What's got me confused is the toggles for "Hide Information". What information? Mine is un-toggled and all I see is the icons, no info whatever.

It hides your notification information. Like texts. You will get a notification that you received a text but you will need to unlock the phone to read it.

does anyone know of a way to get sms/email content notification in S-view window when the case is closed ?
hate having to just hear the notification sound and have to open it up to see it
You can read a text but not an email. With mine when I get a text a little message notification comes up on the left side of the screen and you slide it to the right then press the message header and read the text.

S6 can disable heads up notification in the message settings, though.

Only for Messages app. If you disable notifications for other apps, you don't get anything (Heads-up or ticker text). So this app is still useful for every other app!
Does this work for the wireless charging notification? If so, how??
It doesn't seem like it would BUT one guy at least claimed that it did. (HERE)
Currently using 1Weather. I like how the current temp status at the top of my screen but when my phone is locked is always showing the weather like it is a constant notification and if I swipe it away the weather goes away at the top. I'm pretty good with this phone but this issue is goofy. Thank you for your time in advance!

hi,
if i understand correctly, you want your info in notification, but not on lockscreen.?
Take a look at Phone /Settings /Lockscreen and security /Notifications /.... then block individual app notifications permission on lockscreen.....?
Take a look at the screenshots. I think this would be the nearest solution for issue?
Good luck

What does this mean? When I go onto it in settings there's no number after clicking it so can't see what the notification is??

Up top there's not a new notifications panel in settings main menu? Should and should tell you what that number is about. Sometimes settings notifications false.

My Samsung Pay launch widget is gone (the one you swipe up from the bottom of your phone to make a payment). Anyone else have this problem?

Are you using an adb command to hide the nav bar? Can you still swipe up with the screen off?

No, hadn't used any adb commands. I can swipe up from my lock screen as usual, but that's never been on that screen. From the always-on display, that's a 'no', but again that widget doesn't appear on that screen.
Just two days ago I saw this and enabled the feature. As you can see, this setting is now greyed out! That's not a good sign. I've tried toggling the setting off and rebooting, but no change. I can still use Samsung Pay, but I have to open the app itself.
I've also toggled all the of these off and on, no change. In gonna turn them off, reboot, then see if I can enable them again.
Well that didn't work either! Grrrrr...does not show up!!!
That is super weird. Yeah I dunno, I had a similar issue but it was because of a gestures app hiding the navbar
I remember the Samsung pay thing at the bottom of my screen also. I think it disappeared or I disabled it. Forgot which .

You have to have Home Screen access turned on within Pay to use the swipe up fingerprint gesture

I had that same issue and I believe the fix was to add your card to favorites in the Samsung Pay App.
