Xperia SP headset buttons not working - Ressurection Remix

Hello, I´ve been using Ressurection Remix for 3 months now (version Ressurection_Remix_LP_5.4.6) and noticed that my original SP headphone buttons ain´t working whenever I press them while listening to music or receiving phone calls. Nothing happens.
Audio is coming through the phones, though.
Does anyone have a fix for this or it´s rom related issue?

CM 13 Bluetooth headset problem

Hello. I have a problem with my Bluetooh headset (Sony SBH20). Hardware headset volume level (it has 7 levels) links to phone's software volume level (it has 15 levels) so I can't control volume precisly. Therefore I must to choose between quiet and loud sound. This problem exists in CM13 and the latest versions of AOKP, Resurrection Remix, SlimROM Marshmallow (Stock and CM12.1 and earlier are ok). I've tried to install SoundMod by Quarx (beta 1) but it didn't help. Does anyone has suggestions?

Alarm, ringtone, etc does not come through speaker when headphones plugged in

After I flashed Marshmallow NightOwl 20160711 rom, sound does not come through speaker anymore when I plug my headphones in. This pretty much made me sleep right to midnoon for several days. I even tried an app with an option to make alarm come through both headphones and speaker only to no avail. I guess the problem lies with android 6.0. Anyone here has an idea how to fix this?

I've noticed that at times my audio switches from speakerphone to the headset earpiece. Like if I want to play a song directly from the phone ill have to listen directly from the earpiece instead of being able to hear it out loud. Typically happens after disconnecting from a Bluetooth device and only apparent solution is to restart the phone.
Any clue what the problem could be?
Currently running custom ROM: resurrection remix. However also noticed the same issue on my oneplus one.

I have the same issue on my One plus 3 with resserrection remix but it only happens when i disconnect my bluetooth headpone

Alarm doesn't sound through speakers with headphones plugged in

So I have this problem where I can't make the alarm sound through speakers when headphones are plugged in, but this only happens with all custom ROMs I tried, with MIUI it works fine and the alarm sounds through speakers. There are some alarm apps that claim to be able to work with speakers exclusively, but it just doesn't work for me. It is a shame because I don't like MIUI very much, but I'm kinda forced to use it because of this.
Is there any solution for this issue on custom ROMs, or is this a AOSP issue?

Hey there, same Problem here.
That was so important for me, that i bought and old Samsung S7 and ran it with Android 7.1.2 Nougat.
I found out, that they removed this feature on Android 8 Oreo.
Now, i have to say that i am using this S7 with Lineage Android 7.1 (i switched days ago from Resurection Remix from 2018) BUT with the newest Security Updates and guess what, its not working anymore :-(
Another problem was fixed, but now i have to deal with that annyoing situation as on pie and Q.
Maybe a developer read this and can point me to a file that i have to change myself to bring that function back.
I dont get it..

have still my S7, but now using a S10e. Very nice device! don't regret.
Running Lineage Android 11 and alarm is doing sound through speakers even headphones are plugged in, yay!! Finally!
