I have problems with my Xperia T.
I modified 'system\build.prop', then my phone reboot all the time.
I tried to reinstall a 4.3 rom using my CWM v7, due to some un-known reasons, it failed.
Then I powered off my phone and plug on the power cable for charging
My phone can't boot nether fastboot mode nor CWM, when I plugged out the power cable .
The red LED is on all the time.
Please help!!! Thanks!!!
I tried force shutdown(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates 3 times)
Then my phone can go into fastboot mode now~~
Hi!
My XZ is dead. There is just Red Light and black screen. When i reset it with on with Power + Volume Up it shows up flashing the red light twice and then no more LED light. Only when i switch it to the USB Charger it gets again permanent in red light.
It seems it can connect with Flashtool when i reset with Power+Volume Up, but ends with "Processing of loader.sin finished with errors.". Tried to flash C6603_10.3.A.0.423_Generic DE
With Sony Update Service i cant get any connection to the phone.
Phone is rooted and Bootloader is unlocked. (6603)
//Update:
Ok, i fixed by myself. This Thread from AhmedZadjali http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/help/how-unbricked-sony-xperia-z-c6603-t2615460 helped me a lot.
I only Hold Power + Volume Up till device vibrates three times so its shutdown. After that i used EMMA from Sony Mobile, installed programm and drivers under Win 8.1 After that plug in device with original sony usb cable. Important: Use a USB slot direct of your pc or laptop. Connectiong With a USB Hub it dont work. Flashing the Firmware wit EMMA and restart after the sucessful process. Starting with 2 % Charge in Stock FW - charging now and i am happy that my device is revived and unbricked
edit: fixed it, just flashed a stock FTF, i'll dot the whole process again later on and hope this time it works out
You can close teh thread (i've tried to delete it but can't find the option)
I've just checked that I can boot my phone and recovery works. But for instance when i try to put service mode it gives an error with IMEI
edit: i've booted to the other recovery (using volume up) and installed the pre-rooted FW again. Shut down and tried again the flashmode process but still no luck, red and quick green light. After booting the phone, it seems to work basically, but wifi not working, it doesn't turn on.
What should the next step be?
The computer does not recognize the phone when my connect it to the USB port, not even charge. The only thing that happens is a flash of red light then green light. Same thing if phone is shut down when i connect the usb cable, red flash, then sony screen appears, then green light, and finally it vibrates two times before showing the level of battery, but without actually charging it.
Anf if i try a Vol Down+Power when in standby and connect with usb cable, it shows a quick red then green flash, and then nothing.
Ok i fixed that problem apparently the USB cable decided to stop working...
Now i have another problem as I decided to install the deodexed ROM and now my phone gets stuck at the sony screen and i can't even boot to recovery.
What i did to install:
Boot to recovery using Volume Up (PhilZ)
Prepare to install new rom (which formats Data, cache, etc)
Install ROM form SDcard1
Everything went fine but at the end it says "root lost or something" I put yes, then rebooted to system, and got stuck on sony screen....
What did i do wrong and how to fix it??
Thanks for the help!
Hi Guys,
I really need your help unbrick my Xperia Z1 C902.
Here's what happened:
I tried to flash a custom rom that wasn't compatible VIA AROMA ( I had MiUi 7 custom rom ) and it is now dead. It won't boot. No sign of life. No Vibration when pressed vol up+Power . Hard reset ( via sim slot ) has no affect on the Phone. No recogniztion to USB on laptop ( tried other USB cables as well ).
I have left the phone be charged overnight assuming the flash took a toll on the battery ( it was about 30% when I flashed the phone )and in the morning there was a red LED. Assuming the battery had enougfh power I tried to turn it on, connect to Laptop, Fast boot mode, flash mode but with no luck.
Day2:
Left the phone connected to the stock charger for about 20 hours or so.
No LED lights. No vibrations. No sign of detection on the laptop.
Sony Companion will not detect my phone via fastmode as well.
This phone is out of warranty so I was hoping you can help save some bucks before I take it to the Sony centre.
I looked through XDA all day but nothing has helped me bring my phone back to life.
EDIT:
I have downloaded India Stcok ROM via Xperifirm and tried to flash it but the flashtool does not detect the phone. Fastboot and Flashmode both does not detect the phone. Strange thing is, when I plug the phone to laptop holding the Vol down button, a red LED blinks for few seconds but the fastboot does not work ( as my phone has bootloader unlocked )
ADB does not work - No devices connected.
If there is anyway I can flash or install TWRP recovery ( or any for that matter ), I have the old working MiUI rom in the external SD card.
I will owe you a beer or two and a dinner if you 're able to bring my phone back to life. Please I am desperate.

Hi.
You have flashing led that means there is some hope first press and hold hard reset button for 15-20 seconds under sim cover then realizes it. Now plug in charger and dont touch the phone before 4-5 hours. Let it charge even though red led comes on.
After that disconnect your phone and don't turn it on wait for 5 minutes.
Also do check if the flash tool drivers are properly installed (window 8 and newer needs you to disable driver signature enforcement) use flashtool version 0.9.19.0, dont know why but this version works best for me.
Flash *.108 firmware (available in xda) also do always check hash after downloading.
Now try to flash the firmware as normally we do and hope for the best. This method worked fine for me many times.
Good luck..! [emoji111]
The flashing Red LED is bringing back some really bad memories of my own Hard brick. Try what kathanpatel suggests first - holding the reset button down.
Are your symptoms identical to this?:

There is a link to a post with instructions on recovering from the hard brick. Good luck.

The red button in a sim slot won't have any effect unless your phone is connected to the charger (not computer). Connect the charger, press and hold the red button for about 10 seconds until there is vibration. Then immediately push and hold the power button for a few seconds.
hello,
have a c5303 xperia sp and im trying to re-flash the stock rom using flashtool64. the phone doesnt power on but if i hold vol up/down then plug the phone into my pc via usb the respective fastboot/flash mode led colour lights up and it pops up on my computer to confirm it. when i try flash the stock rom, is gives me a error about system.sin, since then i am not able to get into flash/fastboot modes on my phone. as this has happened before (the phone not going into fastboot) im pretty sure i can get it to flash without system.sin then use fastboot to do it after.
the screen is completely blank, not even a backlight. when the usb is plugged in without a mode, it is red on the phones led, when i unplug it and try to turn it on, the red led flashes and nothing happens.
thanks in advance!
fixed it nvm
