Tried to flash xposed zip, stuck in bootloop - Xposed General

I flashed using this zip: xposed-v72-sdk21-arm.zip
And now when I start my phone its stuck at the at&t screen, please help, ima noob at this but want to use my phone...
How would i fix this?

First by providing us information like what device you have. Why you chose a very old xPosed (72 when the latest is 86). What android version.

Android version: 6.0.2
I have a Samsung s7 edge with at&t
SM-G935A
I used a old version because I didn't know which one to use...

There is so many facepalm in here. You just randomly flashed some stuff because you don't know what you do.
First of all, you need a special version of Xposed as the regular one causes bootloops on Samsung devices (this information is even written in red text in the thread from where you got the files). The correct version for your device can be found by searching XDA for "Xposed Samsung wanam". Read instructions carefully before continuing.

well you probably should have said that then
Replace wanam in the post you quoted with arter97
Edit
Unless the random ROM you do mention (no I won't look it up for you if it is or isn't) is not based on touchwiz (stock samsung)

First, SDK23 is for Marshmallow(6.0).
Second, you're running TouchWiz, which means you require a version located here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3180960

Dual Boot!!!

So A While Back I Made A Youtube Video ON DualBooting Any Samsung Vibrent Phone. The Process Worked on all Devices i Tried It My Self
((( I Did Not Make This Process)))
So Like Most i Had To Get My Hands On The S5 For Really No Reason.
As Soon As I Picked It Up Out Of The Box It Went Straight To Rooting
There Arent To Many Good AOSP Roms Out There For The S5 Just Yet But There Are Some Great TouchWiz ...
My Favorite Being
Echoe Rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2719593
Echoe Rom Was One Of the Roms I Used For My Dual Boot On The S4 So I Decided I Was Going To Give The Exact Same Process A Chance On My S5 .....
And It WORKED!!
I Uninstalled It For Now Due To My Dissatisfaction With All AOSP Roms For Now But As Soon As I Find One I Like Im Defenatly Doin This.
Here Is a Link To My Video I Made On YouTube.
There Is a Link To The Original Thread There And All Of The Nessicary Files In The Discription
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPGd4TPSB5w
none of this is my work just found out that it works
the original thread is here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2447534
yeah its for the s4 and the app will say s4 but it worked for me and im an on the tmobile s5
If this is really working, then well done!
I just came from the S4 and used the same process for dual booting. I will try it out now and post my results. I'm assuming you used chenxiaolong's Dual Boot Patcher to patch the AOSP rom?
How did you patch your secondary ROM?
I'm going to have to try this!
Any update on this did it work? I want to dual boot pac-rom!
How come you can figure out dual booting but cant comprehend capital letters
OP use chenxiaolong's Dual Boot Patcher from this S4 thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2447534
He didn't mentioned about it. Also Youtube tutorial is for Galaxy S4 and links to download doesn't work. I wouldn't risk trying to do that on S5 it sounds like a BS to me.

you can use this sorry about that
Update
the dev changed a few things recently like the patcher and swticher app are now in one
the only app you need is the patcher
the download links have been changed on my site
the Patcher app will not make the dualboot file if it is on your sd card you would have to transfer to the device first
few aosp roms work with the app but you can still do it manually
Workin on it
im also working on making a video showing that this works but im procrastinating lol sorry

Hey guys, I'm the author of the Galaxy S4 DualBootPatcher app.
I just want to point out that this is currently working purely by chance. ROMs with updater-scripts that refer to the named partitions (eg. "/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/boot") are safe to try, but any ROM that uses the partition numbers directly (eg. "/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/mmcblk0p16") have a chance of bricking the phone irrecoverably because the partition table does not match the Galaxy S4's.
In the next version of the patcher, I will be adding support for the S5 and the Note 3. Until then, I do not recommend dual booting

A great day for us Sammy TW ROM users.
Xposed is working on deoxded TouchWiz-based ROMs.
See this thread:

All credit to @arter97 for making a simple solution.

I download the official Xposed alpha2 apk from rovo's thread. Don't worry about it saying you should use the alpha4, the alpha2 in the thread is the correct one.
Download the zip file from the thread I linked to in the first post.
Now install the Xposed apk
Boot to recovery.
Flash the zip you downloaded
Reboot
It will take a little time to boot, as it will optimise all your apps. After that your phone will then automatically restart.
Now you need to go to the Xposed Installer app and start adding modules as before.
That's it ?

I believe he will be using them on the next update but since I am on his rom as well, let me know which mod version you are using and I will give you the file with the updated images. As in just stock or one of the mods like TEKXodus_URv3.3_N4_No_Traffic_SystemUI_TEKHD or TEKXodus_URv3.3_N4_No_Traffic_No_Clock_SystemUI_TEKHD.
Keep in mind that for the moment they are the stock green and not the themed versions as you see in his rom.

It's still a very new port (basically a beta). I did not have any lag going from the v1 to the v2 but going from a note 4 rom to the s6 port I did, so you could try doing that. An alternate kernel helps too.
I promise we are fully aware of it and are working on it. We're still trying to pinpoint what is causing the lag (as it happens in the launcher & opening apps)... I'm thinking it has to do with the missing x64 files we can't incorporate. Or maybe there's something we're overlooking. Either way we are working on it... but there are ways to reduce it, as I said. It's a beautiful rom and we want to see it grow & improve. I'm sorry I don't have a quick & dirty fix for you buy I hope that helps explain where we are in terms of development.

Sorry. I meant to quote the OP, not your post. My mistake.
That said, I own a Korean S5 (g906), and almost all of the custom M roms for these variants (900s/k/l and 906s/k/l),on xda are TW based; CM13 is deprecated for the g900l, so the chances are quite high the OP is on stock or stock mod. Also, when someone new posts for help like this, there's a fair probability s/he's on stock rooted, which in this case means TW, since s/he didn't bother to mention being on a custom rom, only the device model. I was only trying to help the OP with a suggestion, as I had this problem before when wanam was still separating his xposed and alt xposed framework zips, the latter intended for the note 4, which is architecturally (Qualcomm SoC) similar to the S5.
@sukhsab007, if you're on stock or stock mod TW, try the link for Wanam's xposed framework zip. I hope you get it sorted.

Samsung replied to my OSS request today with word that they'd shared kernel source for the 2019 Galaxy Tab A 10.1 [SM-T510/T515].
http://opensource.samsung.com
The version posted is T510XXU1ASC7, which matches the latest OEM firmware available online:

This will unblock my TWRP development and should also enable efforts to build most custom ROMs for the new hardware.

- some way of doing backups well, so I can recover from them and go "back in time"
- TWRP flashable zip package with Nexus ROM or LineageOS

I managed to install TWRP on SM-T515 and root it using Magisk Zip. I tried many files but that one worked:

You can't backup stock using TWRP because the data partition is encrpted. You can format the data partition with TWRP, but you lose EVERYTHING on the partition when you do. Not just things lost when wiping, but all saved stuff like photos, videos etc.
Hi there great to see Samsung development still going on. I had rooted a Samsung tab 2 7.0 long time ago and again have a Samsung tab A 10.1 LTE(T515). I would like to know whether your ROM builds would work with the LTE variant too? With network working too?
