soo guys i have rooted xpz with twrp LB running with lolipop 5.1.1 222. customized mea. .. i want to decrease cpu to save battery but when i install setcpu its worked and i change value but no difference cpu still in its stock value any idea guys

I just Installed Existenz Rom for my Xperia Z. And now i wanted to overclock it by using the overclock feature but i can't set it higher than the normal 1512 Mhz. the slider is already fully to the right i can't make it higher. I had this before with other custom roms and tried al the possible software. Can someone help me?
Have you flashed a kernel that supports overclocking?
If not, do that.

In order to flash the kernel, you have to unlock your bootloader and do not forget first to back up your TA in order to keep your warranty for Sony apps and in case there's something going wrong.

I'm new here, I wanna know if you guys can suggest a KERNEL that can be used on Pure Stock rom .569 I just unlocked my bootloader and I want a Kernel but, I don't want to change ROMs since Stock ROMs appear to be much more stable. I just want the undervolting feature and extra governors and I/O scheduler for Power Saving management..

Perhaps mentioning your device would have been useful.
Doomkernel is no longer maintained for XV.
And even if it was, a stock rom kernel will never boot aosp roms like Omni. Just in case you planned installing this one with my rom.

There is no kernel like this..
Also, our phones get hot very fast when overclocking, and cpu frequency is decreased when the phones get hot. So there is little difference anyway.

I am having a problem with my xperia sp running william's kernel on AOSB 4.4.4 rom which is CM based rom. My CPU setting are: cpu0-smartassv2, cpu1-intellidemand2, both cores are OC @ 1.8ghz gpu is set for performance. whenever I start antutu benchmark, phone crashes while testing float performance or smth like that.... Anyone have any idea about that? sorry for my english...

The problem's there since the age of 4.3, it is possibly related to overheat. Try running benchmark on a freezer, or somewhere cool, should do the trick
Can i play Modern Combat 5 on my Sony XSP lag free? Is stock the best for gaming (with root and bloatware uinstalled)or any other Costum Rom or maybe a other kernel?
Try with Stock 4.3, If cannot run, then, no other ROM/Kernel can.

I think stock better for gaming,you can use swap for expender your RAM

the best gaming rom i saw on the sp is this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2423625 a stock jb 4.1.2, i played gta sa with max shadows and 0 lag i think it will be the same for MC5
