel v2 for sprint model or your own stock kernel but even with that i have no data, so i don;t use those roms. But as for the sprint custom roms they run faultless with normal bugs that might be in a custom roms.
At first when i get this model i was piss because their is actually no support for this model until i try the sprint custom roms,it was awesome and now bit more happy.
