Hi, I have the S3 and purchased the allshare cast hub, my note 2 is on order, can anyone comfirm whether the note 2 will be compatable with the hub, does it have allshare cast in the settings menu? Thank you.

I remember seeing on clove's YouTube channel and they said it should be compatible.
Where did you get yours and how much? Is the picture quality good on the actual TV? I'm thinking about getting one also

Hi, that's great news. It works when it feels like working basically, sometimes it disconnects, sometimes its laggy and sometimes it even works like its supposed to lol, think it needs a firmware update. It cost me around 80 pounds in the uk.

Do you know if the hub will stream anything that is on the phone? For example, a movie rented from the play store, or is this drm protected from streaming to the hub?

You can get the hub for $50 if you have a Samsung device to register. I did it with an Old Gusto and Samsung sent me a 50% off coupon(on up to 10 items) and I purchased a lot of TecTiles, the Hub, and a few other things for my S3, and Note 2(when they are finally released in the US). I still have one coupon left in hopes the Note 2 accessories show up prior to it expiring lol.

Same issue here, i had to unroot my N2 and it works fine now...

No need to unroot ..
Just install the new Triangaleaway 2.0 and u can root with CWM and it will still work like a charm

I tried revolution hd 2 and it was not working and showing hdcp device not supported. To solve that issue I had to reflash the stock rom lj1 using mobile odin with injecting root then running triangle away. Only after these steps it started working back like a charm

If the dock works, then it works. Not an issue unless it's going to cause damaged to the GN2.
For me, I see little benefit, if any at all, to use the dock compared to having a USB cord permanently attached to the PC and just connect the GN2 to it.
It's the official one.Just arrived yesterday.
It will not work with my case.

I ordered two, one for my Note2, one for my wifes SGS3. Kinda works for my wifes phone, with a hard case, but still kinda wobbly. Doesn't work on my note with any kind of case. Also, wobbly on any Samsung phone with a "rounded" end.
Avoid.
(and yes, they are an official Samsung product.)

this is not Note*.. leaks dimension is smaller. Faryaab say that is early prototype of SGS5. I'm not sure in this. Will be see further..
What ever it is it has a stylus which would imply it's a note device.

R381 is the model number of the gear 2 neo , the link in op is showing a newer firmware version then we currently have on the g2n

Yeah, I saw there was another thread in the Gear 2 forums (they should probably combine them!). They said the same thing about it being international or something. I read one post saying they installed it with Odin, not sure if that was true but I will just hold off installing it.

I have no issues here in US. I flashed the Greek firmware in Odin and all is well through a normal day of usage and apps install as usual via Samsung Apps. I'm about to try reverting just for shiggles and see how that goes, for no reason other than curiosity.

Ditto... somehow no one has posted anything about what this build has to offer. I find that sort of strange.
I honestly haven't noticed anything much. I did notice that the occasional artifacts left behind by a previous screen when scrolling through my apps seem to have stopped. Other than that no visible changes to me.

I'm also in the US. So flashing the new firmware (Greece) didn't notice much difference? I'm also assuming it did a master reset flashing with odin...

Hi guys, there's a new official BTU firmware available via ota. Change log lists s health improvement plus ui improvement. Will test and report anything extraordinary. Personally I'm hoping the pedometer learns to count steps and the heart rate sensor to stop jumping from 70 to 140 in a few seconds.
