Hi ppl. I have problem with my Mi3. Before 2 days I installed MIUI V8 6.8.25. Then I installed TWRP and Su, and at the end of the day my phone just started to rebooting. I can put my phone in fastboot mode, but the phone can't load ROM. It's rebooting all time at Mi logo I tried with MIUI V8 6.8.25 beta and MIUI V7 V7.5.1.0 stable (in both cases ROM is installed via fastboot). I can't run recovery with Pwr+Vol Up, just fastboot with Pwr+Vol Down.... I can't shutdown my phone. It's rebooting all time, or I can leave it in fastboot mode. Thanks for any help!
Change your battery. It's always bootlooping at the logo because the board detects something wrong with the battery, and won't even let you boot to fastboot.
I'm having a similar issue where i'm only able to access fastboot and not recovery and it's bootlooping too... Have you find any fix? Please share..

Well i have a little problem with my Mi3, I was on Ivan's latest lollipop ROM and I tried to flash Xposed framework on it. But at the end of the installation of Xposed, I tried to reboot my phone and it was stuck in a boot loop
I thought about flashing the lollipop ROM again, but Windows does not detect my phone anymore... I don't know what to do... I tried to format the cache/user data/delvik cache and reboot, but nothing works. I'm on CWM recovery 6.0.5.1 by furniel and donbot.
Can any of you help me with this problem ? Thanks

Update: I tried to flash the ROM with the terminal (on Linux with my laptop), my Mi3 is not detected here too, it is stuck "on waiting for devices" (yes, it is on fastboot mode) I tried to do flash it with the XiaomiTool found on this forum, but same problem....
Update 2: I forgot to turn it off and it was stuck at boot loop, now it has no battery left, i tried to charge it and it doesn't charge, the red led is blinking and nothing happens...

Earlier today, i tried to run geekbench 3.0 and seeing that the test will took some time, i left my MI3 and let it run.
Fast forward few minutes later, i found the device bootlooping on the MI logo... restarting and keep crashing continuously.
I'm not able to access the recovery (volume up+power button) and only able to access fastboot. I've tried flashing twrp recovery over and over again through fastboot, but no luck.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
You should probably change your battery for a new one

I just had the same like Anemiq. I was stuck in a bootloop recharging wasn't working as well. A new battery solved the problem.

I have a problem with my Mi5, last night I turned it off (it starts automatically at 7.00) and this morning I found it locked on the screen with the Mi logo and the word "powered by android".
I tried to restart it but I can't turn it off, whenever I try, it restarts and crashes again on that screen.
I can enter twrp and fastboot mode, but I can't detect the phone from my mac, either way, or through adb or fastboot, and i also already tryed to clean davlik and cache, but without succes
Does anyone have a solution?
Make backup and try to flash lineageos.
Also flash latest firmware with TWRP.
The phone isn't recognised by any pc, so it's impossible put a zip on it for flash a new rom
does it flash the lights if you charge it ?
try and let it drain the battery ( leave it for a few days ), and then charge to max.
if nothing of this works, you might need a flash cable .

I have a bootloop on my mi note pro.
I deleted everything, wiped after that i flashed room 6.1.7 china stable and phone dosent start.
I flashed many other rooms and xiaomi still gets into recovery, its going recovery all the time if i turn on.
I can enter into fastboot there is no problem, i was flashing by oem edl, bootloader is unlocked, my pc dosent recognize device as mass storage so i cannot put any rom to it.
Well after new room flashed the xiaomi stays on logo and after 1h there is nothing more, still logo.
In recovery i can move only down by vol- i cannot move up thats normal or i had broken button?
I was trying to dismount buttons and then start my phone and i get same result... recovery.
I was trying to flash 3 other twrp, same thing.
Maybe i doing something wrong, dont know. Please help me.
Hi there guys, yesterday i tried flashing a twrp recovery on this phone via adb fastboot.it was smooth and seuccessfull but everytime i tried going into recovery mode thereafter, it just got stuck on MI logo/blackscreen (but it can properly boot). So i tried reverting to the stock rom and surprise surprise eventhough the whole process wrnt smoothly, it would still loop or blackscreen everytime i boot intl twrp. Interesting thing is, idk if the recovery rom i downloaded was specific to cancro version only or not.at this point, im just floored because i have no working recovey.any help would be abdolutely appreciated guys.sml
